Daraz seller mobile is worst I am facing system error issue for last 3 week but they don't fix it and now I can't upload product for mobile apps due system error fix this error as soon as possible eik chez achi thi apps se print Nikal jata tha ab uska bi format kharab Kar diye hai mobile app se print bi thek nhi Nikalta hai extremely disappointed

This is not at all user friendly app. This wastes time and makes user tired. It must be further developed. This app must be able to work on mobile phones.

I have accidently turned off IM notofication but immediately i have tried to turn back it on. Unfortunatly this feature is not working every time I tried for it a message used to display that "SAVE FAILED". Kindly fix it ASAP.

The Mobile App is very user friendly and improves day to day. Hats off to the Development Team. Kindly keep it up! There are two minor issues in this App: 1) The Seller Picks option in this App is not working properly. 2) Whenever we change the price of our product, the item is going for Pending QC.

As a seller on Daraz for 5 months, my experience has been satisfactory. However, Daraz should prioritize making the platform more seller-friendly. High commission fees, poor transparency, and communication, lack of comprehensive seller support, and a cumbersome return process require improvement. Enhancing these areas would greatly benefit sellers and enhance the overall selling experience on Daraz.

daraz team you app is not logging since 2 week it saying check your net very bad experience I login it when I tried to contact seller support so it says login and I can't login it in my desktop it show password is wrong but in Mobile the password is correct

Daraz comission is very high. And Now Order Not delivered Customer says we paid the delivery charge we want order at door. But they call from office collect your order. Even the customer area have corrior service. Very Very bad service system Now. Order Not delivered but coustmr contact us where is our parcel. The corrior get back from seller

App is overall convenient and good but when ever I change The prices of goods it shows the wrong prices at outer side of listing but shows original at inner side of product listing.

This App still needs a lot of improvement. So far its only good for order info, msging but many option are not available e.g. Seller Picks, Seller Advisor etc.

Difficult to add product, no details about tracking, after shipped seller doesn't know where is the package. Pending amounts of 10rs etc for what? Post-facto unknown small amounts are deducted from present settlement.
