Great app and amazing range of brands, items. Just one issue, the sizing chart. It doesn't quite match the actual sizing of the product (44 FR is not 48IT) but once you're aware of it, it's all good.

Bought my first item, got it in the same week. App was also pretty easy to maneuver, although sometimes my gender would change randomly sometimes( probably because I shop both men's and women's) but other than that my experience is great.

Absolutely love this app!! Prices are amazing quality is amazing and never had any problems with them. Sometimes the order can arrive a bit late but that one is with UPS. This app holds the #1 spot for designer clothing hands down.

Very poor customer care, I have a missing T-shirt worth 110£ for more than 6 weeks, they keep "sorting out" telling me it will take UP to 8 working days. They just lost a customer

Excellent, but why won't the app tell us what's made in Italy? My only complaint besides the godawful styling on hideous models. Makes me not want to buy things i know I would love when they're put together into incoherent, hideous outfits with other weird, ugly pieces worn by gangly, unattractive weirdos with terrible posture. I probably would buy more stuff off of this app if they did a better job with styling and model selection. Also some sizing info would be nice, profile shots too.

Excellent search feature-can really narrow things down. I just got Prada pants for under 300 dollars. I don't need to buy used designer clothes anymore:_) Find astonishing bags and purses from designers you haven't heard of in the US, even for fashionistas. Highly, highly recommend. Fast and reliable free shipping. I've been a customer for years.

Payments keeps failing. Says "Technical team is already at work to resolve it"...basically 'can look at items - but can't touch'.... . And before you say "oh must be bank doesn't recignise the transaction " or something like that - I've used this card before literraly month ago on your app, all was fine with it. oh well...I will go spend money somewhere else instead then..

The shopping is great however I stating to get sick of this lgbtq propaganda and if it continues I will stop shopping here. I would suggest to have a look around and start respecting your costumer base which is not mainly not into this propaganda.

Misleading return policies & untrustworthy! I bought items that said (still say so now) "can be returned within 60 days" and also showed a 'this item can be returned' button and return form. In the end, the return request was rejected by customer service without explanation, the clerk just repeated that these particular items had some special return policy so now I'm stuck with 500USD clothes that don't fit. Terrible, untrustworthy and dangerous. Be careful using it, or best, don't.

I literally went through all 30+ items left after my filter, and when I tried to add any of them, I got the message "Sorry but Item is no longer available and cannot be added to shopping bag" I expect the app to show me, whats available and not some items that maybe were available a few hours ago. Absolute No Go... What a waste of time.

Just received delivery of my first purchase and am super happy with the overall experience! Was skeptical of shopping on it initially, since I hadn't heard of anyone in my circle shopping here. My purchase was delivered in 6 days to an address in India. The product came packed well with contents in excellent condition! I contacted the customer care in the last few days and they were courteous and super helpful! I will shop for the other items on my wishlist. Great job, YOOX!
