DOWNLOAD ANY OTHER APP. Tried the app a few years ago, had a poor experience. Friend suggested I try it again, same deal. Paid for premium, getting matches wasn't a problem. Problem is the concept. 9/10 matches will expire because they didn't message first. Extending ends in the same result. If you do get a message, it will be "hi" or "how was your weekend" AKA messages women ignore on other apps bc they're low effort. Also app is monetized in a predatory way. Sad and expensive waste of time.

I paid for 1week of Bumble Premium, but chose not to renew my subscription. I've purchased 1 week of it before & never had an issue seeing "Likes." This time, after 2 days, the Likes died off & were nearly zero for the rest of the week. I didn't think anything of it until I opened the app the morning my subscription ended, even less than 2 hours after it ended, to see "200+" under Likes. Bumble has refused to reply to my support msgs to explain why they were hidden while I paid. Waste of money.

You guys really need to get rid of having to pay to see who swiped on you, I get you have to make money but that's the one thing that keeps people who can't afford a payment from finding a potential match. Get rid of that and this could be one of the better dating/friend finding apps out there. Also, having a "show people from the same province/state only" option wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Bumble has the gall to admit that it repeatedly shows you the same people you've already swiped on. There's no way to unmatch with a person that ghosted you without lying. There's no way to report certain kinds of fake users without lying. I'm physically attractive. I live in a major city, and jump between multiple hubs like it. I change my bio and add new pictures regularly. Still no matches. Still I use the app.

App will slow drastically when you start a chat with someone or pay for the 24hr beeline option. Makes it very difficult to have a decent conversation. You will get notifications stating that someone 'super swipped' or such, but when you click on the notification it doesn't take you to the profile. Pretty much everything is pay to play. There are better apps out there in my opinion. Edited to add: also noticed that when I did get into the Beeline, over 75% were out of the range I preset.

Constantly says something went wrong for no reason at all. Has been happening on and off since October started. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, clearing data, logging in and out, leaving beta and still happens. Can't use the app as a result.

Been away for a while, came back hoping for improvements. Tried to register with my phone number, it now calls rather than texts and the freezes so you've got no way of entering the verification code. Seems that the devs are trying to make it as hard as possible to use the app and then wonder why there's so many one star reviews

Customer support is non existent!! Trying to reactivate my premium but I have no response. I paid for a lifetime subscription and been without it for 2 months now. I try contacting them weekly and still have zero reaponse. Its amazing how bad their customer support is, I am actually amazed by it, how bad can it be???!

They keep billing you years after you've cancelled. Edit: since I see they responded, to be clear it was absolutely properly cancelled. Scroll through the reviews and see how many people this has happened to. I already tried to contact them through the form and the captcha just rejected everything I typed. I tried 25 times. Its hard at this point to imagine it was by accident.

Very limited likes (maybe 5 or 10) and having no compliment renewals at all is silly. You basically have to spread out when you use the app and stop having your own life. Basically, this app only allows you to learn that there are other human beings that live close to you 😂😂. The only great idea is the speed dating thing

The app uses algorithms to force you to pay to get absolutely any attention, almost like it lures you in at first, you get a couple likes, some you can see but it drives your curiosity to see all the likes that are blocked by the need to pay a subscription, a bloody expensive one too, I will be switching to another cheaper app

Update: Dev responds each time w/the same inaccurate info. Plus, support by FB/X? As w/half the country, I don't use those. Deleted the account. Previous: Signed up, easy to use. But $50 per month is too much compared to other services. Dev response isn't true. I was given 7 matches w/blurred photos & no info. To do anything w/matches (to even see them), it requires I pay. Not paying $50 w/out initial confirmation there are legitimate profiles on this service (or a reasonably cheaper option).

I paid for lifetime membership. Emailed support several times and have had zero response. I provided the receipt of payment on google pay for the subscription and still no response. Its been weeks now. I don't understand why and how my premium level would have disappeared and now I'm constantly requested to upgrade and have limited functionality. Very disappointed in the service, support and lack of communication.

- the media upload process is very annoying and tedious to do, and it doesn't work half the time. - if I don't want to swipe on someone, I don't want them to stay on my screen when I come back to the app later. Tinder did this one right. - annoying that matches time out. Sometimes we genuinely miss them due to life. - decent prompts, tags, and other descriptors. - as a non-binary person, I keep matching with straight ppl, which results in unmatching.

Just downloaded. Started editing my profile, and the app is now broken. It won't load any screen. I just get blank, minimal UI. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice but it's the same screen when I log in. Also can't find a contact support on their website anywhere.

After trying to sign up on the app without much luck and about 20 emails back and forth with bumble support team and again absolutelyuseless, I decided to sign up via the Web site instead of the app, and surprise surprise once you click on the link to sign up it just takes you straight back to download the App, which obviously doesn't seem to be working. Only tsign up optoptione Facebook and phone number, it doesn't send me a text or callcallverify my number and, without those I can't sign up 🙄

It's just a dating app that's relatively innocuous but they have a new feature that is wildly annoying and I will likely delete it unless it changes. They constantly ask you to send a compliment to some random photo and there's no way you know anything about the person. You have to close the app and restart it to make it go away and I cannot see a way to turn this feature off. It's clearly done to increase engagement but I do not think it is a helpful change.

Description is incorrect about 'unlimited swipes', I got the 'out of likes' notification. 4 star rating for concept and UI [Edit (in reply to developer response)] All that is fine but what I mean is: If the feature is a premium feature, don't market it as one of the free version features. Read your app description on play store and put it in the premium features paragraph.
