I have complaints, and tried the contact info listed. Noone has returned my messages. I want something done now. I have paid lots of money on this app. Yet, everytime I post a sexy photo or video, it gets taken down. You do not do the women that way. Why? Discrimination. I expect a full refund on all the money I spent on this app, or, stop taking my photos and videos down. If you do not comply one way or the other, I will take leagal action. The next move is yours.

I had a very bad experience. I purchased coins but after that the app doesn't work. When I try to video call a message appears that says cannot connect to server. Please check your internet connection. I sent emails to the address mentioned in the website. Nobody answered me. They also mentioned in the website that you can call but there is no phone number provided. My internet is not that bad and I had worked with it a few days ago at the same location I want to refund my money. Please

Twice I have updated my phone, and have lost all my coins. Never keeps your sign in to keep your coins. Kinda of a scam or a very poor app. Again for the 3rd time😡, they say there is a way to restore lost purchases, if this is true can someone help. Thank you. Well through alot of work on Team Jois part I received a partial restore of my coins. Not sure why, but they did make a great effort to help out. I now rate them from a 1 to a 4. Thank you.

It's a porn app that tries to pretend it's not a porn app.. it should at least be true to what it is, it says nudity isn't allowed, but all the girls on there just want you to pay them to flaunt their bits.. It's also way too expensive, should really be pay per call not per minute. Other than that the app is nice, occasionally you meet someone who's actually wanting to talk and engage you not dig in your wallet but.. overall not worth it..

I didn't get to try it. I was immediately discouraged to use it after I saw how much it costs. 120 coins per minute? Seems like the app is fun but as a consumer I don't plan to use it extremely expensive. You get over 2 minutes a call per dollar you spend on coins

Out of all the apps of a similar make or build, this one is by far the best, and my favorite. The community, A1. The cost of membership can be precieved as expensive, at first. But once you spend a few dollars, they'll start hitting you with sweet 2-4-1 deals that aren't hard to pass up, cause, well... they don't vanish right away. Quality of calls is usually A1, as is Quality of service. All in all, considering the sea of alternatives, I'll be sticking with JOI for as long as they'll have me !!

Claims random chat is free. Its not. either you pay $1.20 per minute or you're stuck with 10-sec conversations. there best deal requiring 189.99$ witch gives you 30000 STILL puts you at 0.72 per minute. That's nearly a $200 commitment and you're still getting shafted. For that kind of price it should be lifetime free but you're STILL GETTING SHAFTED. they're best deal for subscription gives you even worse rates at $1.60 per minute but a subscription is required to so much as respond to a message

Waste of time. Has you pay 120 coins per minute, 90% of the time it's not a full minute been getting missed calls left and right and can't connect to them because I have to pay. I'll change my review when we can get a different response other than watch out for promotions like no. Be free like all the other great cam 2 cam sites and you might just become a great cam 2 cam site

I had a great experience with this app for along time. Now after I put alot of money on it it won't let me connect to chat with people. Tried customers service and nothing back. I have paid atleast 1000.00 on this for the last year. Now won't let me connect. So it's not worth it. Been waiting for a response from you. And still haven't had any response. I put aloy if money on it not to work

Overall an awesome app with a few problems like if you get a new phone you have to make a new account and cant access your old followers. When there are other apps exactly like this that you dont have to deal with this issue. Its really dumb you can't access the same account with email or phone number verification.

Update: After several emails with customer service I was able to get the issue resolved. While I wish it hadn't taken so long, I appreciate that they worked to resolve the matter. I still wish there were more English speakers. But with proper coin management, the app is enjoyable. Old review was 1 star.

I really enjoy this app. I dont mind paying but I feel the 120 coins a minute video Is high. By time I send gift I'm out of coin for the video chat and then the other user gets free gift or gifts worth way more than a 29 sec clip that is of less value and wasted time. Other than than that maybe more coin for the price I pay. Also maybe a way to earn free coins like with task or downloads. But It's fun as long as I stay away from video chat.

I have to say its an okay app, but too expensive, i bet you if it was to be 120 coins per call, rather than per minute, it woulda been the best out there. I gave it a 3 but i am reducing it to 2, a vip should at least be charged, differently maybe 20 coins per minute, i just feel that the developers of this app just wanted to steal money from guys. How can i pay the highest amount for subscription and not be able to talk for more than 4 hours. 30000 coins equal 4 hours of video chat. Bad!

This app has a good system until it come to chatting and texting. You should not be charged coins for text that is lame. You should not be charged per minute and only be charged for the call itself. They make you pay for everything on the app and they should either make a pass to access everything , change coin prices, or eliminate charge per minute or text. They keep saying they are changing it but they never will Joi I would love this app if you fixed the prices. TAKE ACTION DONT JUST TALK.
