App is very messy. Theres too many things going on. There is alot of hidden fees in Qoo10. Hidden fees add up would be better to purchase from retail store. Price is higher than other apps. All 'promotions' comes with other fees. Qoo10 has no buyer assurance. Dont see any benefits from shopping in Qoo10. Customer service not helpful at all. Plus for u to make payment, minimum need to have $1 to make payment via Qmoney. What logic is this? Overall, qoo10 is scam.

The overall app interface can be improved - to be smoother. Very cluttered design layout, hard to navigate things. Ought to learn from Amazon, not pitch themselves against Taobao. Even Aliexpress app is much better to use.(honest opinion)

The choices of items are getting lesser and lesser. Some even more expensive than retailer shop, price also decieving, when clicked on the option then the price may adds up to be more expensive then other q 10 shop, selling the same thing. The reviews by other user, also not very helpful, should encourage user to write comment by giving more cash rebates, overall coupon also not attractive.

8/1/19 coupon is only applicable for nett price which is close to non-existent. attractive app when some sellers offer attractive discount or some app event. 2018: currently having 10.10 promo. unresolved issues since 9oct on the coupons grabbed (redeemed but not reflected in account) and the event is ending 11oct. Poor operational process.

searching is fine, items are good but he payment page irritates me greatly. I kept clicking on master pass or buy now and i keep getting to the popup about shipping country. i virtually keyed in my credit card details 5 or 6 times and they atoll didnt take me to the final purchase page. i dont even know how it worked out in the end. i hope the buttons and page can be cleaner

TERRIBLE experience with Qdelivery door to door service! My order was cancelled out of the blue (I'm the sender), one day after they collected my parcel. This is ridiculous because the reason they gave me is the service is out of stock?! Hey, if it's not available,please don't list the service on ur app. You are wasting your users' time, and your app isn't the most user friendly to begin with. Now I have to waste more time to contact the delivery man to check on the whereabouts of my parcel

The coupons and gamification are easier to understand and navigate. The deliveries are fast and I have not met with any disputes with sellers. The only downside is that it seems to have less big brands onboard compared to the other e-commerce platforms.

Generally very cluttered and unintuitive app/site. But my final straw was during the 11.11 sales. It kept denying my amex card and I couldn't find the amex cupons either. Carting out was a big issue too. It kept removing my items and then telling me the item didn't exist. After that it would return but I still couldn't purchase it. Then atlas, it tells me they have maintenance. It's 11.11, having maintenance so sudden isn't very fair to your consumers :-/

After comparing the online app of shopee, lazada, ezbuy and Qoo10. I still find it qoo10 has the best deal out of all the above online app, the reasons is qoo10 have the coupons that can use in all shop while for other app coupons mostly you can only use it at selected shop. It has no point if you get the coupons that can only use in selected shop, because some of the shop does not have the things you want. But for Qoo10, I always can find good deals in there. I highly recommend it! love it :)

Qoo10 offers some of the best deals but their app makes it so frustrating to navigate that I find myself giving up or using my laptop instead. The user interface is confusing and clunky, the search function shows the most irrelevant items before what I'm looking for (showed a meat tenderiser before pork floss which is what I searched) and products are organised in a manner which makes no sense. Looks cheap and thus makes the buyer doubt the legitimacy of products they would otherwise purchase.

Refund policy seems to be improved now than that was earlier. 2 items from my recent orders were refunded very quickly as Seller was unable to deliver due to no stock. And much surprisingly my last order when was in the process of placing order app prompted me that 1 of the item just sold out so I chose alternative item from another seller. That's very impressive move forward.

Have been using qoo10 for many years. Overall good purchase experience, except that 2 years back, the CS for product dispute can be extremely frustrating and end up the seller refused to refund for my faulty item. So far, I do not need to raise any dispute so I'm not exactly sure if the CS for such claims have improved or not. Hopefully its the former.

Discount coupon system has become worse after the change. One feedback said it correctly - it is now an absolute joke. If you can to increase sales by giving discounts, do it. Dont come up with a ludicrous system to waste buyers' time to play a ridiculous game to end up not able to get the discount coupon. Have switched to other online shopping sites so not buying frequently any more from this site.

I could copy the URLs of the items that I preselected to purchase in the earlier versions onto my Trello, but it is so difficult to find the link to copy an item's URL in the current versions. Saving onto the favorite list is not enough for me. With other apps such as Lazada and Wish are growing there user-base, Qoo10 needs to buck up and not decent into an app even their own supporters hate.

qoo10 is not a bad online shop. however the app itself is absolutely terrible. unintuitive design, very laggy and is very confusing for older people or people who are new to the app. too much clutter everywhere. please refine the app; im sure it will make for a much more pleasant shopping experience.

Qexpress delivery is very very fast. Delivery man is always polite and smart. The app is relatively good to use. However recently they have change a lot of privileges for members. Coupons have been hard to get, minimum spend for coupon getting higher, Harder to earn points.. the list goes on. Competition for online shopping is high. So always compare b4 u buy!

Updated app is worse. Very laggy and unable to load home page. Coupons shown are all expired ones in July.. each time I hit refresh, older versions of July's coupons get displayed in rotation. Front page is not intuitive and does not look like home page. Will switch back to using desktop until problems are resolved.
