Always "server issues" or "please wait to try again". It is almost never a smooth load into the app unless it's in the AMs.

Waste of an app and data space. It's just another storefront and article app for Adidas that has one bonus feature which is to enter yourself into "drawings" to try and snag items from collabs. EXCEPT by the time they do the drawing and you are informed that you didn't get drawn everything is already sold out because they don't start the drawing until after the items are available for sale to the public.

Poorly made app debit cards dont work i shouldnt be able to go to a multi company retailer and be able to buy shoes from multiple companies including adidas but then i go on confirmed and it doesnt work and they only sell adidas

Can't log In or participate in any drops customer service seems to not know why this issue has occurred and there's nothing can be done about it app use to be great but know it truly sucks

I have not been able to even open the app for weeks, and it closes down the second I open it

I have been trying to launch this app since the new Yeezy drop, I have deleted, re-istalled, and even cleared all data and caches and it just refuses to open

Kinda scammy. They offer you 15% off coupon if you sign up on adiclub, but when you do, you don't get a coupon. Then when you purchase, you don't get points added to adiclub. App is also hard to navigate on with swiping. Swipe up and for some reason it swipes left instead. Swipe down and it also swipes left. Have no issues with every other app but this one. There's also constant server connection amd high traffic volume issues that get fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Wish it could handle the high traffic, there's gotta be a way to upgrade the site or server or something so that it doesn't give an error. Never loads when a drop hits. Always crashes and then I never get into cue.

This is an amazing app. It was a very well working app and very easy to operate. The only bad thing was that it took a long time for my package of yeezys to arrive. I contacted them and they had amazing customer service. Overall this app is amazing. By the way I am not saying that your package will take a while to arrive I think minr did because it is a Yeezy drop and from my knowledge they are a very high demand shoe so they probably were overloaded with orders and they just needed to take time

I used to use this app all the time but now it doesn't even open on my phone, I have the most updated version of the app and the most updated phone os on a Samsung s23, this problem has gone on for weeks meaning I missed out on the bape drop, I spoke to their help team but they couldn't solve the problem, you need to launch a new update for the app as this is clearly an error with the app and the new os that has been released on Android, hopefully they update it before the new yeezy drop
