I used to play this game on my old android 11 realme 6, and since I bought my android 13 vivo v27 months ago, I've been trying to launch this game after every update and the same thing keeps happening, it just crashes after downloading additional assets, this hasn't happened in any other game, it's actually disgraceful when a huge company like 2K can't keep their high quality games up to date for the new devices, I hope you guys read this and fix this problem asap

This game is awesome to play but major problems is when driving inside and trying to shoot even at gold or good release it still missed the shots . This needs to be fix how can you enjoy a game when you cannot win . Green means perfect release and gold good release but it doesn't matter you will often missed your shots

I love the game but currently, the game has been crashing non stop, I've tried to delete it and install it back and delete the data but it doesn't solve the problem. Hopefully when season 7 comes out, this issue is resolved.

It tells me to get the free ad pack but it doesn't give me the option which is an huge glitch in the game and the free coins don't even work.Another thing is it should be way easier to get an ankle breaker.Abovious this is an worst version of the real one but it is good in it own ways but something I think this game need is a auction house

The Game is really Fun. I have my own crew, Playing for a team I love, The Events are fun and the cards are great!. Only problem we need a some offline plays, Example: We can play different NBA teams on offline or online and even on crews. Aside from that problem the game is top tier 👍😁

Honestly, its a great game. But i do have a question. Will "2k Mobile" add more than just the "MyTeam" aspect to the game? There is a "MyCareer" but would love to actually have "Character Progression Plot" for my player such as NBA games and training. Trust me as a mobile community, we'd be honored to spend money for Coins (VC) to level up our player & purchase outfits. Random lucky draws with items that range from Shot meters, dribble-dunk-shot package, to Legendary items!! Here take my money!!

Nice game. I'm enjoying it so far. I would like to add ; I noticed that I could get coins by downloading certain games and I downloaded RAID. I've been enjoying the two games and I still haven't been given any rewards despite getting very far , upgrading so many stuff. Basically I'm wondering why when I complained to RAID , they asked me to complain to NBA 2K Tech crew. I hope this is the appropriate channel

Hello, in this new update of the game, there are some problems for me and some players, and the game gets stuck and bugs, and it bugs very, very terribly, please take care of it. This problem is very common in the Android operating system.

Since the Season 6 update it's been difficult for me to play events. The game freezes and I need to reboot it regularly. I hope this can be fixed as I like this game a lot.

Last season was the better but this season is the worst. I was only able to complete 2 events till the date. You wont be able to completely finish a event due to the glitch when we have the ball under our control and 90% percent of the shots made just hits the rim but opponents can still score in tight defence. I used to play this game to get a relaxation from daily workload and stress but nowadays playing this game gives me more stress because you cant even complete the events.

The enemy A.I sometimes can be broken af, its just imposible to win, and my team A.I is just stupid af, They don't want to defend and just standing up like giving the enemy free point, Every time i try to steal the ball its allways Free throw, But the enemy is just so easy to steal my team ball, And not to mention the game its P2W beacuse if you join tournament the enemy have higher Pwr and super broken A.I, And the game is still have many bug (2/10). EDIT : Always crash can't open

I like the game. It's very good and interesting. But i would really like being able to buy cards not just packs. Over all super interesting and cool game. I recommend it to other people. By the way, would like that if get a card from the next tier then my team automatically goes to the tier and can play there. I think it's too hard to earn coins in the game if you aren't playing it 10 hours a day. And If I good time the relise my player often just airballs or misses the shot.Overall 5/5 game.👏.

The game was amazing before but with the new update every single goddam thing crashes. I cant even see my own team. It just freezes whenever I touch ANYTHING and it is so annoying. Please fix the game 2k

Overtime is a joke!!I it's damn near unwinnable when your missing wide open shots at the rim!! hate how the algorithm is setup for your best players to just suck. I've had my biggest and best player miss uncontested shots at the rim 4 or 5 times in a row but the computer Shaq is dropping dimes totally covered.

The game is great, but I've only one complaint about the game. When I'm press the pick and roll button, the game makes an automatic pass when I didn't tell it to do that so it's frustrating when it does this. But all in all, the game is still good. Also, it would be very nice if you guys could let us fans decide on what color uniforms to wear during the gameplay.

Kinda bad i first downloaded it last week but when i woke up like yesterday the started to freeze i cant play the drills and the tourneys like what happened everything was great i can handle the game last week but yesterday nuh uh the game freezes the main menu didn't freeze but if you go in a match is freezes like the timer and tips freezes and even the loading screen just please fix the game some people are getting multiple freezes

not bad, obviously this is a slightly worse version of the console version but for mobile this is alright. Also the game keeps crashing idk if it's a glitch but when it does I loose my progress and it's till uses energy so it just a loose loose when that happens. And the audio loops and it really annoying, like when the whistle blows it repeats like 5 times and it's annoying.

This is the best basketball game available with non-stop exciting events whole week. I'm rating it 1 star because their support is not that good. I have raised a ticket and it's been more than 1 month with no resolution. It keeps on crashing as soon as it opens and I haven't got a fix to this issue till now. Very disappointing support from development team.
