For some reason the app won't give me a text plus number it keeps saying oops something went wrong please check your internet connection and there's nothing wrong with my internet connection so until you fix this issue and until I can actually use the service I'm giving it a one-star I'll change it once you fix it

The only issue I have with text plus is that some times I have a little trouble with the incoming calls when some one calls me can't always click to answer other then that I honestly have had this service and set up almost two years and I initially got it for receiving confirmation codes cause my main phone number was used up ;) and I have enjoyed it thus far no major technological problems or anything that I can say bad about this app cause I have not experienced it yet I paid for full year;)

International text not supported! You pay for this app but you can't send texts internationally. It doesn't say anywhere in the description that it's only for US and Canada. I see in the description you can make calls to anyone internationally. It's a waste of time if this app can't send texts internationally.

Texting works, but when someone calls, you hear the ringing but nothing appears on screen as an incoming call. No way of answering the call. Update:: now it shows a call but won't let me answer it, push the screen & nothing happens. When I try to call out it says can't make 2 calls at once. But I'm only making the one call.

Love this app. It's a great substitute when you want to use a phone on your tablet or just an extra phone. Also if you use it under Wi-Fi it's very convenient when you're trying to have more than one phone number or when you just need a phone for the moment. This app was created for some people who do not want to be bothered with a phone bill. It's free.

What a bunch of bull.... When I try to get a text plus number, it takes me to the 'Customize Your Number' page select state and code...but it keeps saying 'Something went wrong, please check your connection and try again' If you can read this review, there is the evidence you need, my connection is just fine

So far, I'm so frustrated .. it worked for texting at 1st, I trusted it so I added the talk to try it, and ever since, the app has stopped working. I've followed everything they suggested in the help options. Texting was working, but I still haven't been able to talk to anyone since I paid for it. done everything, and now it doesn't even let me send a text when it did before.. be careful of this app taking money.. if it's not resolved, I'll contact Google for a refund. It shouldn't be this hard.

I lost my number, have been trying to get a new one and it keeps telling me :something has gone wrong ..check my network.' Ive done everything to fix the issue ...turn on all permissions, turn off VPN, restart my phone, reinstall the app, try it on several devices, etc. And nothing works. I don't know why companies waste time to offer a service that does not work. I want to pay for securing my number for a year but how the hell can I do so when I cannot even get the damn number. This is BS...

Slow. I can't waste my life staring at twirling arrows. Some features simply don't work for at all, like getting a number so you can use the service all! "Oops, failed, check your connection" dialogue boxes don't work for me, especially when my wifi signal was very strong

Unable to answer calls. It appears on the screen, I clicked endlessly on the answer button but nothing. Tested calls again, easily able to deny calls by clicking on end call button. End call works wonders, not the answer button. Have been missing all the incoming calls I get. And then they're going to change the number because of lack of use.

Can't get a phone number. I signed up and verified my email address and everything, but it won't let me register a text plus phone number. I've tried multiple different states and area codes. All I get is an "oops check your connection" error message. But obviously I have no connection issues or else I wouldn't be able to post this or download the app in the first place. So maybe TextPlus is out of phone numbers? If so then the app is useless to me. Too bad, this app used to be reliable.

Worked fine. Then the Door Dash ad. And it freezes it up indefinitely. Freezes in the middle of a text? All you can do is delete it and start fresh and hope you can get it done before it freezes again THEN 2/3 of what you send fail. NOPE. I don't mind ads but I was going to get a paid subscription until that started. Now I'm out. You've got to do something about that scrolling numbers thing that door dash has on there. It's malicious, awful, a menace to your would-be paying customers.

Eh...it's an ok app. But ads are lagging crazy and when your low on credit...don't make arrangements for important calls. I did 3 offers for credits and still yet to get them. I had the app as an extra when I can't pay regular mobile bills...I had used the number for a job and I can't find out if I was selected due to no credits..(reason for two stars). So I had to download another free calling app to follow up.

I've been using it for years off and on and id have to say that as long as the wifi connection is good, then you have a working phone. Its saved me from beeing stranded on the streets of Washington state during the winter. Bottom line is that I highly recommend this app to anyone in need of a good calling/texting app.

Samsung Galaxy S8, Pie 9.0.0 - Text+ is a completely useless and broken app. This is the worst app I have ever download from the Play Store and a complete waste of my time. If I could rate text+ less than 1 star I would. I first downloaded the text+ app and set up an account as required, so far no problem. The problem occured each time when I attempted to earn credits to use the app. Everytime I attempted to earn credits by selecting the Rewarded Videos or Offerwall the app would hang up with a spinning blue circle on the screen. This blue spinning circle would stay on the screen until I shut the app down. No matter how long I left the spinning blue circle go it would never load the page. I attempted to use the text+ app with both high speed WiFi and LTE cellular data but text+ failed the same way each time. I tried to get text+ to work for over an hour, but the app never allowed me to earn any credits. I looked at the prices to buy credits but there is no way I would pay any money to use this poor performing useless app. Charging anything for this app must be some kind of joke. Text+ was a complete waste of my time and a total disappointment. The developers really need to rethink how this app is structured as related to earning credits. Earning credits should not be this difficult. I would not recommend text+ to anyone. Text+ was completely broken and useless for me.

Can't text anyone but I can receive texts. Contacted support was told it was fixed but it wasn't. One star until they fix it. Update: They fixed it for now but I still wouldn't say it's worth 5 stars. Can't receive pictures if the sender isn't using the app but they can get your sent pictures. It's good enough to use as a second number but shouldn't be used as the main one. Ads are also overpowering unless you do tasks for pennies(costly to remove) otherwise you have to pay for monthly or yearly

The sponsored ads change every 10-30 seconds, which not only interrupts your typing but it stops background music as well for whatever reason. Constantly dropping calls, even while standing actual inches from a router. Maybe a third of people that call/text me actually get through to where I see it, I've missed who knows how many calls/texts due to this... And to top it off, like 80% of the free offers do not work. Download a giant app then delete it because you MIGHT get 3¢ credit lmao..

Theoretically, a great app. It functions, but it could be superb. It is as if the developers lost interest. You'll have to make do with it as is. Emailing support is the same as sending a msg into a black hole. Some problems - - all easily resolvable, if anyone gave a s--t: 1) old msgs disappear. Logging out and back in may help. 2) Attaching images to a msg is hit or miss 3) Not all my Android contacts show up, so I have to manually paste #'s in 4) Dates for msg show up as 1 Jan 1970
