It's stuck on 'resseting the game succession' and 'updating game resource', i can't enter the game or the home screen I already try to restart my phone, uninst-reinst the app, check my signal and memory, forced closed, etc. Nothing changes, it's still stuck. Please, fix this I just want to play again. (I'll edit this if it's fixed and i can play again) Thank you

I just started playing and I was really enjoying the game until I reached rank 2. The tutorial forces me to go the office, when I click on the furniture shop icon I get an "unexpected error" and the game freezes. I logged out and logged back in, I uninstalled and downloaded the game repeatedly both on my phone (Android) and iPad. I can't contact the in-game support either, could you please help me? Update: It works now !! :__D

I love everything about this game, the music and the characters. But everything after I go back online, I can never load the game. It just shows updating resources (1764/1765) and the bar that is displayed isn't full. So everytime I want to play the game I'll have to delete it and redownload it, which is very tiring. Other than that, 5/5. I also like how Arashi Narukami looks a little similar to Tamaki Suoh 😭💜

The fans are really...cool! so I thought let's try this game. The music ain't as good as I thought but it's fine! It's just..We always get referred to as female and can't change that. I would give 5 stars if we could decide between female and male. Or maybe even neutral and etc. <3 Also my phone always kicks me out at a certain scene but that's no surprise. The art is also good ig!

5 stars!! I love to play this game, it's fun!! And the story is interesting. But why sometimes when I want to play the game, the screen become black and then the game exits by itself. So I must uninstall and then download the game again:( It has been happened for 3 times. I hope the game can be fixed or maybe there is a workaround, thanks. BUT I STILL LOVE THE GAME!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoy playing ensemble stars and have been playing since last year. Unfortunately, since many new updates have passed, there is this binding via email and its not much of a problem but Im unable to input a "correct password format" as I am also unable to see the notification that pops up below. I am afraid that if some glitch or update where to happen and I do not bind my email I may lose all progress. Please tell me what the correct password format is other than 8 to 16 characters.😭

Graphic is very good. Music is ok. Music video is awesome. Clothing are fun option. Office is cute. But sometimes there is glitch or lag when I press the button and it makes my perfect combo ruined. And the higher level is impossible to do by hand on a mobile phone. Other than that, everything else is good. Recommended if you like rhythm games.

I like that there isn't too much pressure to get the best combo or score. Autoplay and display options are a blessing. I also LOVE the characters. There are so many! The story makes me curious how angsty and dark it will get. I recommend watching the anime as you play to get more backstory. I believe the game will improve as typos get fixed.

Been hearing about Enstars for years, so this was what finally convinced me to download the JP version too (seems the ENG ver. is based off of the CN ver. tho?). It's fun and engaging, tho it's too bad we don't have the first part of the story, I'm sure this must make it sooo confusing for anyone that doesn't feel like digging through wikis. All in all, I've been pretty addicted, just wish I didn't have to login 3 times every time and that it didn't restart sometimes when tabbing out of the app.

I love the Enstars series as a whole, but right now the global version of this game is very bare. The translations are rough at best and horrible at worse. In its current stage it's missing a lot of the great and more difficult songs from the JP catalogue. I'm sure it'll get better over time, but right now it's better to just play the JP version of the game. Not to mention the constant menu glitches, lag spikes from nowhere, and the society chats censoring normal things in weird patterns.

I had a lot of fun with this game, and I like the leveling up system. The harder difficulties are actually challenging and the easier difficulties are easy too, so it's for both casual/new and serious rhythm game players. Though I think the society censorship chat bot is malfunctioning or something because you can't say anything coherent other than a quick "hi." Makes running things kinda difficult, though if you don't care about societies or chatting, then it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

The translation quality is unstable. Some lines are decently translated, while others are terrible (I notice this a lot in the Main Story). The localization choices of certain character quirks could have been done better (Kanata, for example). Huge lag spikes sometimes occur during lives. I've gotten one that reduced my framerate to maybe 2.

Im not the best at rythm games, so I often get tripped up on optional Hard Mode maps. Other then my own skill it's rather fun. My biggest complaint is finding a starting point- The story is fun but it feels like I started in the middle with ALKALOID. Id wanted to start playing at the very beginning. I hope theres a way to play the previous story levels some how after this story, there also seems to have a major drop off on how to get diamonds after the story ends so Im a little worried longterm.

I was initially excited for this game because Im 100% new to the series. But as i talked to long time fans, my enthusiasm waned. There is a lot of important context for the game (which is a SEQUEL) that is missing. The company nuked any translations for it and any subsequent stories. The translations provided in the game makes it confusing for me to understand what's happening and the font is barely legible. The quality is very shoddy.

Yes, this game is absolutely awesome I really enjoy this, however I encountered a bug that doesn't let me see my idol cards, when I click the button it only shows one idol but I know I have much more than that. However, it appears when I go live. Also please fix the issue where after the solo part is finished it gets laggy which causes me to miss some notes. Have a great day!

The characters and art look great, the music is amazing, the story is good, and the gameplay is awesome! I would highly recommend playing this if you haven't, I've had very positive experience playing. One thing to keep in mind though, if you don't have enough space/a powerful enough phone you may experience a bit of lag

It's OK for a time waster. Hard mode is very hard to me they just throw notes at you from every angle. If they added some lines going to the pad so I could more easily visually see where the note was going to Land it would be better. And there's so much dialog i just want to skip every chapters dialog or else I'm skipping through 5 minutes of meaningless dialog

Hoo boy. Ensemble Stars English. I'll start with the good: the localization is pretty good with minor errors. Also, there's a speed up function in the work section which saves a lot of time. All the new HUD updates feel good too. Okay, bad stuff: the micro transactions. They've added a lot. You can pay to double exp on each song. You can get two separate monthly subscriptions. You have to use paid jewels on 5 star guaranteed pulls. The exchange rate has changed dramatically and it scares me.
