Unstable app. At times face market does not work. At times ecg diagnosis does not work. Pls fix the bugs & provide update

The experience is very bad , need more improvement, ECG is not working properly, no result after completing ECG , most of the time disconnect automatically, need a stable update for watch and the app

The watch doesn't take accurate measurements. They're fake. Every time I take my blood pressure, it always comes out almost exactly what I calibrated it to. I have screen shots of how literally 1 minute apart my results were as high as they go and then a minute later as low as they go.

Biggest problem. Loses bluetooth connection and sync fails. Have to restart the watch every few days. A great app and gives me all the tracking I need. However, the step counter is completely inaccurate - e.g. registered 150 steps when I was in bed. The English is just horrible - please pay someone for real translations. Also, please explain why you need all these permissions! You know people are quite sensitive to sharing information with China. Finally, not clear how to upgrade firmware.

Ok,my first review was poor and it appears that after a few hours, the notifications are working.... plus each health measurement buzzes after its fully finished and stored on the watch. Then next sync with the phone and bingo...reconnection after out of range is dodgy but not a deal breaker Update lost a star as now keeps on saying an error has occurred...!! Further update keeps saying something about landing..plus no more notifications..😟😟

Overall good, but issues with heart beat monitor. It worked for a few days, but now will not start collecting information after test started. The stored scans are also not in a date-ordered sequence. This feature may not be as important day-to-day as the others, but it was fun to watch.

Lost all my data after the most recent app update.
Limitless Dreams
The watch and akso the App misses functions that the watch e80 is advertised and sold with. So the watch is kinda useless, because the primary functions i needed are not on there. Then it often does not synchronize with the app, resulting in missing measurements. You can only download an picture of the ecg reading. But no data at all. No al kinds of life reminders. This function does not exist. No 🆘 etc. Firmware of watch should 1.0 but is 0.9. No up/downgrade available. Usermanual incomplete.

It is a really good and helpful app. At the begining I had some problem with connecting my smart watch since I was pairing my watch with the phone directly from my Bluetooth setting if u have the same difficulty for connection, just turn your Bluetooth on but don't pair or connect to the watch, then open the app and search for the watch. Update: I hope the developers would mind these notes: Need for more watch faces, Need for adding some option to set alarm for specific rate of o2 not just temp.

Suddenly useless. Maybe it updated but now it doesn't function at all and just displays a green start screen in an unknown language. It tells me it is running but doesn't even show an icon at the top of the screen. I have reinstalled it and no change. Very disappointing, and also makes my watch virtually useless now.

Very functional, easy to use. The app loses ability to sync with the band once or twice per month, a restart of the band fixes the problem. Would like to have an option to export and share measurements with my doctor (screenshots of measurements for one day for one category do not fit my needs).

Unable to connect the watch. It says give permissions and even after giving all permission it still doesn't connect

I'm constantly being prompted every 10 seconds to turn on my Bluetooth on my phone is old and it constantly drained my battery regardless of what applications I am using, it's continually popping up when I say no I damn well mean no. Your constant pestering is infringing my statutory rights so much so it has become a complete nuisance app which I will be reporting to Google.

Great App with the functionality of other wearables costing 5-10x the price. BP readings were originally high, this seems to have been corrected in the last software update and the device now correlates well with cuff measurements. I wear this 24/7 and find it really useful - the sleeping quality and SPO2 functions work well for me. I read that other users have had problems, but my device has had no issues other than it very occasionally 'hangs' and the App needs to be stopped & re-started.

The latest Jun 10 update is a very slow app. There is a delay in the calls being pushed to the watch from the phone. Please fix and update

Was perfectly happy with old app. Who wants a leaderboard? Sorry vain people but who cares?! I dont need permenant scroll to remind me I havent enabled all permissions, never gonna. Healthcolumn meh! To top it all more buttons to press to review data. Some geek thinks they have to " Disney it up" patronising idiots.

Not had any problems using the app and the features are good. The problem I'm having is with the watch it works great for about a month then I get no display you can tell the watch is still working as you can see a glow around the edge of the watch and it connects to the app still, I'm guessing it a firmware issue. Please fix.
