Reports don't do anything. Players consistently ruin your games by taking your role and your exp and gold. My favorite is that once you start looking for a game, you HAVE to play it, and you can't leave queue. There's a 3 second cancel time,and it never hits 0, so you had better have time to play a 10-25 minute game. A metric butt load of micro transactions that scream pay to win. There is a character in the game you can only acquire with real money, literal pay to win. I'd give it 0 stars tbh.

At beginning it is fun to play, but after your level reach certain height, the match become imbalance constantly. You will be always pair up with the team who are just played or way below your level and your opponents are on the better side. They want you to have lose streak when you play solo.

This is not a good game, but it makes tons of money anyway. The home screen is hopelessly cluttered with small, hyper-detailed icons that are all asking you to buy something. The graphics are the same - small and busy so that it is almost impossible to decipher the items/animations during the game. The targeting system is completely unreliable during complex fights and has a tendency to randomly switch targets despite your in-game settings. Any chump can kill turtle/Lord with no effort.

After the recent update I notice that it was slightly more laggy, I was doing fine before. I think I was at level 2 in the resource download but it's still laggy. Even in the home things would have a huge delays in the taps. But overall I still like the game, the lags is... not that unbearable, it gets less laggy as the game goes on.

Great until you play ranked. Never experienced any problems with the game until I played ranked and the game just turned to an absolute nightmare. If you want a moba that acts like a "let's disconnect and walk your character into a tower simulator and die" then conveniently reconnect all while your watching great game play but horrible bugs.

I literally being updated of all dl resources. But the problem is, It suddenly happen when I first go to settings, tap the network test and go to resource check and after verifying the resources in several minutes all data are gone and back to download all resources. Since this app takes 10GB+ in my internal storage, then it drops 2.83GB for now! Before that happens, there's a bug on resources that could not loadup all the events, wallpaper/skins preview even I already download all resources.

i have played it for months and i can say that it was smooth and good, but lately after the update i experience severe lags everytime i played, there is one time in the start of the game i didnt move at all, after couple of minutes i moved but very slow and then fastforward. The enemies level is up but mine is still 1 so in the end we lost. Enemy says that i should throw away my phone. Please fix the lag for games sake.

After playing since 2019 , everything is excellent except the awful matchmaking. When you're close to reach the next rank , the matchmaking always put the solo players like me in a dark system match where at least one of my teammates is feeding, and at the end it made we lost the match . And when we report the "player", Moonton system does not even ban nor punish the feeding players . FIX or the review stays at 1 star .

I like the game it's nice and it's fun (sometimes) but there's a thing where my game sometimes just resets itself and litteraly makes me download all the resources again and it just doesn't even clear the storage by itself but rather keep the storage while resetting the data for some reason and I still keep log in but it's just confusing and frustrating sometimes pls moonton fix

The new update was good; it gave me a lot of excitement because ultra graphics are now available on my phone. However, I have to give it a 1-star rating due to the numerous problems in your game. Firstly, when I'm playing, the game suddenly crashes, leading to a restart. I hope that our characters/heroes are still alive when this happens. Secondly, there are bugs and cheaters in the game. I understand that these issues exist in most online games

Recent update has introduced a bug. You cannot enter the game. When loading in you have to agree to their terms and privacy policy, but you cannot press the agree button because the window is glitched and now covers the agree button along with half the screen. Turns out this bug happens to phones that have notches or hole punch displays. Reinstalling has not solved the problem.

This is a really fun game! I love it! There are alot of heroes and they have each of their skins, powers and skills. There are also alot of currencies in the game which you can use to buy things and they're not really that expensive. The maps are great. This game is an awesome online 5v5 fighting game. The only problem with it is the game is a bit laggy and also whenever I want to change anything about my profile, the game always restart and I can't do anything about it. Pretty cool!

Full of crawling bugs, and magic chess is highly imbalanced, it's not fun to play, especially since it takes a lot of space. There are even times when I want to play in camp, but it's bugging, it doesn't want to start. And when, you enter in a game, and you want to exit, it needs 3 sec, for you to be completely out, it pisses me off.

The new update causes a lot of lag, and I can't really play the game now, beside that my internet connection will go to 30ms to 380ms. There's also sometimes that it will stay in 380ms in the whole game. And I don't have a choice but to quit the game, and if I reconnect the loading screen is also so slow like it will just add 1 every 30 seconds and it will take a lot of time for it to be full 100 percent. So I hope you will fix it

The resource sorting is too annoying. I have been enjoying this game for a long time but the recent changes on the resources is irritating, I have already downloaded all the resources for my desired level but it keeps changing and I can't help but to change it and download the resources again and it takes time to wait. I hope they could fix it.

I cant acces advanced server and i cannot use offline mode it just keeps telling me that there is no data used even tho other people such as my friends can access offline mode and also when you reach legend rank your teammates suddenly become so dumb as if they're literal bots while the enemy team has actual people please fix the matchmaking also fix the lag it keeps slowing the game down while enemy moves smoothly

The new update was a major dowgrade in graphics and performance. I had a lot of fps drops even when I was just on the main menu or viewing skins. It occurs not even intermittently but constantly every 2 seconds. Already tried reinstalling and still experiencing the same thing. Whoever is/are developing all these trash updates should be replaced by someone else who is actually competent. Please assign the fixing to the right people.

Can you please stop changing the download settings. I want all resources downloaded. I dont need the 1 to 4 options. However the app changed my download setting 2 times now. And it's really annoying. The first one is forgivable since only a few resources are missing when it was changed to 4. But the second one? No way! 2?! Level 2?! Do you know how much time it took me to download all the resources missing?! Imagine wanting to relax and play and get non of that?! LOVE THE GAME THO.
