Ripoff full of ads to buy more games. Got this for my four year old so he could play a bit. In only playing ten minutes he sees multiple ads. Also it's 6.99 to unlock the other pups ( start with Chase and Skye) that's $28. I understand the need to make money but this is just a cash grab to get you to spend money to keep your kid from complaining. Could you be any more predatory????

My daughter loves this game, but I find it unacceptable that in-app purchases made on my phone can't be easily accessed on her new tablet. We wanted to change from an android phone to an amazon tablet, and I ended up having to go through the hassle of looking up info for each individual purchase, waiting for Budge to refund me, and then re-purchase on the new device.

My 4 year old was able to make a €88 transaction without my knowledge on this app. He has no knowledge of how to spend money online. The pop ups just led to an immediate transaction. Only for the bank contacting me was I aware this was taking place. Surely an app designed for children should have at least one authorisation check built in before accepting payment

It's a nice game for kids who enjoy Paw Patrol. You start out with a couple of free pups but then you have to pay £5.99 (Up from £2.99) for each and every pup, £8.99 for Everest. The My four year old daughter loves the app but it but this has turned into an absolute cash grab. I understand the developers need to make money and they're milking this cow as much as possible. Rex is coming soon and probably more, I imagine that soon it will be cheaper to buy the new Witcher game when it comes out.

My 4 YO loves it. Thought after unlocking all the characters (at 6$-10$ EACH) I would be spared from the monetary slow bleed. WRONG! Now they added a new Dino land and each character needs to be bought again for even more cash. Unbelievable. If you download this for your kids, be prepared to pony up a lot of cash or get nagged incessantly. PS5 games ultimately cost less. From one parent to another, avoid.

My 3 year old loves this game, it's cute and fun but after a while the screen freezes and I have to close the app and open it again, which sucks because he loses his progress on the mission he was doing. That's my only problem, if that wouldn't happen I would give this a 5 stars but I can't

I agree with all the parents/guardians here. This game is far overpriced. Looks like developers listened and offered packs for multiple pups, but still. I've spent close to $50 on this game at this point, and I still don't have all the pups and there are still restricted areas within games. For $50, I can buy multiple PS3 or Nintendo Switch games with far better gameplay. It's highway robbery, pure and simple. I wish I had never downloaded this game to begin with.

This WAS an amazing game, however it went belly up, fast. So now angry is an understatement. My son has had this game since its release. We have purchased every single pup, and every single expansion so far (bar one as it won't let us!)......& now the app won't work....uninstalled and installed it again several times, but it doesn't work at all. Save your money, people!

We were playing dino world and unlocked two different bundles for a total of $20, but still every single time we get enough pup treats to unlock something it keeps unlocking the one where you feed the flying dinosaurs. We've unlocked that one five times and nothing else is being unlocked. So it was a waste of $20.

Best & worst kids game I ever installed. Quality is undeniable. This is no cheap brand deal but a strong effort to actually make a really quality game based on the IP. The problem is that my child is CONSTANTLY prompted to invest in ridiculously overpriced microtransactions. She doesn't understand why she can't have them (because I am not going to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a kids game for my 4 year old). Offer a reasonable price for all content. Until then, uninstalled.

Changing my review to one-star, because the game keeps not-responding at loading screens and must be restarted. Also, the tricks they do to get you to pay up is disgusting (unlock each pup in every stage with $$$, COME ON). I would say, if you dont want to spend a lot and I mean A LOT OF MONEY!!! Then dont install it.

Crazy money and constant ads means you cannot leave your child to play as goodness knows what they would end up buying. Constantly interupts play and also does this if you enter an area that needs unlocking via payment. Funny thing is might have considered buying some bits if I could let my child play in peace but sure if you bought something you'd still be bothered by ads for the rest of the game. Massive fail here.

My 5-year old loves this; however we have lost access to our previous purchases. We only use this app on my phone, no changes in device or account. Restoring purchases button didn't work; uninstalling, reinstalling and restoring purchases didn't work. Definitely only one account / device, so no idea why this happened, except that the app clearly was updated to include more ads (boo) and more purchase-able content. Would appreciate a response from support if possible.

Game is good, and my kid likes it. But ads pop up way too often, options to unlock are way too expensive, and I have the feeling that even if I was to unlock all the (expensive) content, there would still be ads popping up to showcase their other games...

This game is very good but it is not worth the price it makes you pay. The game only allows you 2 pups of the main cast and is very quick to ask for you to pay for them. I think it would be better if the payment was for different areas rather than the pups themselves. It is also very confusing that it has Dino Pups but Rex and Tracker aren't present. It definitely has the potential to be good, in fact it is, but it's not 40-ish dollars good.

It's a nice game for kids, my 3 year old likes it, but wow it's so expensive for everything you can unlock and it is constantly popping up with adverts and asking to pay for something or other. If I hadn't of been watching my kid on this game it would have charged me numerous times because it's so easy for kids to press the payment button when clearly the age of the audience are too young to understand spending money. You're making money through the numerous adverts that pop up every few minutes

The ad loops will not go away and I've already downloaded all the games and have purchased things for most. But the ads need to go. Every 5 min my four yr autistic son starts crying because of the endless ad loops and pushing the exit just restarts the ad. Seriously. I'll change this review when you guys fix this bug. And it's all the apps even after I've purchased over 20 bucks in a Thomas game and I've still got that problem with that game as well.

What a complete money-making scam. The game itself is great, but you cannot progress unless you pay for either new pups or new areas - or both. In other games you have the option of either paying or doing some tasks that will eventually unlock new characters/areas. Unfortunately this game is predatory - using kids to get money... and they are not cheap either.
