It seems you can no longer set up an account using an international phone number. The drops are good, though often overpriced - to be expected since they are mostly designer items. Long loading times.

Purchased an EXCLUSIVE Variant Figure for my collection, when it finally arrived it was the exact same figure that was made available to retailers for nearly twice the price, plus i had already gotten the regular figure from retailers almost a month before this "drop" got to me. Will never use again

Im fairly new to the NTWRK app. I recently placed an order and there was a problem with the seller and they couldn't fulfill my purchase. NTWRK was in constant contact with me giving me updates. They refunded my money quickly and even gave me a $10- credit for my next purchase. That is excellent customer service and I'm very grateful! Thanks a million NTWRK.

6 week after I ordered two items, one has turned up... the other one isn't even dispatched yet. They have cool drops but seriously need to work on their logistics. Probably won't bother ordering again. The app functionality is ok, but the music is annoying.

This app doesnt work. Every page loads unbearably slow and drawing pages crash the app. The closest ive gotten to endering a drawing was the first payment page before it crashed... Took me over 30 minutes of trying to get that far. Sad :( rly wish this would be fixed, its a good looking app

I downloaded this to purchase the James Jean prints. I never had the option to purchase. It was immediately to sold out. Also you're forced to watch a video while trying to purchase something. I didn't want to watch a terrible sales pitch for something I couldn't even buy. Really unfortunate that James Jean chose to use this platform because it seems that bots got all of the prints before anybody else could even have a chance.

I think the app itself is pretty cool, however, for me it's the service. Nothing irks me more that poor customer service! NTWRK was doing a giveaway which less than 100 entered. I was one of those people. I'm sure I won but the lovely workers spelled my username incorrectly causing "someone" else to win. This other person didn't even enter! No response. Not even an acknowledgement! So rude. I've spent an obscene amount of money on this app since joining less than a month ago. Not cool at all.

If you DL this for any drop, just skip and write off that drop. NTWRK=Trash. I downloaded this app only for a pre-order. I used a referral code to get credit on my account and put in my shipping address, but was not able to enter payment information. Item I want drops and my credit is gone (sketchy), along with my address. App asks for setup of info, fine I get payment info with no issue, but it wouldn't accept my address and/or save my address. 15 minutes of retrying item is now sold out

One of the hundred maybe hundreds that got a confirmation of purchase but was refunded because the app oversold the product. I really wanted the hat too since I missed it when it first dropped. They ruined a incredible exclusive hat drop for hat club!!! 99.9% sure I will never use this app again. Thanks for the disappointment.

I did the thing where you use your phone number with the verification code. I got the code wrong at first, i missed an extra number. Retyped it. Continued to say it was wrong. Click resend. Didnt do anything. Uninstalled and re-installed the app. Nothing. I clicked re-send a bunch. Still nothing. I was exited for something you had, but now i'm just irritated.

You have to submit a request to delete your account. That's Unacceptable! I gave them my phone number, email, address and I almost gave them my credit card number and they want you to submit a request to support to delete the your account. I can't believe it. The rest of the app seems ok, just did a quick browse and quickly could see it's not my thing.

You can add things to send you a notification to when it goes live, but it doesn't matter because the app will notify you when EVERYTHING goes live. It's horrible getting notifications for things I didn't want multiple times throughout the day. You can't even filter what to get notifications for

Just learned that even though I purchased 2 of the same item from the same seller... This company will combine shipped items and not combine shipping charges. So I get charged twice for both items being shipped together in the same box. That's archaic and has earned you 1 star and an uninstall. Charging your customers extra money for no reason is a good way for you fail as a business. Take note.

Stupid app. Entered address info, but when item dropped and tried to purchase, address information was all gone and had to re enter. When i tried re entering, it didn't even let me proceed and save it. It just hung. Tried restarting the app and still the same problem. After awhile, it logged me out, and now i can't even login. Really live up to its reviews

I've been having trouble ordering a specific item all week due to the app errors. Then, when I get an order through, it's not for what I've originally wanted. I have no clue how this works at all since they claim no cancellations whatsoever and you don't get to see your cart!

Absolutely fraudulent! Bait and switch sales, lying to customers. Through the time of sale they presented customers with a light blue version of their "exclusive" Cobra Commander action figure, only to send an email after it "sold out(most were unable to even order because the app kept crashing)" stating that it would be the standard version and not exclusive to them. And they are charging more than the standard price for it. 100% Avoid. Do not download, do not do business with NTWRK.

Really interesting way to try and combat bots and giving more people a fair shot at items that are high in demand and are released via 'drops'. Sometimes have had issues at crucial times, but if I'm there at the time of the release, I've never not gotten anything I wanted. Many of the older builds/versions of NTWRK weren't near as stable or dependable as it almost always is now. If there's a company that releases through NTWRK that you are trying to get their drops, I highly recommend NTWRK.

Wish I could give it a 0*, app is awful tried 2 get the cobra commander drop, which from what I understand is not even the 1 they showed in the video, misrepresented what they were selling, I clicked purchase probably 200x, got to the next screen maybe 15x only to have the wheel spin waiting for the shipping calculation for it to say error getting shipping quote for this variation so, I lost out because they can't offer an app that works apparently.
