Romanian folks, don't download this app! Although there is a promo on the Romanian website (epantofi.ro) to get a 10% discount if you make a purchase via the app, it does not work as it's not possible to choose Romania as delivery country. It's only a deceiving marketing technique. Very disappointing!

Hello, I'm quite disappointed from your services - the app is not accessible from Bulgaria more than couple of days. The contact page on your website page shows error 404 and there's no way of contacting you. It seems that the issue is the same, described by the other users below.

Extremely dissapoineted. The app doesn't work on Android phone! It's the second time I'm trying to install the app. When I open it and type my password it closes the app while I'm typing. It's being 2 months since this has happen and today I tried again... the bug was not fixed.

Pathetic After latest upgrades and change of the interface everything go down. What developers you're using. I see an Ad in Facebook, click on it and it leads to your home page. Nothing is loading. All pictures are blank. Not to mention the fact that everything from my favourites was deleted after the major upgrade.

I would give it 5 stars but I find it extremely annoying and frustrating that it doesn't memorize the point where you were in your favorite list after viewing a product. You have to scroll down every single time after clicking on an item. I just don't understand why they didn't implement that, it should be mandatory.

Cannot add the card to pay the order with, it says that the connection to the server has been lost. Could not properly add the entire shipping address. The code for newly comers only applies to the full product prices - that's a non sense. I uninstalled it - good luck but this is far from being a good, friendly app or service

Terrible one; the following functions work poorly/doesn't work at all: - adding product to the cart - changing quantity of products in the cart - changing password doesn't work at all both in the app/through site; system just sending the link to the same page to provide the email - connectivity issues even if I sit near the route and all other systems work well It's not even bad, it just doesn't work

I had been very pleased with the app until recently when I had to transfer all information on the new device. Since then I am not able to log in. The app either crashes or just cannot reopen. There is no way from that point to ask for a forgotten password or whatever else. Or at least I can't find one.

For more than one month when I try to login to the app I get the same message : the account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. I have sent emails, messages to their support, but without any succes. Same problem on the desktop web page. Worst app ever!!! After 3 months still the same problem.

Any coupons that I wanted to introduce were not accepted. I am not talking about random coupons from the internet, but the coupon for subscribing to the newsletter, coupon code which was sent to my email by the company. Another coupon was for the first buy on the website. That was also not accepted and for both I was meeting the requirements. I think that the coupons are just a trick to get you to the point of buying, thus a scam.

I've been using the site and app for years and it's have been great. Lately the site has become totally unacceptable with many bugs and wrong functionality. Customer service is awful. I experienced order delays, wrong orders, delays in answering emails, answers not related to what you are asking them.... terrible service. Extremely disappointed

Since the last update can't even log into my account which basically makes the app useless. My account works fine on the website. Wouldn't recommend. I tried clearing the app data, unistalling and installing again, changing my password via the website and i still get this error message: "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later." The worst app experience I ever had.

I ordered a pair of snickers by web and received the confirmation. In there was a note of a discount if I download and order by app. Did it. But the orders in app cannot be placed, due to an error. The error appear while paying. Please fix it.

Currently broken - first time run (and every subsequent run), the app freezes during startup, never getting past the initial splash screen. Reinstalls, cache clears, etc. no effect. - currently running on a Oneplus 7 Pro, Android 11. The app is getting the lowest possible score for quite simply not actually working.

While the products are very good, the app is the worst nightmare you ever had. Just go and shop in browser, don't even try the app! It freezes every time you click anything, it either adds 2 products in the cart or none. It's an absolute disaster.

The App was working very well and handy until the last update. Now nothing works!! I can't sign in anymore. . . . eventhough the website works absolutely fine. The problem with the website version is the fact that you can't put more than 10 items in the shopping cart 🛒. I think the developers should handle the issue ASAP.

I am usually a big screen fan when online shopping, but the had an incentive of an extra discount if the order was placed through the app. And the app wasn't working, huge disappointment. Tried several times and finally gave upp and sent the order through the webpage. I inform them and ask for the price difference and the anser was that the app is now working. Disappointed again by they meek answer.

Not bad, but a note to some of you here - you need to choose your country and that is only available when you first install it. For me, I had the app previously and removed it. When I installed it again, I got the option to sign in and Google had remembered my credentials. However, the app hadn't remembered my location - you still have to choose it from the bottom of the page and do it before signing in at the top. That does not make sense - bad UX. The app should not have a default country. Emailed support like suggested by them, no reply.
