The app is great, easy to use, beautiful and smooth. It would be great if it had an easier way to see allergens, what is vegan, what is vegetarian or not

1. Estimated delivery time is very accurate, and if there are some delays, you get a refund. 2. Good customer service. I only had to use it twice, which speaks for itself and was pleased with the response time and general service. 3. An order price is very clear from the strat. There are no suprieses when you go to check out. Like with Uber, for example, where you go to check out and order price rise substantially. 4. The app itself has a nice touch to it. "A human being has seen your order." xD

Application itself is good, but service is awful. Order getting delayed over and over. Literally worst delivery service in Poland. Support is dead and never responds as well. Don't recommend

The app and delivery and everything is good but 2 things are missing. 1-when you order together there must be a way to pay separately 2-there is a code to invite friends and get 5 euros and no place to enter that code 😂 so basically that is not working

Lifesavers!! Sunday night after a long transatlantic flight i arrived into an empty apartment. I ordered all the groceries and they were here quickly and the order was 100% accurate. Will use them again for sure

Excellent. Was a bit frustrating earlier this year, but all problems seem to have been resolved and the service is excellent, especially Wolt Market which is fast, reliable and generally reasonably priced.

App has one major issue. Small order fee + delivery with Wolt+ It's a clear bug in a system. If your order is smaller than 9 euro they will ask for the rest and add delivery fee, even if you have wolt+ witch gives you free delivery. It's cheaper to buy from competitors. Example (I have wolt+): Tikai karotes - soup 7.60€ - small delivery fee 1.40€ - delivery 2.40€ - service fee 0.29 Sum - 11.69 Competitors (without any subscription) - Soup 8€ - delivery 2.74€ - fees 0.09 Sum - 11.08 €

Once when I was following my order getting closer to me, the app moved to the "order arrived" screen but the order did not arrive at all when I waited 10min. Then I contacted them and they were sorry and it took another maybe 15min but then they set new order up for me and gave me some extra € to the app

Too many hidden fees, the app is not transparent. They charge service fee, they raise the prices of every dish ordered by about 20% and they also charge the restaurant %. On the other hand the customer service is good and the ui/ux is really good.

Overpriced and so-so quality. Don't order from stores. They will send you the worst ones they have (i got clearly rotten fruits/vegetables several times) and if they miss something - it's your problem. So basically you pay for the delivery AND pay the margin on items. And the quality will be bad. And the support will tell you to f* off

app is well made even if prices keep increasing, now about the delivery. I am well aware that my work and home are in very unusual locations and try to be as patient as possible, but why on earth would you ever send a foreigner who can barely speak english to these tricky locations, I've made my notes overly detailed in two languages but customer support still dares to make up excuses, sick of trying to chase my cold meals outside, think I'll just drop by a grocery store for my lunch

Excellent app especially when I have no idea what is around. Unfortunately, there is no way to add a tip on the app. If you're wanting to tip the delivery person, make sure you have extra Euros around because there's no way to tip through the app itself. Otherwise, the app is fantastic!

Terrible app. After I ordered, they asked to relax and they will notify me when the order is done. I tracked the order every 3 mins to find that it's still preparing. Then suddenly, I a notification jumped out to ask me how was my order!! I decided to go outside and check, I found the delivery guy is waiting for 7 minutes.

They have a useless technical support team. I had several bad experiences. They don't care what delivered to you. Missing items are normal for them as they know how to waste time and complicat things instead of solving simple issues.

The app has a few bugs like if you add an extra ingredients it adds it to everything of that item type and the map is buggy but over all works a charm and at least here the drivers have been competent so far.

Terrible service! I used to be verry happy with Wolt. But today after a order from subway for 12€ got wrong the wolt team refused to assist me in a professional matter. Not sure I will dare to order from the app again when I had to pay for food that was not correct delivered. Update: good app but customer support most be the worst in the world.

30 minutes delivery turned in to 90 minutes, when I stopped and cancelled the order. Turned out the restaurant didn't even prepare my food and there was something wrong with the app, system, driver. Whatever. Lunch with friends ruined and a hustle to get my money back and no wolt Credits. Gonna delete that app rn.

It become more expensive the delivery and the things is name or wolt courier and motor vehicle plate is not in the app you can see who is the driver like the bolt taxi. The reason why i stop use bolt food because. I made a order and the food didn't deliver. And when i try to talk to the bolt company they dont have office. And using only apps you can't find the driver who take your food. That time i call the restaurant as well they have cctv footage that the courier is pick up the food.
