It's a weird app. Every single time I try reviewing the cart, it sends me to a 'please verify you are human' screen in an authenticated session. There is no further step at this point. The workaround? Call the store and have them order the product for me. It's ridiculous.

I ordered many things in the past on this app and never had a problem. But it's all changed, last three orders were all cancelled and or shipped very late. I bought sweat pants from them about 2-3 weeks ago and they cancelled my order after a full week of them being in process for shipping. They out of nowhere they decided to charge my card again for the sweatpants after it was cancelled. Not only that but the app constantly crashes. Horrible customer service too, nothing works and I feel robbed

I had given good review before but it was too soon. I placed order and was happy because I had gotten 15% discount for being new customer. Then my order was canceled without any reason why and I was informed that I needed to purchase again but no longer can get discount. And cancelation occurred after my positive review and after I received a routing order number proving that item had been shipped. The rep on phone was very nice but I feel cheated out on deal. That's just bad business, not good.

Would give No stars if possible. Terrible Customer Service Policy. I purchased an item that was transferred to USPS and was never delivered. Their policy is to only refund the retail price and not shipping or taxes. Now I'm out money because they didn't deliver their product and to top it off the item is out of stock. They've just lost a customer.

I have been using this app for some time now and with all the updates it just went through has become the worst app ever. I ordered before with no problem now it tells me I don't have a shipping address when the checkmark is there saying I do. They make hold to make sure I'm not a bot and even then I still get the same error message. Had to delete and reinstall and still nothing.

Was my favorite sneaker app but has been messing up big time. I have to verify that I'm a human and it still doesn't work. When I do get in, it takes me right back out. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling countless times. Still haven't made any progress. I really need this app fixed because this is the only way to enter raffles. You can't do it from the desktop version.

I cant remember the last time I won a raffle on this app. I consistently get message that shows 'results pending' when i check the status. I was under the impression the app was actually giving the opportunity to purchase new releases but even when I og on to purchase when a new pair drops, I repeatedly get a screen that tells me to hold down a button to prove I'm not a robot. It does this for 30 minutes then I get a message they are sold out.

This place is horrible. I've ordered the exact same items three different times over then ours of a three month period, all due to the fact the system says it's in stock as if it has been restocked. Also, no one ever answered the phone at the south county location. Everytime I attempt to respond to a reservation the system won't allow me in, then when i do get in it tells me that my time to reserve my pair has expired. Only a handful of times, if that have I gotten even decent service.

If they keep using Route more than likely I'll stop ordering. My experience with my first order was much better. This time, it's a headache and inconvenience due to the fake tracking info of a third party app. Plus I got more marketing emails, and texts than information on my order which is currently zero ( in regards to the delivery)

Well, like another review said below, the app has been used many times but recently had been giving error messages. This is most likely as there is no login button after you initially set up the app. This would remedy this issue as the errors are happening because it does not have our login info. The app basically resets itself and the only way to reenter login info is to uninstall and reinstall the apps again. Did this 3 times already to get it to work. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

This check to see if your a human button is very aggravating! When you attempt to go to the launch calendar it is constantly loading and never comes up. You can't go into your account because its constantly loading. I attempted to place an entry for a pair of sneakers, but I can't even check to see if it went through! Hibbett app sucks and I'm uninstalling it on my phone!

Fixed the bugs in your app. I get tired verifying that Im a human. This is very annoying!

It worked well prior to the last update. Now, whenever I try to add a pair of shoes to my shopping cart, it constantly gives a :Hook Error". I've uninstalled, erased all files, and reinstalled. Its still the same issues over and over. It's useless if I can't order through it.

I used to love this app but it seems like the developers cant keep up. It is becoming way too buggy and frustrating to use!!!! Either Im always getting logged out, or constantly having to verify being human (which usually makes it stick on that screen indefinitely and the only remedy is to uninstall and reinstall), or doesnt update on real time if a shoe or size is not available. This app is becoming trash!!! Please address functionality issues or unfortunately youve forever lost a fan/customer.

Unreliable. The app has a lot of issues that need to be addressed! 1. Everything I enter a raffle, or attempt to, the very next day it shows that I have not registered at all! 2. I try to add things to my cart and there is always a issue with doing so. 3. The human verification process is a pain as it always comes up and then gets stuck on the page.
