This app is aways sending an error message. Then by the you complete your purchase it all gets canceled due to being sold out.

Glitchiest app I have! Constantly requires re-sign in, and sometimes won't allow sign in at all. Impossible to get on during releases. Only good thing is getting on raffles for Jordan, when they're offered. Update: it's getting worst. Constantly have to delete and re-install, it requires re-sign in every time, and half the time it just sits after completing sign in. Seriously, their app have gotten worse every day, for like 3 months straight. App no longer opens!

Won't let me log into my account . I even try using my points, say that the sit has too much traffic an sorry for any inconveniences. really sounds like finish line needs more server's 😠

Way too many bugs... The app never works the same twice. Get stuck in an endless loop of logging in. Error messages everytime I try to check out. Bounces between the app then randomly opens webpages... I ended up spending 15$ more for the same shoes from somewhere else.

I love the idea of the Satus selection process for sneaker drops, however, the overall app function and reliability are very poor. With the slightest bit of traffic the app seems to repeatedly freeze and for some reason when I'm selected to purchase an upcoming drop the app forces me to repeatedly attempt to sign in due to error messages. Love the brand, hate the app.

Nothing loads. Won't log me in with my original email, created another account, now the app just says error. Gonna delete its useless.

Lately it's not letting me sign in on the app. When I try to sign into my account it takes me to the internet browser and it still don't let me sign into my account. At first it was a five star app now its a 0 star app!

Can't sign in to the app, redirect to the website and then sign in. Open app and then it wants you to sign in. Round and round,..... Let's get an update out soon. May 8th last update? Really?

Finish Line needs to improve their app so Android users have an equal chance as iPhone users getting past the queue for exclusive access. You're just wasting your time using Android. Finish Line please improve the app for us Android users.
