It is a fun motivational tool. Don't plan for steps to be accurately counted if you upgrade at all. If you are running in place/treadmill at least half of your steps won't be converted to points. Same goes if dancing is a motivator for you *** Not a battery issue. It is definitely the app failing to approve steps. Less than half count now. Changed from 3 to 2 stars...

Pretty great app. All you have to do is walk. Every step goes towards receiving in-app credits you can use to purchase deals they offer. The offers are nice, but limited and a lot of them I'm not into. Also, note I said "deals". A lot of the offers are discounts or a free month's subscription. Also, you can receive only a limited amount of credit a day. You can upgrade your account for a monthly fee (no cash, you pay with your free credits) in order to gain more credits a day.

It's a cool app, and I would rate it higher, but it's ridiculously laggy. It won't work AT ALL if I have any other apps open in the background, and even after closing all other apps and doing a quick cleaning, it's still barely usable. It's frustrating that the daily bonuses won't work, it just sits there trying to load an ad. Again, I like the app and I really appreciate that the bonuses require less steps but whats the point if I cant even use them. Please fix this and ill rate 5 stars.

I used this app quite a while ago and never made a review. I keep seeing people post referral links and it makes me mad all over again. I used the app for a while and i always had a problem with stashing tons of pending steps that would eventually disappear. I was walking 4 miles one direction to work at the time and every trip it would lose most of my progress. It was very frustrating. Tens of thousands of steps at a time would be taken from me with no reward.

I really enjoy this app, it's a great concept. The only thing that bugs me a little is when I purchase something for "100% off" with some ridiculously high shipping price listed (which is basically just how much the item will cost with the "100% off discount"). And relative to the price it seems like a good offer at first but that's until you realize you have to pay for shipping on the website as well so it isn't actually a 100% discount. More like a 70% off discount. It's very misleading.

The daily bonus don't work. I try every day hoping you will get this fixed. The old bonus system was more reliable. I think the idea is great but the app does not count my steps accurately. I have done everything that they have suggested and it is still only counting about 10% of my steps rather than the 65% they claim. When will it work with my fitbit or Samsung health app.

I've had this app for 4 years, and it definitely was much better ~2-3 years ago. There used to be a lot more offers for physical items or discounts for physical items; now, the majority of the rewards are temporary discounts on subscription services. It makes it really underwhelming to check the shop every now and then and see no new variety in the offers, even if they don't cost many coins. They give out a very limited amount of gift cards too, so they're easy to miss.

You used to be able to cash out, but now all you can do with the coins you earn is: donate them, bid on a couple available items that EVERYONE ELSE is bidding on, or, get a reduced price on either trial sized or strange items you've never heard of and don't need. If the item is by chance "free" (by exchanging sweatcoin for it) - you still always need to pay shipping which is often the same price as the item itself or more. I've had for over 2 years and haven't been able to get anything yet. :/

so far, it works (technically.) it seems that "outdoors" isn't an accurate direction for where to walk. Outdoors, in an area off of a marked road or in a small area like a park or field doesn't seem to "qualify." I had a step counter of nearly 7k steps, which reset to just over 4k after stopping for dinner. So far, only 600 steps have been counted towards my total. Battery drains faster than a Samsung Fast Charger can account for. Not good. If this app can get its act together, more stars

You only have the option essentially to spend coins on subscriptions and "free" samples/trials to services that require a credit card which essentially just tries to get you to spend money more than you earn using the app. And you have to pay shipping on almost everything, so almost nothing seems actually "free". Not worth the strain on the phone's battery and I've yet to find an option to make a donation to charity.

Constantly even after changing the settings so that the app can run at all times in the background, it still does not count all my steps. For example I just walked about 5 miles and when I open the sweatcoin app to see my progress it shows that I have ZERO "0" steps recorded. This needs to be fixed! I'm sure this isnt the first time it happens and I'm very sure I'm missing thousands more steps.

Very cool app! It works great and does everything it claims to do accurately. I read reviews saying it doesn't count steps accurately. That's just not true. I've been using it for several weeks and the total step count is always within 20 steps of my phone's step counter. It pays for the steps you take outside, and it does a great, accurate job at tracking my outside steps. I find it very motivating to get my but outside and moving. It's great! I would love more options in the store though.

It's okay, the prizes are not worth it but to be honest I use it to gain the points regardless of me even claiming something. The long term reward is good idea but a bit too long in my opinion. Maybe a year of doing so is a great idea. I would have given this a better rating if it wasn't for the poor calculation towards your steps. It says it gives you 1 point for every 1000 steps minus 5% commission. If that is assuming the app is removing 5% of my total steps, I would have a lot more points but they take out more than 5%. I walked 20k steps and I only recieved half of the actual steps. I do like the fact that the monthly payment for gaining more points is through the app currency and not real money. That makes it entirely free but requires more effort to get more, which is not such a bad idea.

Lmfao garbage. You only allow for outsise steps? Even in this 110° Florida heat index? Fine. I'll go outside. Oh, I walk around at a pretty speedy pace for 30 minutes and the app doesn't count or convert a single step? Just scrap the entire app. It's negligent, but most of all it's unusable. I actually downloaded it when it first came out. Glad to see it has made approximately zero improvements.

Eh, sometimes you can get some decent things to redeem coins for, but I'm sure there's a slim selection of companies to partner with. Occasionally I'll see a product that you get 100% off of. But the shipping pretty much is the cost of the item. Checked some earbuds via this app and Amazon, and the price was the same on Amazon with free shipping. So. Either way they get the full amount of money sometimes. Still recommend tho, look forward to nice products and updates.

Great concept and I love the app...but with the new update, my phone vibrates everytime I take a step. PLEASE make a switch to turn it off, or if there already is one, make it easier to find because it is driving me crazy. Before it didn't count my outdoor steps too accurately (always too little). Now it's more accurate but is making me go insane. Thank you.

Concept is AWESOME, and it worked great when I first started using it. But now I can't get the ads to play to get my coins. It just spins endlessly. I shut the app, reopen it, and spin again. There are days that I've done it ALL DAY LONG, and not been able to get my coins. AND can't get any help from "support". A real shame... OKAY, so I tried this and it worked! THE FIRST TIME!!! I've tried it again since, so many times it's pathetic, & once again I can't watch the ads to get my sweatcoins.

Great idea and concept but, I have to give this a 1 star rating, for a couple reasons 1. (most steps) are not counted indoors. I work inside a very large store and I easily walk over 8 miles during my 8 hour shift. 2. The rewards are worthless, they are trials, subscriptions and/or you still have to pay for something it is no longer a reward - it is now a hassle and not worth the time and effort.
