Y'all need to update your app. I have never used an app with more technical difficulties, ever. It takes forever to load, half the time. It doesn't update my cart or it will update the cart incorrectly. It won't load information. It will randomly kick you off. It's horrible.

App is super easy to use and would definitely be a 5-star, but I have a major issue with checking out. My mailing address is APO/FPO, and I'm stationed overseas. The app locks me into shopping the European region, but the European region won't ship to my address, since it's considered US (even though I'm in Europe). Likewise, I can't change my region to US. The only way to order A&F is to save my order number and order by customer service. The A&F website has this same problem.

The fact that it's been forever that you can't see whether the product is sold in the store so you can purchase and pick up is very inconvenient. Idk why it used to be so easy 5 years ago and now it's like AF wants to make it more inconvenient WHILE also providing different sales via online than whats in store and to top it off with the manager at the location where I am close to is a PIA about price adjustments. So freaking annoying almost not worth the trouble of shopping on here 🙄

The app works great, except for the filters. It basically doesn't filter by the product type. Also, would be great to see the description of the fabric. Might help for people with skin allergies.

This app is great for those who like doing their shopping online. It's a lot faster than regular web pages and having your account right on your phone is very convenient. The experience is very personal and it is tailored to fit my needs. Great job A&F!!!

Not necessarily the app itself, but with a lot of the clothing it would be nice to see the models wear tops not tucked in in every photo so you can see where they sit. Descriptions don't always give the best details. Only issue with app is sometimes it won't show items when clicked on, just displays a white screen.

Exemplary shopping experience. I oversee alot of integrated ecomm solutions. Out of the few clothing retail apps I use, this one by far is superior in look and feel. The UI/UX is very easy to navigate and perfect for everyone. Checkout especially can be tricky on some platforms. This is always a smooth experience.

The app is missing main fundamentals of a store! There's no way to shop for a clothing item you want. (ie. Tops / Bottoms / Swimwear). There are headers for YPB, Winter Sale and, Latest and Greatest only! When clocking in "latest and greatest" , you only see new arrivals. There's no option for "see all" or category selection. (Except for within one of the categories listed above).

Went to make a return in-store, I had the associate scan my barcode from the app but it didn't allow her to find my purchase, so I had to manually pull up the previous purchase from within the app, which of course was in a tiny font size... But for some reason the app wants to try and play music for me. Maybe y'all should prioritize functionality over branding.

Love the app overall, it's got a great layout and super easy to use/find things. Only thing is when I try a purchase something and enter my info the page goes completely unresponsive :( I've tried closing the app/redownloading/letting it load and nothing happens. So I have to go on browser to actually purchase anything.

The app is really easy to use and allows one to view high quality photos of the items available. The sales/offers are always listed on the main page, and at checkout the sales/offers are automatically added. I have had zero issues. Love it!

I love the brand. The App is glitchy, and doesn't always show the current promotions, and doesn't always show when they end. It sometimes will show multiple of the same items in your cart. Otherwise. It's pretty great. And I love that you can listen to their current playlist while you shop online. Also, it seems online always has a better promotion than in stores.

I love these clothes but the Girls kid clothes are very very expensive like $20 for a tee shirt! But the clothes are adorable I just think their overpriced.

Used this app for years with no problem. Now I can't order anything! Everytime I checkout it says Try placing order again. The payment info is correct. I've called customer service and was told to clear the cookies and it didn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work. I don't want to order over the phone, I would like for my app to work! I have rewards to use and I'm incredibly frustrated with this app!!

It would be a good app as it is easy to navigate but it has a few bugs and you can never use it to purchase as it gives you an error message every time. I've tried using different methods but in the end you have to like/save the items and open up the site on your browser to checkout.
