The World of Peppa Pig is a pre-school kids subscription app. Whilst the app contains lots of free content, videos and episodes, subscribing will give you unlimited access to everything that the app has to offer. Start your free trial now to unlock all the content, fun and games within the app. No need to worry – you can cancel at any time!


• Get UNLIMITED ACCESS to all kid’s games, videos and activities within the app with a monthly or yearly payment. Brand new content added regularly.
• Users will get a FREE 7-DAY TRIAL to explore at the time of signing up. Please note, you will need to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the 7 days, if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
• Cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription will automatically renew and your account will be charged, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, by going to the Account Settings page of the app, after purchase. Please note that you will not get a refund for any remaining period of a subscription

Why is my account saying free and no membership?? Kids can't play the games even tho I've payed it?!

I bought the content to unlock all the games for my daughter's tablet (when that was available, before the subscription). Then her tablet got broken. We got her a new one & installed the game on her new tablet with the same account it was downloaded on. It's saying we have to either pay $7/month or $50/year for a subscription. There's no option to restore my purchase. Zero stars would be given if they allowed it.

Terrible exploitative money grabbing garbage. There is a small, limited selection of demo games to play, but a thousand ways for the "Subscription" popup to appear. At the moment my child can't read and so isn't yet asking for me to subscribe (but I'm sure this is what the developer is going for), but instead she likes to just tap buttons and so on every occasion she gets stuck on the payment screen and I have to come and get rid of it for her. It's a very insidious tactic and I've uninstalled

The value of the app is not matching the price! Even the yearly subscription is overpriced! They say they are updating the game regularly bringing in new content. There is NO NEW CONTENT, they just changing the theme on the app and bringing in new videos. Well, thank you, I think we can watch Peppa for free basically anywhere. And I didn't even mentioned the bugs... My 2 years old daughter gets bored with it real quick.

My 2yo grandson loves this app. $2.50 a month (if paid annually) is worth it when I hear him giggle and shout yay when he "wins" a game. He does, unfortunately, hold the phone in a way that sometimes makes him hit the back button by mistake. He also doesn't know to push easy, medium or hard. I wish I could choose that in the settings across the board. Also wish I could use on more than one device. BUT, I still think it's worth it!

My kid likes it. Problem I have is with how easy it is for my child to set up a subscription. When it loads a message pops up with options to pay for a subscription. My 3 year old started the process! Luckily i caught her in time. Y'all need to change that. Deleted the app because of this problem.

Constantly keeps crashing and turning off. We have it on several amazon fire tablets that my toddler uses interchangeably and it just turns off out of a blue. Other issue is that on Kindle fire the tablets control systems come on top of the game and toddler clicks on them by accident. I don't think you tested this game on fire devices. I will cancel my subscription 😞

Was charged for the 7 day trial and was not supposed to be. I canceled subscription within seconds right after I subscribed, yet I still got charged. I sent an email regarding this issue several days ago and got an automatic email right after and it said that it can take up to 2 days for them to get back to me. This was 5 days ago. Still waiting on a reply and also a credit for which they had charged me when they were not supposed to being it clearly states that it's a free trial! Please respond!

My autistic child absolutely loved this app, but unfortunately it has not been working for the past few days. The pictures are extremely distorted and digitized which really terrifies him because he doesn't understand why it looks different all of a sudden. UPDATE: A week later and nothing has changed. No reply from customer service. App still not working.

Ever since I paid for the yearly subscription it's constantly crashing and I'm having to keep closing and re-opening. My little girl loves this app and certainly gets good use from it, is there anyway this can get resolved? Whenever we try to go onto a game it completely freezes so my little girl isn't actually being able to use this app after paying the yearly subscription fee so far its a waste of money

Not impressed at all, First off the UI is really obstructive. My son kept loosing his game due to the back arrow touch area being so large. Second is the sheer amount of videos, if that's what I wanted I'd load up the BBC video app. Third is the ridiculous pay wall, you get 3 games and a painting mode. The rest requires a subscription... It's just pure greed.

Pretty good. Alot of the games are locked and you have to buy so theres just a handful of free games to play with 3 different ability settings , easy medium and hard. Always has buy pop ups . So wouldnt leave the child on it without you incase they purchase off the ads by clicking on them .

Ugh. First of all this app WAS great. My kids loved it. I had it downloaded on 3 tablets and my phone. They played it everyday. I have been a paying for a couple of years now. BUT now the app never loads. It's just a blank screen. Everyday I try deleting the app, redownloading it, searching for updates. Nothing. Its a broken app. Fix the bug already!! Its been like this for a month! I'm about to get a refund. My yearly subscription just pulled and Im furious im paying for something thats broken!

Everything has just stopped working. Frustrating as it is a paid subscription. Have checked and I've not missed any updates. Edit: In response to your message, you have plenty of people providing similar reviews and feedback. I work in tech and you will certainly have enough info to understand the issue without my having to spend extra time and energy going through your support process.

I paid for a year subscription and everything stopped working. Everytime my daughter wanted to play it, all it showed was a half loaded bar and stays that way, never continuing. Thus, I just had her stop trying to using it, I didn't was going to remove it and eventually realized this was one of the apps I paid for. It worked absolutely fine before I paid. I believe I should receive some sort of refund.

Decent concept. My 14 month old loves playing it. Biggest problem: the back button is massive and simple to press. So he always tries pressing it, exiting every game he is trying to play. This seems like a huge design flaw. Maybe make the back button more difficult to use or hide it entirely. Second problem: on Android, any time he swipes to drag items from the top of the screen, it opens the android menu, allowing him to exit the game and start getting into the phone and other apps.
