The app doesn't load when you try to sign into your STATUS account.

WOW. That was absolutely TRASH. I missed two releases because all of a sudden your app wants to stop recognizing my account 🤦🏽 I go to reset my pw and it STILL says email/PW incorrect. WHAT GIVES???

App freezes to much. Plus I live in Cincinnati OH. The jd sports in Kenwood Mall is not listed at all. So I can't order on line to pick up in the store. It's frustrating.

Keeps crashing when trying to look at the calendar. Uninstaller and reinstalled. Now it doesn't open at all.

It does allow me to sign in , I've tried taking the app off and installing back on and the problem is still there. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trash you can't even view your status cause it keeps crashing this should've been fixed last yr. This app is pure trash don't download cause it's just a waste of space cause it's virtually unusable

App will log you off randomly and keep telling you that your password is incorrect. Sometimes it freezes, making it hard to even shop.

This app is the worst. This app is not recognized by android and will not send out notifications. It makes it pointless trying to enter raffles because you can not set it to receive notifications.

Horrible A tear reward member that gets no reward just a app that doesn't work. Im not spending anymore of my money on this app until customer service toward the customers changes. People hit multiple times on releases when honest customers have NO CHANCE!!!!! Thanks JD sports and Finishline for nothing ...Recommend using the Nike app they care about their customers atleast they respond and you actually get 👟 way to loose customers due to poor customer service i have deleted both apps!!!!

Continuously crashing. Cant click on release calendar because it automatically closes the app. Cant even get releases the way its set up. Bots rule the app.

Dont really need to say anything more. This app blows. Everyone else already said what needed to be said in all the other commnets. Isn't 2.5 stars for no reason. Its pretty much unusable. Every time you go to release, pops up, app isn't working, close app.

This app literally will not let you get into the release section, the app just closes itself, it's been happening for some time now every since they introduced that "bot free" system both JD and FinishLine, fix your system it's not that complicated

I don't know what took place with this app or the finish line app but it really sucks I don't know why y'all haven't tried to fix it yet or address the issue there's multiple people commenting on here about the issue that's taking place with the apps how can someone get the latest release that you claim to be offering if every time you click release the app crashes you can't even shop some people set on here I know uninstalled and reinstalled so why don't you just fix it

This app continues to close when you try shopping, searching, or do pretty much anything in it. This is a terrible app. I have uninstalled it and will re-install. Hopefully I get better results cause this is garbage right now.

Never accepts my username and password when there is a new hot drop. Can only log on app hours after a new drop. Get tons of ghost orders meaning app lets lets me order a pair of sneakers, and payment and confirmation # clears, but then my CC gets refunded immediately. And I never get an explanation!
