Having issue with random black screen when starting the game. First experience it during Chuseok event. And once in mid October. And yet after Halloween event last week, already twice experienced this with the latest one just happened yesterday. I usually reinstall, but it's annoying to keep doing this. Please fix the game.

Everything takes AGES to load, even when using cellular data. The lobby design and just the overall game vide is pretty depressing and boring in my opinion. I almost fell asleep waiting for the game to download some things. And something that upset me was that even though I saw my fingers touching the dot on time, it counted as a miss. I don't think it deserves the 4.6⭐ overall rating at all but who am I to complain🫂

The game is extremely fun! However, I've been having an issue from the 12th to the 13th of September. I even re-downloaded the app and cleared storage on my phone. Whenever I try to download resources, there is an error, and I can not play the game. Further, whenever I launch the game, the loading gets extremely slow at 90%, and then I can't even play whenever I try downloading again. Please fix this!

im struggling to play this on android yet with iPhone they worked devently. Every time I try to access the game's shop the screen would constantly glitch & when I tried to play Voiceless by Wonpil the screen wouldn't load at all immediately making me kicked from the map. And this isn't the only superstar game I've had similar problems with. And as I said before it worked decently with iPhone. Please fix because I really want to play :((

Rhythm games are quite simple, you tap and hold according to the song and you get points. Gameplay: its fine, but my god some taps just doesn't register which is a well known bug in the community which hasn't even been fixed yet. This bug has ruined some almost flawless runs in my games. (Pls fix im begging) Card System: By far the most addicting part of the game. Even though the gameplay is scuffed, I'll keep playing just to collect and upgrade my cards Events: Pretty cool and fair

It is very slow at loading, but manageable, then some of the notes when tapped do not count and they count it as a miss. For a whole week I was quite addicted to the game, but today it suddenly logged me out, I tried logging in, it did not let me, because it kept saying that the server has expired, then it brings me back to the Touch To Start screen and the same thingy pops up. I reinstalled it, and it says the same or that someone logged into my account from a different device.

I used to play this game so much back when it came out up till recently. I re-download it and go to play the game and open the app and am greeted with nothing but a black screen with the icon of the game on it, I have Uninstalled it and tried again, it's the same thing everytime! I would just like to get play my favorite songs please!!! Please fix the glitches.

I love this game, and all of the other kpop rhythm dalcomsoft games. But like others who have the Galaxy S9 or S9+, I have been unable to play after the recent update. I open the app and it goes to a white screen but it fails to load. This is the case with ALL of the games. I understand this isn't directly a fault of the software, but is more of a compatibility thing between the game & OS. I really hope that a patch is released soon to address the issue so we can start playing again.

Love❣ Can't help but have love this game. However, depending on where I'm at, I have issues getting the free gems when watching ads. Also, somehow, even without my screen protector, the buttons, notes, seem to be harder to hit perfectly. Otherwise, I really love the game and songs! 8/14/20 Update: Theme update makes load times slow. I seem to be missing notes that aren't even there but ever thing else registers fine the ones I do miss to S. PERFECT

I really enjoy playing this game, the cards you can collect and the different gameplay styles. It might be challenging at first, I remember doing it for the first time and was barely about to grt two or three stars, but now I'm onto the harder setting and I'm getting the hang of it. I definitely would recommend.

Fun and has good songs but the events are too expensive. This is a pay to win kind of game but you could get pretty far without paying too but that takes a whole lot of time. Also, it takes way too long to load and just get in the game. Sometimes I can't even get in at all even with stable internet, which is extremely annoying. The fact that it happens so often makes me infuriated.

I personally like this game because not only is it fun, but it is also addictive! You also get to collect photo cards and this rythym game can also help with reflexes of the hands. But, there are a couple of bugs. Sometimes, it kicks you out, but it might depend on your phone storage and if the game has too much GB. There is also a couple of bugs that are not that much of a problem because they don't happen very often. Other then that, it is a good game!

Honestly could be better. It wouldn't register my taps and just mark it as miss, so I would lose my combo and energy. It takes super long to load, especially when downloading data. The songs and everything is working just fine, but if you fixed the note bug and loading speed I'll be happy to change to a 5 star.

It is a good game but the text when hitting the notes: "Perfect, Good, etc" are too big amd covers a lot of the screen. Makes it hard to concentrate and gets distracting. Make the text like BTS Superstars. The card selection should also make it easier for people sell or lock individial cards. I have to equip and unequip cards to lock. Other than that it is a solid game.

This game is amazing! Every now and then it glitches and makes me miss notes. My only problem is the card system. They give you too many TWICE cards and it's annoying. Whenever I buy a card pack, it's useless because the majority of them are TWICE cards I already have. All I want is for the card system to be fixed, other than that I have no other problems! I love this game!❤

The game is honestly great, i love it. Which is why its so frustrating that i cant even play it anymore. I had it for a couple days and it worked fine. If i play now, the notes are hardly registered when i click, and the timing is soooo off, its not playable. I tried syncing the timing several times but it didnt work. Please fix this, itd be great to play the game again.

I love this game and all the SuperStar games, but recently every single one of the games have been not loading. They don't even get to the screen where it shows Dalcom. It gets to the white screen as if it is about to show Dalcom but then goes to a black screen. I deleated all the games and reinstalled. They worked a while but after about a week did the same thing. I don't know what to do to fix it.

I like the game in general, but it has some problems. Generally, the game doesn't register my presses, making it difficult to get 3 stars. Also the Music Battle isn't fun to play because I end up with someone who's at R50 on all cards while I'm still at S cards, trying to use the shield usually ends with me losing the match because I miss a bunch on notes trying to press it, and the slow down item makes everything way to crowded to play. Please fix this.
