They used to be good but now the quality of the products is really bad! I don't recommend them at all anymore and this was my last order. I ordered Francesca Rossi bad for my mom's birthday and it wasn't cheap at all! Long story short the bad started tear and breaking breaking up almost immediately! Absolute trash. I'm so very disappointed!

The products need more details. It's hard to place an order when you don't know the length of trousers, sleeves, etc. The search function is not great, the filters don't always work. Also, it would be nice to have the option to buy the whole outfit, but that's already asking too much.

The app shows available size from a particular product, but when I try to pay, a message pop ups that the size is not available. It is not possible to finalize a purchase. Very bad customer experience.

Had to wait 3.5 months to recieeve my money back. Talked numerous times on the phone with them with no result.

Clothing comes in awful condition, often with missing tags, looking a lot more like pre-owned than brand new. I even start wondering if the brand stuff is original or fake, in the perfect case it feels like second quality.

I've placed my order 2 weeks ago and received half of it. Submitted 3 requests to customer support and only got automatic mails and still no answer regarding my order. I have paid for it, but I am not getting anything. I must be a bank to finance them. I have called after all and to find out that my 2nd package took a drive, never made it to easybox, it was returned to the base where it came from.

Very practical! Although the prices of some products are intentionally high in order to make it seem like the sale is huge and attract clients. One of the watches has the price of 1859.90 RON, on sale fpr 359.90 RON. But if you search that product on amazon or other sites you will see that the price is 70 Euros, which in Romanian RON is 335,more or less . I advise people to take their time before buying blindly just because is on sale!!!! Thank you

There are problems. I ordered a jacket, the order was accepted, I got the email and the status update, but after I waited for a week I called FD and found out the size I ordered through the app was actually not available, even though it shouldn't have been possible to order it in the first place if so, and they failed to send me a message. At least they said sorry. I ordered another one, I hope I won't have problems with this one.

Even if I set up a price range with a limit of 200 lei for example, it keeps showing me items with a price higher than the one set up. Is this a bug? Could you please fix it? Otherwise nice UX. :)

A great app, making online shopping easier than ever. I had some issues regarding the size filters. As an idea for improvement, I would like to be able to sort items based on the discount percentage.

The most user-friendly shopping app I use! You can set filters very easily & accurately, the product photos are detailed and they show the item from many view points and the payment and returns are made in matters of seconds. I highly recommend

Order and returns are simple and pretty fast. My only problem with the app is that it is lacking reviews and ratings for the products. Some user reviews would help a lot to find honest information about the size accuracy and product quality. I think it is a mandatory feature for such a big company.

Good app but for some articles (sneakers, bags) would be helpul more pictures while the colours for other products (like a Mango dress) are different from the real thing. I wrote here the downsides but overall I am satisfied with this app.Very good and useful are the size recommendations, they are usually quite accurate.

This application does not have an option to deactivate or close your account. They are bothering you with a lot of offers even if you didn't opt out for their newsletter. When you want to unsubscribe from those emails you are just redirect to a web page with more offers. I don't recommend this app at all
