I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS, BUT, the app freezes and crashes constantly, and it skips phases on my turn and I don't get to play a card, or make any attacks if the opponent delays on their turn and into my turn. But the worst part; is the customer service, they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with...Worse than *COMCAST*. Edit: after dealing with customer service over a month, they refunded half of my purchase, still trying to get the other half.

Mobile version is decent...BUT IT SURE DOES CRASH WAYYYYYY TOO OFTEN. This slightest disruption in service will force you to quit the game you're playing 9 out of 10 times...the game takes too long to reboot so even if you manage to reconnect, it's often too late and you've timed out of the game regardless. aside from the relentless crashing, it's a great game. best reserved for PC gamers ATM still tho

The app updates often. I have a few freeze issues when playing but it seems they have made progress in the updates. I do feel however the shuffle and randomness of cards may be based on the amount of wins and plays you have in a day. Still figuring if that's the case. I've seen way too many favored draws from opponents.

From time to time the app crashes during a match and results in a loss, it creates either a black screen or freezing the phone entire until shutting off the screen. I do enjoy the app version but it has some kinks that need to be sorted out as well as some mechanics adjusted like an endless loop of asking to use a sorcery or instant during the end or during an opponents phase. If I'm not paying attention or they aren't it drags out the timer and just isn't fun.

This app seems to not be optimized for mobile devices. I continuously lose connection to the server or freezing while in a match which results in me restarting the app, losing timeouts or not being able to reconnect and end up losing the match. This is very frustrating and makes me not want to play for the rest of the day. I am tempted to uninstall the app and only use it on computer. I would give this zero stars if possible for mobile devices.

I love this game. Magic is so fun and being able to play it easily is great. This app does not make it easy. It crashes constantly. During matches, during deck building, loading back into matches after crashing. It just crashes over and over and over again. It is so incredibly frustrating to not be able to actually play the game at times because this app is incredibly unstable.

It crashes twice per match minimum. I'm actually almost pushed to the point of uninstalling it. I love Arena but I'm so sick of dealing with it's technical issues. They never get better and (if you can believe it) have gotten worse over time. It can't even function on the most basic level. I'll eat a hat if I can ever make it through one match without it crashing.

The bad: Extremely lag. Glitchy. Runs slow. App sometimes shuts down mid-match. The good: well designed. Turn pass is streamlined and efficient. Not likely to miss a phase on accident. Good reminder indications of what's on the field. Excellent for a free app. Would be willing to spend money on it the lag and glitches are fixed. It's very frustrating that multiple times my matches have been shut down and that the game freezes bad enough that my turn times out.

I love the tabletop game, and I'm glad they have it on mobile. However, after EVERY update, the game has problems running and crashes in the middle of games. It will freeze, and then you have to close the app and reopen it. It brings you back to the game you were in, but you skipped a turn, giving your opponent advantage. It happens way too often.

Hate being unable to skip an absolutely unnecessary tutorial, especially after already having completed it in it's entirety. The fact that I cannot skip the tutorial even after I'm just being showed I can repeat it is very very frustrating, and renders the game unplayable until I complete the tutorial yet again. And with no means to skip it, I can't play this again until I do. So I won't.

Really great game; been playing it for years. The only major issue for me is the bad shuffling mechanic. In 3/5 matches, I get too many land cards or not enough, and this is for every deck, whether custom or standard. Really takes the fun out of a lot of matches. After years of this issue, I was hoping it would be fixed, but it's easy to see the shuffling needs work. 9/10 matches draw the same cards, even if I just have 1 copy of a card I'll get it most matches. Shuffling needs to be fixed.

Having played the real deal for a long time before downloading this app, the tutorial is a burning trash heap which I think should be optional. The emoting shouldn't take up my time (as if a player was sitting across the table from me saying as much stuff as these tutorial bots, I'd leave the table.) If you are going to have so many animations on card drop, give the players the option to shut that off.. I see countless reviews of frozen games. Making something "pretty" doesn't make it good.

Waiting for the server ... for all eternity. I've downloaded this app a few times, blissfully forgetting why I uninstalled it before. I get the splash screen with the loading assets types of messages just like the PC version then "Waiting for the server" and a spinning wheel. I never get past that with the exception of occasionally getting "connection lost" where I can hit reconnect to return to my eternally spinning wheel. I've never even seen the home page for the game.

...I cant even get through the tutorial. The game freezes every other turn, I've restarted the game 9 times and am still stuck in the tutorial.. would love to play the game. If I was allowed to leave the tutorial.. but alas I guess not. Guess I'll just play duel links instead, kinda weird.. I though magic would be easier to run then YU-GI-OH.

I like this game most of the time but the new updates to the animations are just really unpleasant. I appreciated the more simple look to the old ones. As well as the fact that you now can tell if you got a mythic or a rare without flipping the card which makes it lose some of the fun of "ripping" the packs

This game gets one star, not fun at all. It's frustrating not to make any progress in the game and lose consistently against established players with broken decks. In Standard it feels like a competition in Netdecking just to compete for a 50% win rate. Would be great to get better rewards for losing instead of feeling like I am wasting my time. Purchases for additional cards are way too overpriced. Draft games could be cheaper. I will be deleting this game again because it's just misery.

Very glitchy. Cool game when it works. But, the freezing up is ridiculous. If Call of duty can work. Then a turn based card game should have no problem. Now, during my first draft event, the game freezes up in the middle of my turn twice. And cost me the game. This sucks. Y'all need to fix it. .....working better now.

It's a decent mtg client. It's nice to be able to play with real players or boys using real magic cards and in an ad free environment. It is glitchy, though. She's it will skip your battle phase, not allow you to block, or make the wrong creature attack when you selected a different one to which can be really frustrating when it ends up turning the tide of the entire duel in your opponents favor.
