App is just bad overall. Downloaded because I got the tripod which has a remote to take pictures, but the listing failed to mention it only works with their app. App right off the bat tries to sell you their VIP subscription (not doing that before even trying it). Then every three pictures it pops back up trying to sell you the subscription again. Every picture you take requires you to click save afterward, defeating some of the point in the remote

It does not save any photos and I have auto save on. Way too many ads. Ads pop up even when you open camera outside this app. They pop up when I'm not even in camera. Will uninstall. Unfortunate since it's the only way I can use the remote that came with the tripod. It's worthless now.

It was an amazing app. Then I got a new phone and Had to pay for it again. The support team insisted I send them screenshots of my bank account where I had paid for it. I ended up just paying for it again because I really love it. Now after update the app is broken. As soon as I click on something to edit it just gives a purple screen. And I am using a paid version! Im not even going to attempt to contact support because they are very unhelpful.

When I restarted my phone, this app changed language to chinese. I un-installed and re-installed it many times but it keeps on changing its language. When installed, it is in english, but language changed right away into chinese. I already check my phone for its set region/country, and it's correct, and also when I log-in to this app I laready change the region to my city and country but still the language is in Chinese. And also the lipstick, eyebrow, foundation, etc in makeup is not working.

Used the app for years until the last update. The interface doesn't really look good. Before, you could record quick 30 second videos without watermark, now it's impossible. I also noticed some "beauty" effects are enabled by default so you have to manually disable them.

Previously i used to get some different ui where i get editor like filter, portrait, painting, blur, corrections, adjust, crop, rotate, color, texture, frame, tint. Which was better than the current ui and features. Pls let me know any way to use filter or portrait option Yes previous options were far more ui friendly and edit can be done seamlessly. Recent features i donot like. Pls help me with the previous set up

Just need app to use bt remote w inkeltech light ring i bought. Just trying to make videos. Made one the other day, and worked great. Now, all the bt remote will do is adjust volume (in video mode). I HAVE THE "VOLUME KEY MODE" SET TO "CAPTURE". Deleted and re-downloaded app. Nothing works. Also, video cuts off after 90 seconds, even though it's set for 300 seconds. No customer helpline in US! VERY FRUSTRATING!

App crashing at small instances, no option to add texts or draw geometric features, doesn't allow merging of multiple images. The worst is that clipping image while offline will darken the image, while remove background tool will only work while online otherwise, the app will crash. Furthermore, stickers, backgrounds can't be used offline even after download and install. Even one Touch beauty that I so much liked isn't functioning as before. I wish I hadn't update.

Oh dear... I've just read a lot of comments and the feedback is NOT good! I've decided not to download and use this app... phone crashing? Camera effects messing up shots? ... app not working properly? ... No thanks, it sounds like too much hassle. Why do people release software like this? Sort it out!!! This is not good for your reputation. Instead of this app I will just use the remote linked direct to my phone 🙄☹

I used to introduce Camera 360 to friends who love photo editing and really love the great features of it. Sadly, the app has been extremely disappointing and it crashes when I used it. The features are no longer as user friendly and I have to start looking for other editing app. This is the app that I used the most for at least 4 years. Pls put back the previous app version if the app can't be better. Thanks

Crashes constantly!!! I hate the updates that have been made since July 2020!! I don't want fake makeup added to my pics and no way to disable this!! This used to be a really great app now it really sucks!!! I've used it for years & I used to be able to play music from other apps and capture it during my videos but that doesn't work anymore either. 1 star!!!!!

This app is useless. Take one photo, leave it for a few seconds, try to take another photo an dot freezes. Have to click the X 15 damn times to close it and then reopen only to have it crash again. Does the same tying on my other other, does the same thing even after I wiped out the phone three times, does the same thing no matter if I change the storage path from device to chip. The ads are annoying even when I subscribed. The popups for filters are annoying, if I want it I will select it.

This used to be my favorite app and now, I'll never use it again unless there's an option to revert back to the old platform!!! PLEASE allow an option...the old interface was simple and easy to use. The new one is confusing and unfriendly....especially when wanted to do simple things!!! Very unhappy customer....

After adjusting the audio settings for selfie-stick video capture, there's still no audio. Also, the video recording time is only 60 seconds. On a positive note, the app produces clear, good quality video images. Edit-Thank you for responding to my post. I've changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

This used to be my default app for photos but after the new update 9.7.9. this app has become totally useless. The beauty settings are all messed up and my default settings were lost. And when you press the photo button it brings you to a purchase screen even though I am not using any of the VIP filters or stickers.... I made sure to reset but it keeps on happening. This is the problem when these developers become greedy to make a buck and end up ruining something that was once a useful app.

This is my Go To picture editor but what happened? It is no longer user friendly. I get that you need to improve the layout but you could have done it without rumbling everything up. I couldnt even just simply zoom the image to edit. I cant see where are the features I used to use easily. I am disappointed on how you took "creativity" in your research and design. Tsk.
