Update: Connection Problem Try reconnecting. The notification won't allow me to use the app. The Update doesn't not seem too promising at the moment. We'll see how this plays out. Hopefully, the app gets fixed real soon so I can use it.

To begin with trying to take a photo myself of myself can only be described as epic fail after epic fail almost gave up. However once I asked for a friends assistance the very first picture was accepted via your app altered perfectly (photo booth white background etc ) and although originaly I wanted photo ID card it was rejected online ( gov site takes £s before your told photo size too small) but was accepted instantly for a passport renewal which I was super happy about..

Super quick response to customer queries, even over the weekends and after-business hours. Impressive, Quality work. Highly recommend. Saved me from paying hefty amount for a passport photo in photo studios. Use this app to get your digital photo and then head to kmart for a $6 instant print out.

When I received my photo originally and tried to upload it for a passport, it was rejected. I emailed to express my dissatisfaction and received a reply within minutes. I had not ordered the correct type. They corrected the photo and attached it to their reply which then uploaded correctly. Very satisfied with their service.

Terrible Service. The photo was rejected by the passport office, then they won't stand behind their 200% guarantee. And when you finally get a refund, it's not back to the credit card but to a Paypal account which if you don't have you have to create and then wait another 21 days. And even then it's still not the amount they "guarantee". Wouldn't recommend using. Save your money for something you know is going to work.

Seems legit. Photos look clear and to standards. If the photos get delivered and look great, there's no need to set foot in a drug store or post office to get passport photos taken ever again.

This was way too easy! I still can't believe this app was as user-friendly and utterly dummy-proof as it was. I downloaded the app... and in literally less than 1 minute, my photo taken, edited automatically, approved by a human, paid for, and waiting to be shipped. Why can't everything be this straightforward when it comes to tech?! If you're still on the fence, just download the app (it's free to use until you're ready to pay for your final pic). I promise that you'll be glad you did!

Great App! I got this app as I am renewing my passport and they asked for a new photo. After going thru my gallery of photos I found the perfect one till it didn't work. I was thankful however that it told me it wasn't in compliance and had to try another one! It took me about 10 tries to find the right one that was approved! It was a horrible pic but it worked! And no one was gonna see it anyway. When all was said and done, my pic was approved and shipped out! Recommend!.

Brilliant and super convenient. My other half took my photo for my passport and it was approved in the app first time. Just had an email today to say my passport application has been approved. Would definitely recommend and it's way easier than finding a passport photo booth!

I think it's the best and fastest photo processing (automatic) app i have used so far. My head was abit tilted to the left which is easily recognised. I tried 3 different photo apps from the playstore but couldn't do the adjustment then i start reading reviews from photo apps as i searched, and came accross PHOTO AIDS. It adjusted my photo and even changed my background to the appropriate i ever wish. The photo was so live and superp. U won't regret ur cash. Good job guys

Super easy to use, AI accepted first time and a minor correction was made by an expert within minutes of my upload, great service. It being printed and sent to my house is perfect as coordinating travel to the nearest photobooth where I live is a pain. Only reccomendation for the developers would be to add a tips section on the upload page - I didn't need this but may be handy for others. Thanks guys for a super convenient app.

Over priced. Well maybe this is a great app. To me, my phone already does the editing for me, crorping, brightness, contrast, if I can save 6 2x2 to a 4x6, the I can print it for just $0.18 from Google photos. I am okay to pay for a fee, but not that much. Just FYI, other apps do offer that

Very easy and hassle-free. Took a passport size photo using the app and submitted it for verification after making payment. Less than 2 minutes later, received an email from them that photo needs to be adjusted due to lighting issues and it will be at no additional charge. Took another photo and submitted and less than a minute later, received confirmation that photo is perfect and ready for download.

Great app! I was struggling with getting a perfect passport style photo for my medical card. I was pressed for time before my current one expired and couldn't afford to have my picture rejected and have to go through the process all over again. My photo was even touched up to make sure that it would pass. 2 days later I got notification that my renewal was approved! Only thing I would change is that it would have been nice to know that the photo cost money before I took the picture.

3 family members needed photos for the passport. We took photo and downloaded the file, but apparently the lighting wasn't good enough. They reached out to us almost immediately. We sent new photos with improved lighting, and received the files in a few hours. Taking a passport photo costs $17 at local CVS per person, but we spent $17 for all! Totally worth it. Lighting tips: take your photo under white light than yellow.

I used this app for a passport ohoto and was told it wasn't good enough so I thought that was that. I was surprised when I was told my passport photo was on its way and tried to cancel. I was pleasantly surprised at what they had been able to do. App is easy to use, best passport photo ever and customer service was great. Make sure you can wait atleast a week if you need an actual photo along with the emailed photo. Ty.

I didn't use the app, just did it on the website. It worked so well! I did the Download & Print, which created a 4x6 that I then sent to be printed at Walgreens. I had a problem with 2 of my 5 passport photos not being able to be printed at either Walgreens or Shutterfly, but Chris at customer support helped me out and got the problem solved quickly for me! I also had one photo that a human determined to be poor lighting and likely to not be accepted, so they sent me a link to do it again without paying again. I'm so glad to not have found out the hard way after sending my passport forms in.
