Audio is irritating. I would just turn it off, but I need to be able to hear when the food is donr cooking. But with it on, I'm forced to listen to customers' endless grumbling and that just sucks. It would be nice if the developer made separate sound effects volumes in the settings. Also, either don't be so stingy with the gems or require them for fewer things.

Generally, this is my favorite game. But, a recent update has introduced ads, most of which are unusually long & unskippable. Occasionally, you have the option to skip ads but not most often. I understand the game is free & money needs to be made, but the length & frequency of these ads, very much impede my enjoyment of gameplay since their inception. I've acquired a new habit of shutting the game off entirely to avoid them. It's those "win real money" apps being advertised. Atrocious. Greedy.

I love this game! It is realistic, challenging, fun and educational. It is realistic because the visuals are not one dimensional. It is challenging because you have to control, make things, and keep up with time limits and customers yourself. It is fun because you have so many tasks to complete there is no time to get bored. Best of all it is educational because you learn details of how food is made from different countries. You also see how upgrading appliances and interiors leads sucess.

I've been playing for this game for years now. Its a great way to make time go by. However, I'm not too thrill about the update they did with the characters. The update made the characters look too computerized. I prefer the old look of the characters. Edit: Since the newest update, I find it difficult to advance a level. I cannot rely on the daily rewards of gems to update my equipment because that's been replaced by a preselected daily reward, which usually is coins.

The controls for this game are frustrating. The dishes in the back are hard to reach, and your movements have to be so precise, that they often don't make it. Also when you click on the types of icing for the cakes in the bakery, because the bowl is so small, you don't always get the correct one. Many times I want vanilla, but chocolate comes up and it's hard to tell which because your finger is on it!

It's a great game to play if you could play it. You'll get maybe 10 minutes before it stops, citing Server Is Not Responding. Close out the app, clear the cache, force stop in settings and you might get another 10 minutes before having to repeat again. App never used to crash like this, much less so frequently. Real shame since the game itself is really great! No one's going to be inclined to progress in the game or spend money on extra gems/coins when it's all going to crash every 10 minutes.

Have had this game for years. But stopped playing for a long while because there was absolutely no way to get more 💎 without either buying them, or leveling up- which can take a while. Beginning of game is fine, but after a little while you can't upgrade anything in a restaurant without them 💎. Which is a huge bummer cause then you're left with mad customers or failing a level. I really wish there was more ways to earn the 💎. Would love if something got figured out!

Game is really fun, at the start. The worst part for me is the sheer amount of ads. At the very start, you won't ever see a single advertisement. But after a few days, you will see an ad after every other round. They aren't even the 5s ads or ones you can skip either. Half a minute after every other game. With absolutely no way to avoid them because this is a SINGLE PLAYER GAME THAT REQUIRES AN INTERNET CONNECTION. Edit: I tried making a purchase to remove them and still had ads. Instant refund.

VERY unhappy. I freaking loved this game. Had put so much time, effort, and even some money into it.... until it suddenly one day wiped it all out for no reason and set me all the way back at the very beginning with absolutely nothing. And it's done that to me twice! So unless you wanna get super far into a game only to have it crash on you and lose everything, I do NOT reccomend!! I will say it is an extremely fun/addictive game. However, not worth it when you keep losing everything!

I'd played this game in the far past under a different email and loved it then and honestly even though I'm restarting (not your guys fault, new email) I couldn't be more excited. There are so many new restaurants and the one issue I had which was very minor has been implemented which was the back ground when your in level actually matching the lobby. Plus it's always a plus in my book when you don't have to constantly deal with ads so thank you so much for making such a wonderful game.

I have had this game for about 7 years. I enjoy playing levels over and over so much that I do occasionally pay to play. Great job development team. I always look forward to the new restaurants and all of the challenges in the previous sections. I will challenge myself as well to lose zero customers with all 40 levels per restaurant. I have a traumatic brain injury and this is most excellent and effective cognitive therapy! I'm sad there are no more islands or levels. It was fun for years. Ty

There isn't an excessive amount of ads which is one of my biggest complaints with many games. The difficulty isn't too hard even when you get to the later levels which I really like. However in order for those later levels to be easier, or even passable, you have to buy upgrade and after the first restaurant, every upgrade needs multiple gems. The gems are way too hard to get unless you spend real money which tells me this game is just a cash grab. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone.

I actually really love this game. I played it a long time ago to the point that I memorized the order of the 40th level in the first restaurant. It's added some ads since that time, but honestly they're optional and I've had a great time coming back to this game after so long. Maybe it's the nostalgia talking, but the models still look great, the game play is fun and challenging and it's nothing like the gachas or ad monsters. Can't say enough about this game but there's a character limit. LoL

This game is super addicting but one thing that makes me extremely frustrated with the game is that if you have a few customers to the end it will just end the level, making me lose money so I can't pass the level or get my stars. Another thing to make the game better could be to have a coin for diamonds exchange and the other way around, this will make it difficult but a little bit easier to get diamonds and pass through the levels. Other than those 2 things, this game is pretty amazing.

Just like every other free play store game. Fun for awhile but then you hit a point where every upgrade costs gems. Which require money or ridiculous amounts grinding on already mastered levels. Not to mention that it takes too long to level up, and when you do it gives you enough gems to upgrade like one thing. In short, if you want to enjoy this game, be ready to spend a significant amount of money or time.

The game is great with beautiful graphics. However, while technically free, the game is money motivated, requiring you to purchase overpriced gems with real money for kitchen and interior upgrades halfway through your first restaurant, the Food Court. Otherwise, you would have to play the same first 40 levels many times just to make 100% progress! I've completed all 40 levels with three stars twice in just 2 days, and I've already faced the gem wall and am ready to uninstall the app!

I really like this game. I've been playing it since like 2015. Its very addicting. I have reached level experience of 100 or more. And own alot of the restraunts. Throughout the years they have enhanced the game. On the new updates I just dont like the ads. It forcefully makes you watch them when you want to skip to another level. It's annoying. The new characters look funny but that's the least of it. It used to let you collect your daily reward without connecting online. 4 stars cuz of the ads

My favorite game that has actual goals to reach. I never put money into the game. There is a mini game you can win gems to help with upgrades and ads if you want to get extra coins, but are not required to play. It's definitely challenging. I do dislike how some upgrades won't help you at all get three stars on some levels though. So, there is a requirement for certain upgrades to win a level with 3 stars...but you won't know until you keep upgrading everything.
