It's a pretty good game overall, but I do have my downs with it. For instance, let's say it's a tie game. When the other team gets a hit or something your players randomly get an explanation mark over their head. This is even when my players are all good and haven't done it all game. It's like the game just turns completely rigged. It's very frustrating when you're up by a lot and just lose to it.

Gameplay itself is good, I like the graphics. Most of the game is excellent. However, it is nearly impossible for you to upgrade your players or your team without spending a lot of money. The auto-inning and quick result functions are terrible. Nine times out of ten it will make you lose the game even if your team is actually much better and your players are better. On multiple occasions, my team has had a higher rating, better health, better pitchers, and yet are blown out. Everytime.

I really enjoy the game but it seems like it is very difficult to get recruit tickets or to keep players in great condition. Edit: I have simulated one game and lost 5-4. I'm not sure about that yet. Edit: I have since my original post simulated tons of games. It is so frustrating. I lose 7 to 9 times out of 10 simulations. What kind of b.s. is this? I actually consist uninstalling. I like the gameplay but seasons are way too long to not stimulate some games. But when I know I'm going to lose because I want to simulate and I want to be up in the standings I can't have both.

The game is great and addicting. But I have a problem with the AI system in the game. Itt's a bit frustrating to me that the AI team can sometimes become to hard, they are always faster, hit harder, can 100% catch your balls and a few times slide in the opposite direction and still manage to catch the ball, not to mention they are always standing in range of the ball where you hit the ball. I feel the Ai needs a bit of a debuff to make it a bit reasonably but thats my opinion, still a good game

baseball 9 is a fun baseball game with potential to be even better. I'm rating it 4 stars only because the developers need to still do some work on it to make it better. ideally they could make it a little less animation and a little more realistic looking, and they could add more options for costomization. I could see this turning into a mixture between Marvel future fight and MLB the show. It would also be great if somehow they made an online league, so users could battle it out vs each other.

I like the game. However, there are few things that could have been better/different. For example physics is pretty the same for almost every hit or every pitch. After some time you start to get the pattern. Also, in-app purchases are really expensive, not talking about the inability to develop your team properly without spending money. Would be good to add multiplayer or online play. Auction of players, etc. It is a good game, but needs some changes

Nice simple baseball game. Really enjoyed, but after 20 games getting a bit slow without spending cash. Pros: 1. Great controls on hitting and pitching 2. Name and player customization 3. Balanced gameplay as far as hitting and base running. 4. Option to fast forward an inning. Cons: 1. After initial achievements, gems and ticket accumulation slows to a crawl. 2. Everything seems extremely pricey. 30 bucks to buy 3 outfielders? 3. Too many different badges, tokens, and others to buy. Was really excited to upgrade from bronze to silver, but locked behind a pay feature or perhaps gobs of hours. Why not just use one premium currency. 4. Again, after 4 recruits, getting new ones will be painfully slow without paying lots of money. 5. Full blockbuster games are 60.00., while I would pay 5-20 for this, I find the idea that you sell gem packages for 100.00 absurd.

Game is inconsistent and feels rigged at times, especially when there's a reward for winning the game. IE: just played a game for a reward, up 6-0 and auto inning gives up 7 runs in the 9th. Instances like this happen all the time. Auto play heavily favors your opponent. Also, AI isn't very good in general. Players constantly do dumb things like stealing (particularly 3rd base) when they have zero chance of succeeding.

Really fun to play. Many different settings if you don't feel like playing every play offensive and defense you can change it in settings because a season can be very long. You can name your players and team to whatever you want. It keeps all stats for every player through the whole season. Just a good and fun baseball game for your cell phone or tablet.

This game is pretty fun and easy, but it can be frustrating sometimes. When a slow bot hits it into the gap, and you throw it to 2nd, they suddenly become Usain Bolt and get a double. Also, if the ball is hit to an infielder, sometimes it goes right through them and it isn't alwags counted as a hit, and never as an error. Besides those two bugs, the new home run animation is awesome, and the game is fun and easy to play. I'd rate 5 stars if those two glitches are fixed. Thank you!

It's pretty fun and can be addictive at times. My only issue is the building of a character. it takes way too long and the money thing is a joke. I don't have a problem throwing in money, but it's too expensive. the pitching isn't great either. There is an issue when you pick a fastball and then last minute it changes to curve, and not enough time to be accurate. Great for head to head, but not playing the computer. It has potential.

let me start by saying i really enjoyed the game for a while but my frustration level has finally had it, i cant handle the alpha rhythms that are in place control the game when you use the Quick Game button and the rapid button during a game. What is the point of having stamina so when you use it on Quick play, you lose to teams that in no way should beat a person. When your playing a game and winning like 12 nothing then you hit the rapid button once or twice during that game, the opposing team takes the lead while in auto play. Game would be much better if you tried to correct this issue along with the issue of players running bases from second to third and when a ball is hit to short stop it automatically turns back to second running into a Short Stop with the ball.. great game but needs some tweaks on the Quick play issues....

I love this. I like the customization but hate how there are only so many looks. Update where the user can create a face. The user should be able to pick the team color/logo prior to beginning gameplay. Save opponents stats for career instead of deleting and track character vs character stats. And lastly, instead of having the color written on the jersey, have the team name. The gameplay and everything else is great just the small things that make it a little repetitive.

The baseball gameplay is good for the most part. It's fun to both bat and hit, and there's fast forward for when you don't want to play a game. The player development is thoughtful and meaningful for the most part, so your team actually becomes something you're proud of. This game definitely wants you to pay to win though, only doling out upgradeable players and currency very slowly, and this becomes a problem when you get to higher levels and your free characters can't compete. Too bad

A great baseball game. Fun to build your team from scratch, recruit and upgrade players. I've played through several seasons now and have a formidable team that can crush opponents. You can auto play, or manual play. Manual games take about 15-20 minutes but earn you more rewards. It can take time to earn recruits and diamonds for upgrades, but it's still a lot of fun. Would like to see a player vs player mode.

Fun game first baseball one I've played. However, I do have a few issues with the game. I can beat a team manually 50/0 yet autoplay the same team with the same players and lose 0/15. Doesn't make much sense to me. In manual play, the baserunning, stealing, and getting caught in a pickle have unreliable controls. Players will try to take third automatically with no chance of making it in time. Telling a lead runner to go back will cause the runner on first to stop taking 2nd and all kinds of things like that. The Fielding for 2nd baseman and SS is very funky too. It's like they refuse to cross the second base to make a play even if a player makes an error and the ball is sitting on the ground 2 feet from a fielder that could make the out.

This game is really fun. A lack of the finer details are making it fall a little bit. The customization options just aren't there. The faces are very limited, making it hard to make players how you want. Even just allowing us to change hair and skin color on existing models would be enough! Also, the difficulty after playing for awhile is just not high enough. I can't believe I'm saying it but it's just too easy to win. Anyway, good game though!

One of the best baseball simulators. Easy to learn, hard to master - the AI are pretty brutal. However, commit to the curve ball and you'll find yourself at the top. Also, the DH only ever hits, so don't bother upgrading any fielding stats. This game helped teach me basic baseball strategy to a beginner like me. Honestly, has made me appreciate the sport more and when watching live games helps me engage with the strategy of the game much better after my time spent playing this.
