I bought something by card but its not available so u cancel my order now I want my money back from the store credit but the customer service said u can't take it cuz its bellow than 200AED !!!! so it's my mistake now and u are forcing me to buy from u !!!!!

The "16Street" quality is good, but the service is worse than any other online shopping market. I ordered an item with them last year, and they delivered me with a wrong one. When i about to return, it takes 3 months before they get the item after a bunch of followed up, phone calls and emails. Now it's been another 4 months passed up to this date there are no words from them, no return emails for my follow-up, no item return, no money return. Take note, it's their own fault in the first place.

used to be my favorite app. but lately it has been failing on different levels orders are always late , cancelled after many promises to deliver , arrive in many patches with days in between. Now if i need something urgently i d just use a different app as 6th street is not reliable and u cant trust the delivery date mentioned , or even that the item is available in the first place. Hope they get things in order again .

The app is annoying! When you choose the promos for instance and filter the brands or whatever, and after choosing items from that list and try to apply the promo code mention, it failed, coz items that are not supposed to be on that promo are included. You waste your time choosing then end up failure on the promo. What is the use of filter if its not working as supposed. 🤷‍♂️

I had posted this issue before, it has been resolved now. "The app has an issue, when i go in footware section and click on categories the page is blank it shows no categories like flats, sports etc etc however on a friends phone all categories load, i restarted app several times do something about it as the app feels useless with this issue "- I am glad 6th street resolved it pretty past.

Ordered twice from this app, and both times my orders were messed up. First one took almost three weeks and only 2 of the three items I ordered came, when I called them, they said they will not be delivering the third one as there was no stock and they'll just refund. Ok. But how about informing the client? Second time, thought I'd give another chance, ordered three items, only received one. 2 weeks and still nothing, called them to follow-up. The next day, I received entirely different items.

I purchased an Aldo bag on sale from here, and when I received it, it was defected/used/old. Looks like it may have been a display piece. I requested a return of the item a week back however, I haven't received any kind of confirmation or feedback on the same. Disappointing customer service and pathetic quality of products being sold! Update: A customer service rep got in touch almost immediately after I posted this review and resolved the issue! Thanks!

They scam people by posting a good product. By the time you receive the item that's when you realize is not worth it. I older items worth of AED767. and I couldn't believe what I got 🤦. I requested for refund. Till date no one has come to pick up the items, I keep calling all they have to say is they'll pick it up witheen 1-2 business day. Is more than 2weeks now. The items are useless, I can't use them due to the size erro apart from the fake product. stop scamming people with fake product.

I used this app to place two orders for almost 4k dirhams in November. It's December 15th and I didn't receive all the items yet. I tried to contact customer service via email but they only told me that it's being processed then stopped replying. I tried to call but my calls never went through. The delivery process is terrible as every item is received at a time. It would be better if they just process the order at a time and send the items as one parcel. I won't use this website anymore unfortunately and I suggest you don't if you're in a hurry or expecting an item urgently.

I was not able to open certain items on my wishlist and when I contacted the customer service about it they were not at all helpful. No one came up with any solution or even bothered to check with IT on their end, I was only asked to do the obvious like check my internet connection 🙄. Very unprofessional and very unreliable.

I really like the app and the convenience it offers. The service is also very reliable and delivery times are generally as stated. The only thing that's currently annoying me is that despite setting my gender in my preferences, the app keeps sending me notifications of promotions for the opposite gender. This is super annoying and I would want this to stop.

The app doesn't work appropriately, very slow, buttons for return/cancel item are absent in most of the orders, no information about returns/delivery/shipping etc, information about delivered items isn't correct/up to date. Very complicated to use because of this, have to spend a lot of my time contacting the 6th Street team, very disappointed, slow process going. Still haven't received my refunds since October. Awful, unacceptable, unprofessional.

It was my first time to try and order from this app and I wish I have not done so. They allowed me to check out and pay and right after that they cancelled one of the items because it's not available. Then follows series of inconveniences. Wrong products, wrong sizes. I'm a size S-M which I specified, why send size L-XL? For the shoes, I'm a size 6-7, they sent sizes 8 and 11. Plus it's a totally different product. I used to have high expectations, not anymore. Better go with Namshi or SheIn.

The application and UI itself is good but the main problem lie in between the item or product selection. You will find the product that you want but you ended up on out of stock when you view the item. They will display items that doesn't have available sizes and out of stock, mostly oversize product. My main concern on purchasing in this shopping app is that they will give you wrong size. I order once and return for wrong size and ordered again but still giving the wrong size. Not convenient.

Very disappointed with the application. Very bad customer service. I have placed return request for two items (shoes) as it's fitting was unsuitable. Initially they did not come to pickup. After several follow-up two items were picked up by courier partner. But the status in my account still shows "Pickup Pending" and my refund has not been initiated yet. So the case here is I lost both the items andy money. I called 4 times customer care but never got any satisfactory answer. Really bad!

A lot of cancel items. The app is good and sales is superb is just that if you order a lot of stuff, some items is always "under processing" for many days then they will give u a notice of cancel. Customer care also need to upgrade, chatbox is all computer mode it cannot answer your concerns and for their email add is no answer at all if you send them

The app itself is easy to navigate, the only thing missing is reviews of items which would be very helpful when deciding regarding sizing, fabric etc. When it comes to service of 6th street (which has nothing to do with app but I will write it here). The call center - people are very helpful and professional. However the delivery/pick up service in case you need to return the item - is terrible! And because of that I will not order anymore from 6th street.

I give an additional 1 star for the collection. If I have to rate them purely on my experience as a customer I'll rate 0. If you buy something and it doesn't match your size and you want an exchange for another size, they have only one stupid way of returning your item and requesting for a refund either to your wallet or the original payment method, and you make another purchase for the changed size that you want. I don't know why was I expecting a better service like Amazon!!
