Issues: you can't manage cookies. Only allow all cookies. When you try to customise the cookies, the button doesn't work to save your preferences. To top it all off they only have a premium rate number to call customer services, and it doesn't even work. Selecting alternative buying options in the check out is a painful painful process! I've got an IT degree and I struggled to add next day delivery.. Find a link on google? ANY link opens the app! Not useful when I need to find customerserv

Same thing as others have said no matter how far you scroll in the app if you click in an item then press back YOU WONT BE BROUGHT BACK TO WHERE YOU LEFT OFF IN THE LIST. It scrolls you back all the way to the top and it's the most irritating thing. Makes the app unusable.

App isn't working because the cookies reminder pops up but won't let me accept or decline or move past it to the app.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in 25 years. The website offered free delivery if I installed and used the app - but I didn't get that. It also offered a 10% discount for installing the app - but I didn't get that. The size guide does not include details for Bottoms of what size XXS, XS etc waists measure in cm. For a pair of shorts which are offered in XS and S sizes, they give no details of sizes apart from saying the model is wearing size 32W 32L. That cannot possibly be related to a pair of shorts in sizes like S, either by waist or length. What is the point of a clothing website where you can't find the sizes of the clothes? When I came to check out on the app, there was no instruction on how to obtain the promised 10% discount. When paying, the app said: There was an issue processing your PayPal payment. Please choose another method. I tried another method. It would not check out. So I logged in on the website, to see if my basket was still there. It was. Of course there was no free deliery and no 10% discount. So I tried checking out anyway. It said: Your session has timed out, please re-enter your password Why would you time your customers out in the middle of paying? What shop would to that? Only one that does not list the sizes of the clothes! So I returned to the app. The free delivery could not be obtained, even by refreshing the basket. So I by checking out on the website, I lost my free delivery.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Now rewards credits take 30 days to appear. I get it, folks were scamming and they gotta make sure you aren't returning big items just to rack up points. Sucks for loyal users but fair enough, whatever. Only problem is it's been more 30 days, I obviously didn't return any items and the points are still in pending. Not worth the hassle. Deleting.

Earned a reward, order was cancelled because the store did not have tge item, but did not get my reward added back to my account. Cannot figure out how to get help to get the reward added back. Easy to browse on app, but anything beyond that like getting help or information on how to contact customer service is lacking.

The app itself is fine enough, regular experience. The rewards system is an actual scam. Where most companies will allow you to earn rewards in relation to the dollar amount you spend, Urban's system is 20 points per purchase regardless of how much you spend. That'd still be insane for in store purchases, but for app users that are mainly having the items shipped, it's bull. Please update your reward system to not be a very obvious ploy to disenfranchise your customers.

there should be a customer service phone number for when they mess up an order and it can be resolved. They sent one order of 4 things in 2 packages but didn't let me know til the first one got here. I was disappointed that it wasn't what I was expecting. Each package is stressful because you dont want it to be stolen. but it was the wrong top, and I have the stress of sending it back. And 4 days later no info on where the rest of the order is, its an off brand shipping company.And no updates.

I got a text this morning telling me if I downloaded the app, I would get 10%-50% off my entire order. Well, that was a lie. I went on the app as instructed and clicked at the top to "Get My Deal" (which again said between 10-50% off) and when I did so, I was told that I was "getting close" to some BS $5 off reward: Nothing mentioned about any promo code for any percentage off. Classic bait & switch.

Love the products but the app has a major glitch. Everytime I'm searching within a category and I scroll down to wishlist something, when I return to the menu, I lose the spot I was scrolling from and I have to scroll down right from the start again. Makes shopping very frustrating on the app.

The most recent update has ruined the experience of browsing the app. Just like those before me, there's a glitch in the app where if you click on an item and try to go back to the main page, it takes you back to the very top of whatever tab you're on which is so annoying. Please fix this bug soon.

Literally no matter where you are browsing if you click on the item and back out of it... it will start you right at the beginning of the search. Its the most annoying thing and has prevented me of staying on their app any longer than 5 minutes therefore prevented me from purchasing an item or few.

Love the app and the shop. Endless supply of wonderful clothes. However, a few bugs need fixing in the app, I cannot open certain tabs e.g. Men's knitwear & jumpers, Graphic T-shirts. I click on the tabs but nothing happens and there isnt really another way to get to this particular category aside from going on the desktop website. Can you fix this please?

They have a sale 20% off anything as long as you buy it off the app and ohh boy... the app had errors for the first 5 times I tried to place my order and it finally went through and it was cancelled with no explanation 2 times in a row. I try to contact support and no ones avalable and they will get back to me in 2 days... After the sale is over. I give up, Urban Outfitters app is garbage and Urban Outfitters altogether blows. Ill just save my money

Not great, delivery is stated as free, £3.99 or £5.99 yet when I try to check out it is fraudulently trying to charge £9.99. Not only is that extremely high in consideration of other retailers its not how much it states its going to be when you select delivery and it won't let me change it either so i guess I won't bother buying anything.

Both the app and the website have so many problems. The biggest one right now is that, on my last 2 purchases, the rewards coupons I've entered haven't worked to give me any money off, but then have disappeared from my account as if I used them. This got worse with this last order, because not only did that happen, but my account glitched out so that, now, my last order (which was confirmed via email & has shipped) isn't showing up in my order history & I didn't get any rewards points for it.

This app glitches or whatever waaaay too much. While searching, it clear everything out, and left a white screen. I exited the app, logged in, it was fine. Then, while I'm looking in the Books section, it does the same thing. It went white, but basically had a message that said this is unavailable. Da fuq gives? Do better.

It's become extremely concerning that I'm receiving "open" items more and more often than I'm comfortable with. It's getting to the point where my items either look like they were just tossed into the nearest packaging for shipment, OR someone went through my order (possibly even wore it; I've found hair) before being delivered to me. While it may not seem like a major issue to some, I have yet to find any publicly posted policy on how UO is handling its returned items during the pandemic...
