Description of Marine Commander watch face

This watch face only support Wear OS smartwatches.

NOT SUPPORTED: Samsung S2/S3/Watch3 on Tizen OS, Huawei Watch GT/GT2, Xiaomi Amazfit GTS, Xiaomi Pace, Xiaomi Bip and others watches.

Not supported Wear OS watches (only based on Android 6.0 API23):
- Asus ZenWatch 1st
- LG G Watch
- Motorola Moto 360 1st
- Samsung Gear Live
- Sony SmartWatch 3

You can change settings of watch face ONLY from watch (long tap on watch face, tap on gear). From the phone you can NOT change settings of the watch face.

INSTALLATION

1. Install app on your phone (only Android OS 6.0 or above)
2. Install app on your smartwatch (only Wear OS by Google)

The application on the phone needed only to transfer the battery level of the phone to your the smartwatch.

PERMISSIONS

Read location - access is required to determine the weather in your area.
Read calendar events - access is required for the calendar event counter.
Read and write from/to Google Fit - access is required for the steps, distance, calories counters and saving heart rate data

PREMIUM VERSION

In demo mode all functions are available.
The premium license removes only inscription "demo mode" in the bottom of the watch face.

IMPORTANT

The compass will work correctly only if your smartwatch has magnetic field sensor.
If the compass shows wrong, do not forget to calibrate it.
If your smartwatch does not have a magnetic field sensor, the compass will work in emulation mode, due to the gyroscope and accelerometer and the compass will not show the sides correctly.

I love the watch face. A lot of customization available, such as color schemes, application indicators. One thing I don't like and that's why I wouldn't give 5 stars is that weather will only show if location is available on both my phone and smartwatch which drains battery. This doesnt change even after buying the premium version. Please, make it available to get weather information from weather app only as most watch faces on Galaxy Wearable do. Only then I'll consider giving 5 stars.

A very elegant watch face. I like the ability to include third party complications (i set one to Google pay). The always on does not seem to use too much battery which is a nice thing, what's the point of a nice watch face if it will be always off. I liked that the developer is not stingy, full functionality on the free version. I still paid the 2.50 as I think is worth it.

It's great, it's my daily watch face, however the step counter doesn't retain the recorded steps when the watch is restarted, which is quite a shame. The inbuilt samsung watch face has no issues with this, but I recently ran out of battery, and when I turned it back ON, almost at the end of the day, the step counter was at 0 Steps and started counting, well from zero, ended the day with a hundred steps. Other than that, this is an amazing watch face, it's customisability is quite endless!

Well made watch face that works perfectly on a Fossil Sport smartwatch; one improvement I would like to see is more choice in what is showing in ambient mode - at the moment, we have a choice of 'simple' (hours and minutes hands only), monochrome (watch face in black and white) and Full (ie ambient mode off). I would like an option to display digital time only in ambient mode.

Best watch face out there! Love this watch face. I upgraded to premium even though it only removes "demo" text, to support the developer, even though it is fully functional in free mode. Only one request. Could we have a named colour selector for the custom colours as well as the sliders. The sliders are fiddly and difficult to match if you want different elements the same colour. It would be easier if you could select "orange" for the second hand etc.

I purchased the Pro version and for the most part it's fine however I'm having problems changing colours. If I try to set the second hand to red it doesn't update. This was one of the options I wanted and so paid for, hence only 2 stars. Happy to update to 5 stars if this is fixed. UPDATE: I've finally worked out how to get my colours to apply - I have to scroll down the list of colours to the bottom and select "custom". It's not intuitive to do this - the fact that I can edit the colours but they're not applied until I go into a different sub-menu and choose custom is quite confusing. I've updated my score to 4 stars as the app DOES do what I wanted however it falls short of 5 starts until either the "custom" option is automatically selected when I change the colours or the ability to change the colours is disabled until I choose the "custom" option - I think either of these would be better.

This is a good watch face which looks really nice but there are a few changes that I would like to see made. 1- It would be better if you could use your phone to manage the watch face 2- I would like to be able to save customised colour schemes and settings so that you can reinstall them without having to set everything up again 3- I would like to be able to move the widgets around. I deactivate the weather widget and wanted to replace it with compass but you can't set it in that location

Looks good, but maybe a little too "busy" for my taste. Lots of customisation options - but hard to understand in a lot of places if you want to customise a lot of different details. Not a watch face I will use as standard as it has too much going on and the text is quite small and unreadable for a lot of the widgets.

Almost perfect, but with one major problem... in ambient mode it is just too dim, significantly dimmer than every other watch face I've tried, and that's with it set to maximum brightness in the ambient settings. It's a real shame because this watch has everything I was looking for, but as it is it is unusable on my Ticwatch Pro as I simply can't see the time in ambient mode so I have had to uninstall it. If it is possible to fix this one issue it would be an instant 5-stars from me.

Almost perfect! If I could use Samsung Health data in the Indicators, I would have paid for the premium. For now, I'll stick with the default Samsung faces. But I love the look and the customization options! Looking forward to future improvements :) Also, I would love to edit the watch face on my phone, but that's not essential. Great work devs! Edit: I got the premium. It's too beautiful... 😭 I'd still love to have Samsung Health integration, but regardlessthis is my new daily watch face

Galaxy watch 4 classic Beautiful, in fact my favourite face. However, it seems to drain the battery fast, causes problems when I wake up with getting stuck or not showing and for some reason I've had to pay for this twice. I consider it unusable, which is a shame. Afternote...as per seller reply below, yes it is correct, I was refunded for the first. I'm not sure why. However, the dev has not addressed the other issues. I would like a refund.

I really like this watch face and it has quickly become my go to. However, one request: I'd really like it if a "touch lock" could be added as it's really easy to activate a watch function (usually agenda) by accident or with a shirt sleeve. Just needs a little padlock or something similar that can be touched to allow watch functions, as can be found on other faces.

This is my go to watch face for WearOS. It is awesome. The complications give me all the data I need and there is plenty of settings to alter them but they remain clear and not cluttering up the watchface. The one suggestion I would like to make is the ability to save colour settings. It comes with plenty of preset options but I'd like to save some of my own and quickly swap between them easily without having to take the time to go into the colour picker for each item.

Nice, simple and very functional. Would like to be able to edit it somewhere other than on the phone but that's OK. Great value for $1.99 & I love that the free version is completely functional just with "Demo Mode" on the watch face. Makes it easy to fully trial it.

Using on my galaxy4. Classic watch style, with robust customization. The settings are a little confusing, and took a little time to get used to..Though perhaps it's just me. When setting up steps, or anything from the watch itself, be sure to choose "Third party complications." Loads of options open up this way. Edit: Had to update my rating to 5stars. I find myself continuing coming back to this watchface after trying different ones..there's so much more to customize here than most others.

90% love this watch face. Would be 100% if I could get the weather complication to reflect my location. I am not sure what location it is using, but it says it's cloudy when it's clear and the highs and lows are off. It always reads the wind at 4 mph. Location permission is on. If someone knows how I can fix it, please help.

I think it's great.. detail and customization. Like others I wish there was an easy way to undo the last change, but that's probably only because I just got it and I'm fiddling quite a bit. I also wish there was a way to have 24-hour time (Not just in the digital time, and they're very well may be a way to do this I haven't found yet). lastly, I'd like to note that I downloaded and purchased the premium before even trying it purely because of the couple reviews complaining $2 is too much.

I really like this watch face. It's the only one I've used for over a year now. The only complaint I have is that there's no option for a second hand on the ambient display. I know that the developer has addressed this and had chosen not to include that option in order to save battery life. Fair enough, but now that the new 3100 processors are out which are designed to be able to have an ambient second hand without a huge loss of battery life I hope that the developer will reconsider.
