Description of Hay Day

Welcome to Hay Day. Build a farm, fish, raise animals, and explore the Valley. Farm, decorate, and customize your own slice of country paradise.

Farming has never been easier or more fun! Crops like wheat and corn are ready to be grown and even though it never rains, they will never die. Harvest and replant seeds to multiply your crops, then make goods to sell. Welcome animals like chickens, pigs, and cows to your farm as you expand and grow! Feed your animals to produce eggs, bacon, dairy, and more to trade with neighbors or fill delivery truck orders for coins.

Build a farm and expand it to its fullest potential, from a small-town farm to a full-blown business. Farm production buildings like Bakery, BBQ Grill or Sugar Mill will expand your business to sell more goods. Build a Sewing Machine and Loom to create cute outfits or a Cake Oven to bake delicious cakes. The opportunities are endless on your dream farm!

Customize your farm and decorate it with a wide variety of items. Enhance your farmhouse, barn, truck, and roadside shop with customizations. Decorate your farm with items like a panda statue, a birthday cake, and instruments like harps, tubas, cellos, and more! Decorate with special items - like flowers to attract butterflies - to make your farm more beautiful. Build a farm that shows off your style and inspires your friends!

Trade and sell items in this farming simulator by truck or steamboat. Trade crops, fresh goods, and resources to in-game characters. Swap goods to gain experience and coins. Level up to unlock your own Roadside Shop, where you can sell more goods and crops.

Expand your farming experience and play with friends in the Valley. Join a neighborhood or create your own and play with a group of up to 30 players. Exchange tips and help each other create amazing farms!

It is beyond upsetting that this game has done nothing but crash on me ever since I was forced to update it a couple days ago. I can't even send a report because that crashes on me also-- so I'm forced to resort to using my rating to (hopefully) get someone's attention. What about the lost time, money, diamonds and derby points I'm missing out on while I'm unable to get into the game? And yes, I've already restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, with no differences made. HELP!

Fun game, but there are bugs that are super frustrating. Like I put a lot of effort into one of my derby tasks and even stayed up late to finish it. When I did, it didnt give any points and said it wasn't done. Also cant open my packages sometimes that I earn, and they just go away. Other then some very frustrating moments, its actually a fun game.

Amazing! However there is one problem. Hayday continuously crashes. It is one of my favorite games, and I get disappointed every time it crashes. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and it works for a few minutes and then crashes again. I have also tried freeing up storage on my device, but I have 1.5 GB in space on my device, post having re-downloaded Hayday. I would really appreciate if someone could get back with me, and this problem could be fixed!! Thank you, Elena H.

Love this game and have for many years, but the new update has made the game very unenjoyable. The interface updates over stylistic looks are, in my opinion, worse than they were before. Another issue is when you hold down an item to make to see if you have enough ingredients for it, your finger hovers over it so you can not see the listed ingredients. This could be an issue for other right hand dominate users like me, and this can be ameliorated by having a dominant hand setting.

Update 11/9/18 - STILL hate it. It doesn't work at all. I have written Hay Day and they said they have a lot of "bugs" with this latest update and they are "working to fix them". It's horrible, my game crashes constantly. I quit playing it. If they fix it then I'll come back. ........................ ORIGINAL 11/2/18: Hate this latest update. HATE the helper icons all over the place. I can't tell if they need help or not - the newspaper states they do, or my neighbors state they do, but then when I visit them they show no helper icon at all anywhere including by their name. They need a different icon for trains, it's too confusing and time consuming to go back and forth to each train station. Then you can't go back - it automatically takes you to YOUR train station, and then you have to click out of that and start over searching someone else. It's a MESS!!!!!! It's just frustrating. and slows the game down a LOT. I hate it. I won't play it. My newspaper and update notices NEVER open. I've emailed them FIVE times about it and they never fix it. I love this game but it's getting too broken to play anymore.

Fun game! Best farm game I've played so far. But ...Land expansion is ridiculous. It takes foreverrrrr to get supplies to open JUST ONE square of land! Please make it so we don't have to wait 2 months to get supplies for one small piece of land. Also, please allow us to put buildings, bushes, trees, and decorations ON TOP of tiles (stone, flower, etc). This makes decorating so much easier and nicer to look at.

I have played this game for years and I really loved it, but the most recent update made it unplayable. It either glitches so bad that nothing is readable or gives me a plain green screen I can't interact with every time I load it. I tried clearing cache and memory as well as undownloading and redownloading it onto my phone. It's completely unplayable as it is, which really sucks because I loved the new things that they were coming out with even if the design was now sub par.

Update: The new "modern" look after the most recent update makes the game look cheap and cartoon-y. It's brighter, lots of things are outlined in white, font is smaller when showing what ingredients are needed in the production buildings and they disappear when you click on an item, rather than staying available. No one in my HayDay neighborhood likes the new update. I still enjoy playing, but the update makes it difficult.

This game is perfect for someone who just wants to chill, have fun and not be on the edge of there seat all the time. The graphics are Clean and there is surprisingly absolutely no ads I've been playing this game for 6 years ..... but not until now there has been zero problems every 5-10 minuets the game crashes and when you boot it back up again what ever you did before the crash it will be lost please fix soon. I'm still giving this game 5 stars for the memories and good times. 😸

This game is a great game and super addicting BUT I think that there should be like a specific tool box for upgrade items because when the barn gets full but you still need upgrade items you gave to sell stuff that you need and sometimes still don't have enough space. I also think that we should be able to gift decorations, fishing items and possibly diamonds to each other, I think that would help out a little with the game. Overall it's fun just a few suggestions that might help out.

I really like the game but it closes on its own so much! It's becoming frustrating to play. Updated! 6-29-21 I loved this game but ever since the Update I can't get into the game. It says not responding. I've messaged them and it says the mailbox is full or something. I'm Changing my rating to 1 star. If I am able to get back in I'll change it but it's been days now. Thank you for fixing!!

Edit: crashes have been fixed Crashes constantly. Can't get more than 5 minutes of gameplay in at a time. I see it's a common problem and the devs have done nothing to fix it for almost 3 months now. Also everything is slow in the game, but I guess that's to make you want to buy things. It's almost unplayable because of the crashes though.

I've been playing this game for almost 10 years. I've spent alot of time and money on it and I love it! Recently I've become kind of disappointed that the events aren't for everyone anymore. Booster events are pointless for someone that already has alot of boosters cause you have to either trash them or use a silly amount of diamonds to keep them. My favorite aspect of the game is the events so makes me not want to play during those times. Please change and make it for everyone!

I love this app! But it's been frozen for the last couple of days and I can't play it.😢 HELP my animals are starving! 🙃 Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Edit to add that it seems to freeze up when developers are making changes to the game. For example the animals are still in winter wear for the holiday so it's frozen. When theyre done removing or changing the animal outfits it'll unfreeze. A bit annoying but I'll live. Still love it!

I've had this game for years. I love it, it's great for passing time but the last update has completely messed the game up, it constantly crashes even right upon start up, I've Uninstalled it several times, then once I reinstall it, it asked me to log back in and connect to my Facebook but the constant crashes won't allow me. This is annoying. It's not my wifi or data connection, I hope this gets fixed ASAP! Very disappointing.

Experienced player. I have been playing hay day for about 7 years. I love the farm life, and the graphics in this game are beautiful! I look forward to every new update. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because the latest update has many glitches. For example, when completing derby tasks it makes you redo it even though you already completed the task. Or if you pay diamonds to finish a task, it doesn't count it. Hay day team, please fix the glitches :) Keep up the good work ! :)

The only reason why I am able to rate to gameplay and stuff, is because I've had this game before, but ended up uninstalling it because I stopped playing it as much... But now it won't even load, it goes to the title screen, says that it's connecting, then it'll say updating, but then it tells me that it can't connect, and it's not my Internet connection. New update was bad. It made all of the menus look all weird and cartoony. There's also this weird thing they changed with dragging and dropping something you want to make on a production machine. When you start moving the item the ingredients disappear. It's just really annoying when I'm trying to see how much I have left of something when I'm making whatever it is I'm making.
