Do not like the recent updates, taken away customisation of home page and seei g when phone was last used. Otherwise loved this app, but please bring back home page customisation and screen usage etc

3 kids, 3 devices, upto minute location and safe socials. I have 'trained' the app and monitor texts, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Discord. Once the effort is in to add basic words, you receive every type of message from your kids phones.

Doesn't work on my kids phone. Keep getting messages saying "Something is wrong with kid's Famisafe" and "Famisafe Accessibility permission is off". I go to my kid's phone and reset it and I get the same message shortly after. I have everything blocked on my kid's phone to test this app out and they're still able to use it. Glitchy and wouldn't recommend.

While the UI takes a bit to navigate, and yeah the dictionary is not "AI" driven, it still has the features that parents need to make sure kids are safe online. 1. Domain/web filter 2. Word filter 3. App blocker And just be mindful/vigilant about what your kids are accessing in general. Another good tool is OpenDNS which you can create a free account for, and just point your home router to those DNS servers. There you can filter for the whole network instead of per device.

This app is great! Almost perfect. I have a few problems with it though hence the 4 stars. While it goes show you what the person is watching on TikTok, it doesn't show when they go into TikTok lives. It doesn't show Instagram lives either. Not necessarily the biggest deal but would be a nice feature. Sometimes (with the explicit words stuff) if you go into a chat it'll put in ALL the chats with that word or words. Again not really a problem, just a bit hard to tell what was said on what day!

This app never works correctly, there are always issues. On and off the location works. My son just left home and live location refreshed still shows his location from yesterday. I disable all apps and turn back on to find he cant use most of them for another half hour or so. The app may show some browser history but if you click the link, there is no data. Apple users can delete the app. Constantly signs me out of app so I dont get any notifications. Would not recommend. Customer service wants

Not easy to use. I block an app temporarily and then unblock it, but then it stays blocked and now I have to give access everytime to use it..annoying

After few months of paid subscription, the connection is lost between devices. I can't even login their website. Can't uninstall famisafe on kids devices as I'm not able to give permission. Looks like as scam

Stopped working all of a sudden just when I need it most, and the website is inaccessible too. The real time location is useless because it is delayed.

App blocker dose not work at all on android tablet. Also sometimes doesn't work on phone .at the downtime all devices still can use what is the point to have down time and app blocker

it works good initially, now it is giving me nothing but headaches and bank drain. it can easily bypass with SAFEMODE. Android devices can starts at safemode and Famisafe doestwork in safemode. so no data collection and no control.

This app could be better. The location and message updates are constantly wrong, it fails to update the location and it would be great if the location was connected via google maps.

child can easily open it.accesibility turns off after some time so child can turn off, this app . When mobile is reset, famisafe automatically starts downloading several applications in child s phone.I have not given all permission so it is not happening in My phone but whenever I open famisafe, permission is demanded to share my data with third party.I would recommend to not buy this app.Use it's trail version only .I have already downloaded latest version.

When updated, it won't let me access the account. I have a paid subscription it was going fine. Now I can't get into my settings, can't edit my children's account or make any changes but I'm still being charged. I contacted them but they said as it's Google pay they are limited at what they can do. A joke. Google took my money but I can't use the service. Not happy.

IT CRASHED 46 TIMES IN 52 WEEKS! terrible app, crashes daily, sometimes hourly. not notified with trigger words, GPS doesn't work. waste of money. I'd recommend to go back to manual checks. I contacted them multiple times with pictures, videos, logs. They said my child was turning it off but happened immed after install sometimes. They refused a refund even though confirmed unsolvable and kicked me out of their FB group for posting asking for help with the long list of issues.

Simply doesn't work, I tried the basics which seemed okay then paid for the full app, the geofencing is constantly innacurate, doesn't send notifications for ages then send them all at once, if you set up a downtime scheduled it randomly locks the phone then NEVER unlocks again until you remove all rules on the parent app, when you block apps during certain times when you enable them again they are not in the same location (folders) on the kids device and need relocated. App is useless.
