I downloaded this like an hour ago cause i wanted to buy some clothes,and i am still waiting, it just keeps on loadong and loading , i thouht this was a good app , cause by the images i liked it , but when i download it , i just havr to say , its bad , sorry if you can fix it , it will really help me , but if you dont i gotta say noting

Im in France and the prices show up in Pounds or sometimes dollars, there is no where to change the currency, I keep updating my location to France but still doesnt work.

Mostly easy to use, but glitchy -e.g can't swipe through the photos when you select a product which is irritating

it does not save my bag for later, I want to keep my items to continue shopping another time... a nightmare, you have to restart your shopping every 30min or so... beautiful clothes tho

I love Sezane, so I downloaded the app. But the app is not working properly. I am unable to log in, it constantly says an error occurred..I got fed up trying and deleted it...It's a shame..

I finally placed my first order! The delivery came sooner than expected and the un-boxing was a whole experience. Even though I went with simple pieces that I can wear often, I still felt so luxurious placing them on the hangers.

I have been buying from Sezane since April this year. Like most online retailers it too me 2-3 orders and returns to ascertain my correct size with them but once I had done so -I was so happy with the quality and cut of the clothes. Yes delivery at times can be quite slow as can be confirmation of returns - but in general I found customer service good - I had difficulties in generating my free postage baroda and it was sorted that day. My experience thus far has been very positive.

Firstly I was unable to enter my delivery address because the app is not configured properly to UK addresses so had a nightmare getting that in. Then I wanted to return some items and the return process sat in pending for 4 days. Bearing in mind you have 14 days to submit a return. The customer support chat has been completely unresponsive. I still await any response whatsoever from a chat I started on a Monday at lunch time. It is now Monday evening. I won't be purchasing from Sezane again.

A lot of issues trying to check out. I had to resort to using PayPal with the same card because I kept getting errors. The website itself was worse. Lots of bugs that need fixing.

The app is really not good, sorry Sézane. Browsing is nice, but prices show once in pounds and then in euro (in the same session). My basket was emptied without my intention to do so. The country delivery infos are not clear. You should test it more ;).
