I love their clothes so much, I constantly get big hauls. But I'm so annoyed with the ordering system always giving me troubles, especially with codes, and the inconsistency in sizes, and needing to just keep them because it costs so much to return them. Just a couple of changes and I would but so much more and give 5 stars. Still glad they're here.

Annoying. When you're scrolling through ANYTHING, click on an item then you hit any available back button it's going to take you ALL THE WAY BACK TO HOME PAGE instead of where you left off. I sent an email to support from Google playstore about the issue just to receive an automated email directing me to the help center. In the app the help center is all about orders and payments, not app issues. I'm guessing the developers don't care.

I can't stay on this app more then 10 minutes. If I click on an item to take a closer look once I click back the app takes you all the way to the home screen. The only way around it is to put the item in your cart, even if it's an item that you don't want. Also I haven't been able to add ANYTHING to my favorites in months. It's very disappointing. I love Fashion Nova attire but I find myself shopping else where out of pure frustration with the app.

I've never seen a fashion App as useless as this of Fashion Nova! Like for real you view an item & it takes you back to the beginning, shopping is very exhausting, the painful part is that I lost every item on my chart after I logged out to log back in, the app keeps quitting on me. Infact!! Everything about fashion nova is tiring, from low quality expensive materials to stress of having to pay for shipping of individual items being returned....

I love Fashion Nova, but ever since I've been using the app (which is for years) there's always some sort of bug. First was with paying through Amazon, then to paying at all, it used to scroll through and show you the same things over and over, and now it's sending me all the way back to the home screen when I look at an item and then hit back. It's just sooo buggy, makes it hard to shop. ☹️

the app is good overall but there's not enough options for filters. i'm just getting kind of frustrated that most of the plus sized was all bunched together. i mean there's section for tops and etc. but w/o much options for the filters it was hard finding plus size clothes. searching up most of the plus size was also time consuming.

I was having difficulties ordering through the site, so I installed the app, thinking I'd have a smooth transaction. Once installed, I opened the app, and it showed me a picture of 2 scantily clad females wearing lingerie. I waited and waited, thinking it was still loading and whatever, but it stayed in that same screen. Feeling like a pervy sapphic, I exited the app and opened it a few times, but the same outcome occurred. I gave up on it. Deleted the app. It sucks. Wasted my time.

I love fashion nova but this update is ATROCIOUS!!! I'm trying to shop but every time I open the app it closes a few seconds later. Does the same thing if it stays open long enough for me to type something in the search bar. It's annoying. I can't even browse through the clothing categories. I can't do anything on it. Please fix this asap! I don't want my favorites or items I have in my cart to sell out before I can get them.

Love the site, dislike the app. Each time I click on an item to view and try to return to the list, it takes me way back to the beginning of categories. It's very inconvenient because I lose my spot and have to scroll through the entire list all over again. Please fix the back button after viewing an item. It's annoying!

This app is so annoying! If you're scrolling at let's say dresses and then click on one you'd like to see. Once you back out, it takes you back to home...so you have go searching around again. It does the same thing when you look at your wishlist. You should be able to hot the back arrow and it bring you to where you were last, not the beginning where you started.

Good layout for the most part, but search results are in a tiny little list that only shows you about 10 items. Idk if it's a glitch or what because it keeps showing a loading wheel and then not loading. It also keeps saying that I have no favorites and I cant add more when I try. None of the tips in the faqs work. Sometimes signing out and signing back in works, but not usually. I really hope you guys come up with an update to fix this, the app seems really good besides these two deal breakers.

Great app! Hardly crashes. Just a few suggestions, it kicks me out often so I'll go to save a size as a heart /favorite and it then tells me to login. I find it easiest to prompt me to login. Additionally the filters are only colors on the website there are more, such as size etc.Lastly the font shouldn't blend with the background, at times its hard to read. Thank you

Search/shopping convenience is great. Shopping for things "like" an item you have selected is everything. The app takes me back to where I was in my original browsing. Clothes quality keeps me on this app compared to Shein. I've never had the energy to complete a return. Gifting items to my friends and daughter has worked out well. Been a great experience so far.

Experience is fine but I have some recommendations. - COMPLETELY remove things that are no longer for sale, remove them from search function entirely. - Changing password outside of the app results in a lot of crashes, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to fix that. - Back in stock alerts, back in stock tab/section, or back in stock subscriptions would be nice. - In general, the ability to change address or cancelling an order after placing an order would be handy too.

The stars are for the app. The app is trash, it needs fixing. When I click on an item from my favorites list then go back. it takes me all the way to the top of the list. My list is long. I love all the clothes, shipping is always on time, except when I order on Fridays or holiday, other wise it's on point. The website also seems to have more styles than the app. USE THE WEBSITE.

There are a few things that could improve. If you look something up everything sold out are listed all on top & then you have to scroll & scroll to find things that aren't sold out. As well as the past week the app keeps crashing. I look something up & click on it & the app has to restart. Or if I want to look at my orders, favorites, or my account it crashes & has to be restarted & it never opens up. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times and nothing works. I'm pretty disappointed

I love the app but for some reason my favorites keep getting deleted. I spend hours adding items only to go purchase one from my favorites and all of them are gone. I will go add a random item to my favorites and when I check it, it's no longer there. It's really, really annoying to the point where I don't want to surf the app anymore because of the amount of clothes with no way to actually save my favorites. This may just be a bug on my app but it's a serious bummer.

Love the clothes but app can get annoying! If I click on anything in favorites I have to scroll through whole list again, same with shopping. Needs to be fixed so you can go back to where you left off. Also if an item isn't ever coming back to stock that needs to be changed too. Maybe a quicker way to delete items from favorites too.
