My money got deducted even after i cancelled my subscription. Why would I pay for an app I have not even used for I don't know how many months. And even after i cancelled the subscription the money got deducted.

This has to be the best mental health app I've ever used. Let me tell you I tried a bunch and I mean a bunch of them before finally finding this one. I like the ai chat and how I can actually book an appointment with a therapist if I need to. The activities and journaling are fantastic. If I want to follow a plan of theirs one day but do my own the next it allows it. I have only been using it for eleven days and I have already seen a drastic change in my mental state.

I've been on this app for 2 days and it has helped. It helps calm me down when I need it. It even has meditation, which I really like. It has articles that talks about mental health and ways you can cope, or get your mental health stable. This app just helps a lot, coming from someone who's struggling a bit with mental health.

This app is soo good I loved it and I felt so safe and warm And I wish you could make the conversation with Allie as a free conversation and let the user talk about there feelings and stuff like this so it will help the user to feel better!

Never thought I will return to edit a zero review.. but the support team makes me wanna do just that... their solution to the app not working for me for 3 weeks is.. try to install and re- install the app... like dont you think I did that multiple times before I came to you.... the therapist might be great but the app experience of not getting therapy will raise your anxiety..

For a free app, the goals that you can add are very effective and calming, that should be the main page, and the subscription option should not be that. It leaves you kind of dumbfounded and you can miss how many good things the app has

Downloaded this due to review that said it was free, but then after opening it and answering just a few questions, I was immediately presented with a screen asking for payment. Hard to fathom why one would pay when the questions are so superficial, eg. For sleep problems it doesn't even ask if the issue is falling asleep or staying asleep. There is a huge difference. So no, I'm not overly impressed when they ask for payment without even getting to the crux of the issue. And to clarify: NOT FREE

It's a good idea for a wellness app, with some bugs. I like that you can add daily goals from the apps, wish you could access list of all goals available. If you end a program you can't go back to the activities of week 4 (bug). You can lose access to articles within a program (bug). Each day you learn a new skill but it's a lot of info, need to bookmark & go back to activities to practice. I did 4 programs in 2 months, no info on what I can still access when I stop paying for premium.

I had so much difficulties in my life like depression, anxiety and lows. I am doing good now days. I have used so many apps before, I found "Fabulous" App good for transforming habits, and now tasted this app and found it good too. I would recommend these two apps and mark them well designed apps for people having difficulties.

Best therapy device in the palm of your hands honestly. I recommend it to anyone that struggles with emotions in whatever form. Lovely activities that help you reconnect with your innerself and focus on lifting yourself from whatever feels. Also has support groups. It's for free and the subscription plan is not bad and for someone who cannot afford therapists services I seriously recommend downloading Amaha app. It really helped me understand myself and problems, also solutions that really work

This app is a great tool for people with anxiety, Allie (the AI) gives you great strategies for coping with your feelings. Only thing I would change is that the thing that can actually help long term being the 30 day program would be free. Over all great app and highly recommended.

I mostly use this for mood tracking, yet to do any of the goals but may do one day. One thing I think could be improved on is the list of activities you've done on the modd tracker. I often have to add an additional note for activities. I think TV (only option for movies) and hobbies would be very useful as often I am endulging in my hobbies with helps with my mental health, therefore impacts how I rate my mood.

If I'm being honest, I don't usually rate apps. However this app is INCREDIBLE! Unlike most other apps I've used, this one generally helps me, gives you lots of things/options which YOU get to choose based on your preferences and what you feel attention needs to be focused on. Not only that, but using the free version is absolutely incredible, I haven't experienced any adds (excluding an offer to upgrade to premium which only happened once) and the app itself really helps me.Definitely recommend

I'm writing this to get the developer's attention. You cannot edit goals, if you want to change the time of your reminder, you have to delete and remake the goal, if it's the original body awareness exercise, you have to go through programs and find the specific part that adds it to your goals. This is not a positive, it's a hindrance. I'm competing similar apps, they don't this problem. Best fix it so I we both can achieve our goals, yes?
