Found out via system scans that this app tracks your location, even if its not running. On top of that its slow. First off, it takes a while to load the game. Then it takes a while more to load the ad. Then it takes a while to watch the ad. When you win, another ad. That said, its still a good game. cool goals and variations. It just needs to stop being so slow...and remove the requirements.

I got a new phone with a larger capacity so my app doesn't crash nearly as much, HOWEVER, the x in the corner to exit the ads is too small and the app "thinks" I'm clicking on the ad, not the x. I am sure they do this to get more money or something with the ads. It's the worst and I hate it. With that being said, I do love the game choices, and the daily challenges. I also enjoy that I can switch from computer to mobile and not lose my daily progress. But the app has a LONG way to go.

I've been using two of the games in this collection and they have worked quite well. Until recently the ads have not been to bad, but recently they seem to have increased in quantity and length. This is beginning to be annoying. I would pay to get rid of the ads, but only one time, not a subscription with a new charge every month. This is a good time killer and I may look at some other collections.

Great until the last cards update, now unusable. I play this exclusively, (Grandmaster, Level 1028). I liked that the cards were very legible for my poor eyesight. The clean sans-serif font and size made it easy to see the numbers, so play was quick. When I downloaded the update to the cards today, the entire face of the cards changed. The serif font is so small I can't read the numbers and suits. It's now hard to play and I make mistakes. No way to uninstall/revert! PLEASE FIX!! Accessibility!

This is my poop game. Thanks to them putting ads in it they basically assured I'd never have time to actually play it. As far as all the other solitaire games out there, this offers different modes. Is polished to the max, has achievement, and is just better than the rest. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the ads. Cmon Microsoft, really?!

I am soooo PISSED!!! I have been paying for the yearly subscription for this game for almost 10 years! And all of a sudden, when I go to play it on one of my PCs (as I have done many times before), I am unable to access my premium (no ads) solitaire collection. And, after doing some research, I found that Microsoft has made a change. Now, if I want my ad free collection on all of my devices, I have to pay $15/mo. instead of my $10 a year that I have been paying for 10 years! I am PISSED!!!

Update-uninstalled due to ad issues reported in other reviews. Ads will not allow you to play. Black screens, with no exit, and constant redirecting to Play Store. Support tried to help but the suggestions did not fix it. Very sad, as this was one of my favorites. No point to keep it if I can't play. If they fix the ad issue, I would be interested in using it again.

i love the various forms of solitaire, and i like things simple, so this is more or less the ideal option as far as gameplay; however, the quickest way to lose loyalty from customers is making them close out of the same ad 4 times before theyre actually allowed to leave the ad. as a practice, it is incredibly deceitful and exploitative.

I paid for the ad free version but didn't realize it doesn't carry over to my laptop as well, which is a disappointment. Despite paying for the ad free on my phone, I still occasionally get an ad? Come on, y'all.. I close and restart the app but i feel like it's trying to pull one over on me. Lastly, occasionally the app just crashes which is frustrating when I'm playing a game for an event

Uninstalled. You guys gotta stop with the intrusive ads. If you don't x out, it just keeps running. If you don't hit the'x' just right, it opens playstore creating more ads. What is the deal with opening up another ad after you put up with all of the previously listed bs. Fifteen more seconds of hassle. It is quickly becoming too annoying just to play solitaire. What happened to customer service? These games used to be free with Microsoft. I guess years of loyalty get boiled down to click bait.

Enjoyable when you can get to the game. All ads now come in four parts/four separate ads and require at least 4 clicks to actually close. Plus, more often than not, usually the last of the Xs to close an ad is either false or its trappable area is defined so small that it may as well not be there, such that tapping it opens the app store anyway. Gotta drive ad engagement no matter what. Don't feel great about the subscription to get rid of them with all the trouble others have complained about.

I like the games, but it malfunctions frequently on my phone. At the end of the game when it should go to an ad or and start a new game, the screen goes solid black or solid white and I have to restart the app. It's time consuming. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but this still happens. I took off 2 stars for the aggravation and inconvenience.

Currently unplayable. Whenever I try to play the game, I get an "ad" that's actually just a black screen that never loads and no X ever appears. Closing the app and coming back gives the same result. I get that from your perspective it might look like I'm just unwilling to watch an ad, but it literally won't let me and I can't do anything until I do.

The ads interrupt my music every SINGLE time I complete a game. The ads pause my music even when the ad isn't there or isn't loaded. Please fix this. I can't stand it. I'm not even talking about the ads that you get every idk 6 games or so?? I'm talking about the ones where they're like, you won, and you choose your next game. Also bring back the choice to have the game remember the level of difficulty I want. It's so annoying. I love this app, but it's getting ridiculous.

The game is good. The ads between games makes this app somewhere between annoying and unplayable. The ads are less than a minute, but some are repeated over and over again as if that will somehow win you over. No ads can be skipped and some ads won't allow you to return to the game at all without restarting the app. I accept the need for ads but not if process is to jam them down my throat.

I used to love this game but recently I've been getting a black screen at the end of the game and it doesn't always go away when I close it out and relaunch. Also the ads are getting exceedingly long and when the "x" finally shows up the area is so small it is difficult to click on. Microsoft really needs to fix this or I will be one the players who permanently deletes it. There's no sense in playing the challenges if you keep getting locked out by a black screen.

I like the app and enjoy playing the solitaire, the screen is fast and much more responsive than some other card apps. I wish there were better choices for the extra games as the ones offered are less than basic and slow. It looks like tons of bots are winning the challenges in under 20 minutes though. You would think Microsoft would be able to stop that from happening so the scores were fair across the board. It's frustrating to work hard, then see some accounts racking up points by cheating.

Whoever designed the most recent iteration is pure evil. I love this game. I've been playing for years & it's an excellent unwind and just chill game. I love all the different variations & challenges. But WHY would you move the Undo button, put the "undo all" button DIRECTLY next to it, & not (at the very least) prompt with, like, "are you sure?" I can't tell you how many spider hands I've been mostly through then went to undo & accidentally reset the whole board. FIX THIS please!
