There is bug in your application, please ping me back, I would like to interact with you. In website I didn't find any contact details to reach out to you except sales support. Your bug is a problem with code or may be it's mistakenly identified by me. But you must fix it as traditional remote desktop works. Bug is clearly visible in PC version. Thanks

Had to find a different solution since teamviewer decided to be a bully and wants to verify a billion times if you're using the app for personal use. I own multiple computers in different location, but not using it commercially, something teamviewer doesn't understand! When they started throttling and restricting my use, I was done with them. Glad I found AnyDesk! Much faster and easy to use! Keep up the great work, AnyDesk!

It works, but it's not good. Other tools like "VNC viewer" give you a remote cursor allowing you to zip between desktops, zoom easily and click on tiny things without changing your zoom. (phone becomes an advanced trackpad) This thing is pretty useless. One screen at a time so if you launch an app and windows opens it elsewhere by default... off you go to find it. It also does a poor job of augmenting the *existing* keyboard - instead offering 2 annoying ones. Security's decent at least.

While the software ecosystem as a whole works quite well, the touchpad style mouse interface is extremely unintuitive. There is too much mouse movement sensitivity, the mouse movement correction makes the cursor not land on the intended spot when little motion is made, the method for performing a right-click action is wrong and unintuitive. One should NEVER have to do a long-click just to make a right-click; a two-finger click is much preferred. TeamViewer's got mouse touch right, why can't AD?

Works decent. Unfortunately, despite using it for purely personal use, if you connect to a PC more than 20 times in one month, you get a very intrusive pop-up that locks you out for 15 seconds, and then sends ANOTHER one every like 5 minutes. Also still haven't figure out how to handle a PC with no monitors (Applications hangs on "Waiting for Image" while TeamViewer has literally 0 issues connecting). God forbid your monitor goes to sleep, then all of a sudden you can't remote into your PC.

This app is very good. Works best. But the funniest part is that when a device acts same as remote and controlling device. I tried this. Holy cow you can't do anything there. The screens are manyyyyy. Just for fun u can try this by copying or typing the same id that is showing on the remote device and typing it in remote device only. Please also look at this.

Still lacking support for many devices. Mouse clicks are not recognised when trying to control a Chromebook from a Windows 10 PC. Locks the taskbar on a Chromebook, which makes it impossible to start any Apps from there, even for the owner of the Chromebook. Mouse clicks are not recognized on a Huawei smartphone either. Plugins were installed on all devices with the proper permissions. With better device support, this will be a great program.

Nice GUI, however, my 10-minute test of AnyDesk Remote Control 6.1.8 with plugin for Android-to-Android control, having the devices side-by-side, showed that it's not robust yet, to be used other than in evaluation test. One issue is that "square button" is often interpreted on remote device as "split screen" command instead. The second issue is that your touch action command are transferred and executed to remote device even if you see black screen or frozen screen received from remote device. Meaning that during this time you can blindly execute some touch actions on remote device (delete, send - whatever) without realizing the damage. This is scary

I use this on various desktop machines and it's pretty good. Unfortunately the Android version isn't quite so useful. I wanted to control an old mobile phone's camera, while away from home, so I could keep an eye on the cat! But, unfortunately there's no way to bypass the dialogue on the remote Android device which asks to allow someone to connect. So AnyDesk's 'Unattended Access' setting is ignored. I'm sure the fault lies with Android, not AnyDesk. But it's still disappointing.

I was chilling and playing on my PC when all the sudden I get a notification from AnyDesk app of someone requesting to connect to my PC, when I had AnyDesk to not auto-start which this app doesn't seem to care since it was running on the background. AnyDesk is the go to option for scammers, after today I can see why, what kind of security is behind this if some random can find my PC and try to remotely connect? No thanks, I'm uninstalling from all my devices.

This app makes it so easy to hack into someones device like all i gotta do is convince them to install it and read me off their numbers and then BAM!! free money for me and access to their weird search history. Great app. The interface gets a little confusing for the tardts who are gullible enough to download it tho. Make a little more simple on their end, and ill beable to get a house on the beach!!

I really didn't expect this to work - it was more just "a test." I was attempting to use my ancient Nexus 7 as a larger "view screen" and being connected to a Google Pixel 4a 5G as the source while viewing an orchestral performance. And it worked! Yes, it wasn't seamlessly smooth - there was a very slight, video pause at regular intervals... But the sound was perfect! As I said, this is a very old tablet. Just doing app updates takes around an hour. So this result is really exceptional.

Exceptionally well made, works flawlessly on both pc and android, even allowing remote into the android device itself! Only issue is that on my current phone (Note 9) it doesnt allow me to interact with the device, all i can do is watch. From what i understand it's a compatibility thing, i would like to know when this feature gets implemented for samsung phones, then ill give it 5 stars.

Initially it works fine, however after a while if you use it a decent amount they think that you're using it for commercial purposes so add in 15 second delays twice for every session. You can contact them and tell them it's for personal use only, however they seem to ignore this as I have done this twice with no change. This is a blessing though as I'm now using Windows remote desktop which is far superior. There are many other options to explore.

Works good, better than remote desktop but after update turned background data back on and used all my data in no time at all even though I actually used it for 2 minutes then closed it. Even after disabling background data again it kept using it. Can't risk having it on my phone since it uses gigs in a few minutes.

When trying to help my dad from a remote location, I realized I could only see what he was doing in the screen, but I had no control at all. So Android to Android is not remote control, just sharing screen, thus, this app is pointless on mobile, only when I tried to control PC to PC worked. I gave it all the required permission, but just can't do anything on the remote Android phone. By the way, my device is running Android 10, the other device is running Android 8. Both using as Admin apps.

For those of you concerned about it opening on start despite your best efforts: go into the task manager with Ctrl+Shift+Escape and click "More details." Then, go to "Startup" and right click the AnyDesk remote program and set it to "Disable." As for the background file sharing, that's your problem.

**THIS APP IS USED BY SCAMMERS** Was told to download this when I called Apple TV support. Next thing I know the guy has control and is in my banking app. I couldn't get him out and he kept bringing my banking app up and trying to transfer money. No matter what I did I couldn't get him out or shut down my phone. Whatever I pressed he undid and vice versa. Thank God I won but I almost lost everything.
