I was forced to download this app because, for some reason, the complete menu isn't on Doordash. I signed up, it told me something went wrong. I got an email from Jamba Juice, so I assumed it went through. Maybe it just messed up the notification. I tried to sign in, it told me my email or password was wrong. Clicked "forgot password," got an "Authentication error." No new email. Tried to register again, told me email was already taken. Every time, it took more than 30 seconds to load an error.

full menu is not easy to get to. of course the first thing i see upon opening app is their featured products but it would be better if you could have a button to direct you to their full menu. i have to just keep looking around till i come across a way to acces the full menu. im not an idiot either cuz i dont usually have that problem with other apps.

terrible. got a birthday email that I cant use because the app has been updated. I had to resign up as everyone else has stated and the people working keep telling me I need a barcode that's not in this terrible app but i have an email for. I'm done. update - customer service reached out to me and corrected the issue. I'm very impressed and happy to see they care.

I would rate it 5 stars if I were able to remove saved payment information, rather then only being able to add it. If anything, I'd like the option to update it if I can't remove it. Otherwise, it makes it confusing when my card has been renewed due to the exportation date expiring, and all I can see are the last 4 numbers. I don't know which is the current one and which is the one that expired, so I don't really know which one to use to pay for my order. It's a bit annoying.

Unable to find entire menu to add to favorites list - not intuitive. Only able to see favorites (based on previous purchases) and featured. App only keeps history of orders made through app; there's no tracking of orders made in person while scanning the QR code or entering the receipt code. No search function so I can find additional favorites to add to my list.

The UI change looks great and I use the app often, however since the redesign the app never saves my card information. This is extremely inconvenient when I am ordering on the go, and it's gotten to the point where I've memorized my card number because I've had to input it so many times! That's unacceptable.

I would love to give 5 stars because Jamba Juice is my absolute FAVORITE smoothie place. However, just like a few other reviews I've read,, the default tipping screen annoys me. Now I'm very big on tipping. Especially when I've received excellent service but I believe that tips are earned. It's NOT supposed to be given just because (my opinion) .. There was a time I tipped then received the wrong smoothie. A smoothie with a fruit I'm allergic to btw. Please change that feature!

Haven't been able to order through the app in MONTHS. And clearly I'm not the only one with this problem, yet the developers have done NOTHING to fix this. Not cool. The only reason for me to even keep the app at this point is to scan for rewards. Otherwise it's completely worthless.

A little too dependent on the Internet. As such, slow to order, can easily and often get "payment declined" or "unable to process order", after which you have to enter all CC information again! Wish there was Google Pay integration and ability to have more than one favorite for quicker ordering

I really think you should add a way to rate an order or send a note when there is an issue with the order. I just had a terrible experience and was given a drink not even close to what I ordered. I also have an issue that if you save your card information the transaction will not go through. But if I delete the card and re-enter it, the transaction goes through. So instead of saving my payment info I have to enter it every time.

Biggest fault of this app is not being allowed to order more than ten smoothies at a time. We like to treat our employees to smoothies on hot days, but I have to submit three different orders, and the drivers get so confused when they go to pick up. It would be awesome if their was...maybe a catering order option? Where you can order more than ten smoothies, but it has to be for a future date or time to give shop enough time to plan for it. That would be a huge help.

I order multiple times a week. Only reason I have it 4 out of 5 is because I usually order a smoothie from their old menu so it would be nice if there was an option to choose from past smoothies or to enter the recipe yourself as they will make it as long as they have the recipe for it. My favorite was always "Raspberry Lime Sublime".

This app is extremely buggy. I cannot remove any added item from basket. I need to go to app and clear data in the app and relogin to the app to remove items. Also, if you try to update any item with additional boost, it wont work. You will get an error message. I have multiple BOGO rewards and i need to place two separate orders. Really!? Whoever design the app need to go take some UI classes.

Downloaded the app only for it to get stuck on login/signup screen. Screen wasn't frozen, but I couldn't click anything (not even the "skip and order now" button). I tried reinstalling, restarting phone, and switching between wifi and data. Nothing. My sister downloaded a few days ago and had no problems, so I'm not sure what the trouble is.

The nearest Jamba Juice to my location is nine miles away. The app has been the biggest help for me. I have saved alot of time. The staff at just about every 10 mile radius from Sunrise / Ft. Lauderdale has been very clean, organized & professional and have always been right on time! The App allows me to customize my order and save favorite & previous orders. For which has allowed me to reorder at the click of one button.

Local store changed hours and app didn't reflect change. Ordered a couple of smoothies early in the morning, and store was closed. There needs to be a way to send feedback to store. I need a refund. Otherwise, I love the app. I prefer to use it rather than walking in and waiting. My only criticisms are that there should be a way to save more than one favorite store.

The app *looks* good, but doesn't seem to function 90% of the time. First, I get the error "product not found" after I click something. Second, & more annoying, I get notifications about special offers, but when I go into the app, I can't find the offer anywhere. Today a notification said "free warm apple waffle..." & then cut off. I go into the app to see what it was about, & can't find it anywhere. Honestly thinking about deleting it, I don't go to Jamba often enough to justify keeping it.

I've been using this app for over a year now and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to navigate, easy to use my points, I can choose delivery or pickup, I can customize my drinks. The only thing that I have been disappointed with is that I can never seem to order any seasonal drinks through this app and maybe it doesn't have to do with the app. The drinks are offered in app, but upon trying to order it says the item doesn't exist. It's otherwise a great app!
