Description of TFit

TFit is a companion app developed by the company for smart sports bracelets. It can synchronize the user's personal health and daily exercise volume to the mobile phone, and push the caller number, SMS and other notifications in the mobile phone to the bracelet.

This update is very, very, very bad Always when I enter to choose the face of the clock it gives me there is no internet and everything I have is good and the internet is strong Even the watch faces are not beautiful and there is no interface for adults only there are for children 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

Your app no longer works. It just closes down when it it starts to synchronise. I've tried two different devices and the same happens with both of them. It was fine before the upgrade

The app is not working with the watch in terms of signaling calls, messages, sedentary reminder, etc. Was working the first two days for calls and messages but thereafter packed up. Frustrating!!! App developers, please note.

Worse APP EVER. Won't allow reset to default setup on watch for the LIGE New 2021 Smart Watch. Change of settings revert back to metric and unable to change to USA values. If there was an app to works better, I'd rather use it.

Great app👍records everything... The only problem I'm having is that the app isn't showing the different faces in the dial push section.. I've swiped down loads of times to see if that refreshes it, but it then comes up with 504 gateway time-out.. Please can you sort this problem out!!

Worst than before, I gets crashed everytime it tries to sync. Heart rate not monitored, it doesn't track steps or notify calls messages or any notifications, unable to change watch face and time. In total the watch and the app is COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

You guys can't connect via QR Code. You must connect it via Bluetooth. After your phone and your watch paired, open the app, go to device, than press go add button. If you don't find your smartwatch yet, reconnect your smartwatch again to your phone by unpair it, and then pair it again. Goodluck.

No updates. Poor choices of face dial. I wish i can change the Watch App in this smart watch. I can give better rating if the developer updates it's features. And add some true and cool watch face dial. Also pls add an option for watch sleep mode. You can only view your watch time for 3 seconds that's really irritating.

Bought this watch for work. The step counter is roughly between 3&4000 out. Any checks like heart rate measured on watch doesn't sync to the app not tried msg or call alerts as its not what I want. It would be good if the step counter was more accurate and syncs details better.

As per many of the other reviews here, if I could rate it a Zero, thats what it would get. Legitimately. I used the QR code that came with my watch to download this app. It was all in Chinese characters. Looked thru the whole privacy policy and app permissions. Unfortunately found no English translation. It appears the only way to change the time setyings on the watch is thru the app. The watch reads the BP and Heartrate very well. But needs the app just to change the time. This is ridiculous.

F**KING GARBAGE, Absolute rubbish, how the hell do you connect the phone through the app??? BT is switched on my mobile and manages to connect but the app doesn't see it??? Any ideas to connect as I can't change the time. Thank you

Deserves zero stars, The app is absolutely useless. Keeps reverting to metric and 24-hour military time from Imperial and 12-hour time, heart rate monitor Works sporadically through the app. Continuously disconnects and has trouble reconnecting to the watch. Please for the love of God somebody tell me they found another app that works with this watch.!!

It works before but It doesn't band to my phone anymore i tried connecting to Bluetooth and QR code scanner but it's not working...I don't know what happened but it really doesn't band anymore please fix the Tfit app I tried to connect and band to my Samsung, iPhone and Vivo phone but it's not working. I even reset the smart watch but nothing happened. So sad that i had to buy iPhone watch to replace your watch

Cannot switch temperature to Fahrenheit. Constantly having to switch it from 24 to 12 hours. Got to constantly switch it from metric to standard measurements. I would like it if the phone memorized my selections and did not reset it. It also keeps moving me from 6 ft to 5 ft 11.

Totally useless following update on app, and it was bad before! Watch will no longer sync so can't even use it as a watch. It seems the developer does not believe in listening to their users. Please, please, please get it right or even make just work on the basics! Would give zero if I could.

11/24/21 Thank you for fixing the crashing and improvements to the app UI. It is now useable. I bumped up 1 star for now. If I see its reliability and function work in the next month I will revisit it. An update to the actual watch firmware would also be nice.

App works very well. All features synchronised very well with my Smart wrist watch. Bp monitoring - excellent Heart rate monitoring - excellent Sleep monitoring - excellent Message, weather, music control, stop watch plus all other features are working fine and well. Note: If you buy a Fake wrist watch, don't blame this app if there is no thorough communication. Also, check your BT carefully.

Watch is great, however the application for the phone sucks very badly.. Only works half of the time, and everything resets every night... If the app managers would update the app and fix the problems, this watch would be able to assist you in managing your daily health. As it stands, it's a waste of money
