-It records the sounds as whatever it wants to and doesn't let you edit where they go. -It doesn't let you edit anything, including: -The sleep times are always inaccurate. It missed counting 4 HOURS of my sleep because it chose to stop (they type the same response that's on the FAQ. It's on the charger all night.) -TOO MUCH OF THE INFO IS INACCURATE TO TRUST ANY OF IT. -Says I'm missing recordings even though I selected all. -AFTER I PRESSED QUIT, IT CONTINUED RECORDING CONVERSATIONS.

It has been pretty good up until today. Some of what it labels for detection, however is wrong. It labeled animal noises for me turning over. I don't have any animals. Also, it freezes up and gets caught in the wake up mode and no option to press wake. Hope the update fixes that.

I have over 3 weeks before my trial subscription ends & emailed the app's suggested address to handle such things. Don't recall if it was downloaded through their app or Play Store's. Either way I can't find a way to cancel through Play Store anyways. I'll see if they get back to me timely. I have too much white noise with a fan on for the app to work for me. I gave one star solely because they purposely made it extremely difficult to cancel a trial subscription.

Customer service is lacking! That is everything to me. I paid for the app. I have since had an outside source resolve the issue. The app is fantastic. ❤️ it. But I reached out atleast twice via email. Absolutely no response back. So I will not give more than two star for this reason. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it. UPDATED: It's been well over a week. And my settings are just fine to receive responses from emails I have sent thank you so much. You just lost a star for your cockiness!

There's much better apps completely free. This doesn't work at all don't waste your money on this scam. I tested it by talking and making noises and they never got picked up. Yes I was in a quiet environment and tried a free app that worked perfectly and without having to pay to hear my recordings.

When I used it on the second and third night it didn't record correctly at all. I've had this app for 3 days and quite frankly I don't like it. I'm not getting a free trial it immediately wants me to start paying to have access to everything, it fails to keep accurate. Hell the only good thing it's done for me is to help me wake up a lot earlier instead of in the afternoon

Interesting data, but not very accurate. I fell asleep within a couple minutes every night,but it said it took me 25-30 min. I also was up, out of bed, playing a game on my phone for 20min one night and it said I was sleeping lightly during that time! This is more of a novelty than a help. ***WATCH THE FINE PRINT!*** I canceled thus within the 7 day free trial period and discovered that the "$4.99 per month" was set to be billed at $59.88 for the year and would be non-refundable once paid.

Didn't really find this app to be very accurate and all of the recordings are completely inaudible. I signed up for the free trial and I see no way to actually cancel it. Sure hope I don't get charged. In the terms of service it tells you you can email them and ask them to terminate the service. I did this but I have no hope that they'll actually do it because it's a typical shady move to get you roped in with a free trial where you have to put in a payment method and then no way to cancel.

Terrible first impression. A bunch of big health claims that aren't backed by anything, followed by a subscription pop up that doesn't have a close button until you wait 10 seconds, then a claim about subscriber success rates when you finally can close it... then suddenly there's a spinning wheel to "test your luck" that looks like it came straight from a scammy casino app? I'm not sure what this app is actually supposed to be. I just wanted some nice background noise for my son.

I signed up for the free trial(7 days). The 2nd night it wanted me to sign up and pay for a subscription. Funny thing is, I had already signed up.Luckily, I was able to cancel the subscription and I went ahead and cancelled my account too. The recordings it "claimed" to make are actually kind of cheesy. Constantly saying I was talking in my sleep, yeah, I must have ghosts. I really liked the sounds and music and meditation loops, they were really relaxing. All in all I do not recommend this app.

Lots of bugs. Sound tracking ok, but the journal was wrong most of the time except for the snoring sounds. After 1 week and my subscription payment went through, it stopped showing trends altogether. On my last night of using, the alarm went off twice between 4-5 AM. I didn't even set the app alarm. After the 2nd alarm, I uninstalled the app. Tried reinstalling the next day, and my sleep history was erased and it started with a new trial after already being charged for a 1 yr subscription.

This app was terrible. It didn't record correctly and kept shutting off during recording. I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription. I tried two different emails to do so. One response was how to delete my account. The other email never responded. I deleted the account and uninstalled the app. Then I am charged $59.99, and they let me know through an email. The Shuteye: Sleep Tracker app is a SCAM! Do not download! They will take your money!!!!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The tracker seems to work, but it doesn't save nights and somehow loses detail during the day. I've reached my sleep about 30 times, but the journal says I have once. Each morning I get my time slept, events, etc. then the next night it will say I slept for 5-20 minutes the day before, has lost the detail, and didn't create a journal entry. Waste of the annual subscription fee.

App was great in the beginning. For the last 3 weeks not so great. Even though I use the app daily it only records 2 to 3 nights. One day it said I slept for 5 hours but recorded 12 hours of sounds most of it being me holding and moving my phone throughout the day. Another day it said I slept for 34 hours. Another issue I'm having is the app freezing when I try to listen to the recordings. I feel the last update created more bugs rather than fixing them.

The app is relatively easy to use, however I have an issue with the sleep sounds. I like to have a fan running for the white noise, but during winter months while the heat is on, I can't have it on because it makes my dry eyes worse. I tried the exhaust fan sound here, but it cycles on & off. I can't figure out if there's a way to keep the sound steady for the time I chose? Also, it says it recorded snoring, but I don't hear it on the recording.

Hands down, the absolute worst sound recording of any app like this. I've used other apps, and I literally talk in my sleep every night. This app has yet to record anything but background ambient sound. The time asleep metrics need some serious work also. Get more accurate readings from a watch than this. If I could give this negative stars, I definitely would. Don't get scammed into the 7 day trial that, from all the reviews, seems impossible to cancel.

Worked great the first few weeks to the point of considering to spend the $30 to purchase full use. However the alarm stopped sounding in the mornings. Good thing I had a back up. Then later the alarm would go off in the middle of the night disturbing my sleep. I really do like the custom sleep sounds but app is way to buggy to keep.

I used the App the first day and it recorded fine, the 2nd night it recorded what sounded like a tv in the background, but I did not have a tv on. It also recorded several different conversations that sounded like tv programs. It recorded my sleep hours incorrectly. I don't know if someone hacked into my account and added all of these weird things, or if there really is a party going on while I sleep, but it has left me very confused 🤔
