I like the content, videos but the app really needs changes. When I have completed watching a certain video and pause and come back. I would see that some of the videos I have completed are still showing incomplete. And if I try to do it again and successfully complete all the videos. I face issue in downloading the certificate. It's been like this for most of my friends and i suggest LinkedIn learning to update its features and software. Thank you for helping out people who want to learn more.

The content is great. But there are some technical issues with the application I struggle to tolerate. First: bed design of "Autoplay" and "Background Play" features, which don't work well with Android "Auto rotate" feature. Second: constant error messages about "Video Playing Error" (something about "local video playback"). I have already spent a lot of time dealing with customer support, but without much success. I don't want to say that their support is bad. It is more about the app.

Very poor experience, not behaving like video player. Not automatically change the orientation when switching in/from full screen mode. Automatically start playing videos when come again after switching the app.

The app experience has become horrible. Almost all the time the playing of video is stuck in between and I can't do anything. Also the video does not flip to horizontal view when i click on enlarge button.

Video keeps loading but not able to play. Tested with different learning courses to ensure the issue is not from particular video. Also tested different devices and internet service providers. Regardless is using laptop or mobile phone, even with excellent connection from different service providers.

Interface is simple and easy to use. The only issue is that connectivity is worse than the web portal when playing videos using mobile app when the Internet is stable across different devices which is annoying because would also want to access learning on the go.

so far it's great! Did the trial for a month and appropriate timing because I am doing a Supa dupa pivot☆☆☆☆☆ it's not too formal, but structured from what you would expect from a linked in Learning. Some of these concepts are already known but it's good reinforcing the basics....you know... so far -mario sunshine. 5 stars. (I wonder if they have one for plumbing)

The video player is bad. It's bugging back and fort in the video (replays) and I have to turn on rotate on my phone because the players dosent auto rotate in fullscreen, which is annoying because I otherwise don't use rotate on my phone. I wish the content tabs would minimise when I'm done watching that section. I can't listen with screen off or in the background. Love the videos. There is so much you can learn and you can add it to your profile.

Good app for learning work skill! Need more development in offline download feature, it often crash with incomplete download even though the app said the download are completed. Someone with instable internet connection need to download - delete - redownload several time to get the video play right. Keep improving 👍

Unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars. I really like the content, however, I constantly encounter loss of progress on courses - that is, I can go most of a course, and then return to the app and see that I didn’t pass it, only quizzes remain passed. I completely erased the app data, but this is repeated again and again. Also, this problem can arise if you look at part of the course on a mobile device, and then continue to view it on PC - your progress on the course will be lost.

First of all, a very great app!! Above all, take advantage of the option to save on the go (airplane mode can then be activated so there are no distractions). -- Feedback: it would be very nice if there was a dark mode (both for the app and for the desktop). In the interests of successful communication with each other, it would also be nice if there was a function that could translate comments in a language that I don't know. I finish my courses in a learning path, but when I go to print my certificate it looks like gibberish. It is not clear what the certificate is for. Waste of time if I have no certificate to show for. *Update: I was contacted by LinkedIn Support and was given instruction to fix this issue. I've so far been pleased with how quickly they respond with an accurate solution to a problem. I've adjusted my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to the great support.

Signs me out everyday, so I have to re login. Audio only toggle button does not work. Downloads don't display for a while once logged out, and you cannot choose the quality or type of download (audio only/+video). All the features are there that should make it work well, but none of them are refined enough to work the way they should.

Overall, the app is good. But who thought it was a good idea to permanently overlay videos with the "audio only" option? Move that to below the player so it doesn't cut off the top 20% of the video or, at the very least, have the option disappear when the other player controls do.

While I love the content and the ability to download for offline learning, the courses have a bug where they randomly switch between course videos whenever I rotate my screen between landscape and portrait. As soon as the app responds to me rotating my screen it will seamlessly switch to whatever I was watching 2 to 3 videos ago and then I have to scroll to the video I was actually watching and tap that again to resume. Really funky to work with.

The learning and videos are good, but the app is a little problematic. The quizzes time-out sometimes, also selecting answers is annoying because it thinks you're selecting an answer when really you just want to see the next multiple choice option. Download to play later works better if you download when you have wifi and watch when you have shoddy internet. If you don't download and try to watch in bad internet... well, you won't. The buffering will take forever, the quality will dip, and you may have to re-watch the same section over and over. Basically, use wifi. If on the road, download beforehand. I also sometimes get the issue of watching a video and it not registering as being watched. Otherwise the content is very good.

Buggy and missing features. The mobile webpage is much better. I'm working through multiple learning paths and need my notebook. Can't access notes or add new ones. That alone makes having the app pointless. I was hoping the app would make it easier to find my way into the learning paths but LPs, courses and video are mingled. Worse than the mobile site. Please go back to how Lynda had it. Tree format. LP/courses/videos. Let me drill down to the thing I'm looking for.

LinkedIn learning is great, almost. The worst thing about it is trying to login through your organization or school. It just doesn't work and you have to sign in through the desktop site for it to work. The great thing about it is the ability to download courses. Sadly it's only for mobile and watching videos on a phone while working on my laptop suck. There is hope install BlueStacks on a computer and you can work from a dual monitor setup and it is a dream come true. Please make a desktop app.
