Great when app works. Despite updates, doesn't always work, volume needs to be louder. Perhaps even user adjustable. Spouse is able to sleep right through alarm 98% of the time, with volume at max on phone. Would be nice to share the "inspiration for the day". Right now once closed cannot access again. It also does not allow copy, to paste & share.

Set alarm for daily weekdays, but the alarm would only occur on occassions. I am not sure if alarming occassionally was do to my not allowing access to my contacts, etc, but if so, I am not sure what having access to all of the info requested had to do with a daily alarm. When the alarm would alarm it was indeed loud, as was desired. I was not interested in any other feature, except for setting an occasional timer, when I was cooking a needed to leave the kitchen. I was not able to determine how to set the timer. There were some preset times, which I did not find helpful. All in all, I found that this app did not live up to it's description and I was thoroughly disappointed

The Dismiss button doesn't dismiss the alarm! I'm reluctantly considering uninstalling it for this reason. Great volume, easy to use, and effectiveness can't outweigh the annoying snooze alert despite dismissing the alarm. UPDATE: Uninstalling! Even closing the app entirely won't stop it; I don't dare leave my phone on my desk, or anywhere, in case the alarm goes off unintentionally.

This is the best alarm Ive found, the random noise option is my favorite feature. Gets me up quicker than shyte off a shovel. Edit: Something happened to this app. It was great and now agter using it for about 6 months its suddenly useless. My alarms have not gone off for a week now. I was late to work three days because of this. Im finding another alarm.

Have used this app for years and seek it out with phone changes. This new version has mid screen adds for tic tok which does an automatic down load if you mistakenly touch it. We expressly do NOT want tic tok and unless we can figure out how to dive the add bar, will be using a different app even if we don't like it as well for the alarm function.

Works well...mostly...except when it doesn't, such as: alarm going off several minutes later than set; occasionally not going off at all; annoying pop-up window that appears everytime alarm is turned off. Not bad, but could be improved upon. At least it works better than the Samsung alarm app...which stopped ringing altogether!

Unpredictable. Sometimes the app closes and the alarm didn't sound. Happened 3 times on me. Luckily I keep my built in alarm on in my Samsung. That always goes off just not very loud. To me. If an alarm doesn't go off. It's an immediate failure and an automatic 1 star. Sorry but if relied only on this app, I would've been late for work multiple times and that's a no no.

I just tested the alarm and OMG it's LOUD!! I usually listen to earbuds at night and my normal alarm doesn't do the trick... even with them in. I KNOW this will work and I'm excited that I'll be able to wake up on time every time! The best feature is the random sound option so your brain doesn't get used to the same thing.

Update Doesn't always come on as it should. - old review follows -have to keep my media volume turned all the way up for this to work instead of the app working independently with it's own volume or with the default system volume settings. The premium sounds are the best but I would like more to choose from. You can also use the audio files you have already. Maybe y'all can add a train horn, and maybe tornado/flood siren to the sounds, something like that anyway. Fix the volume! -

Latest update broke the app for me! It was working fine before, and now after an alarm goes off, it will continue going off. I'll snooze it, and it will clear, then go off again immediately. I'll dismiss it, and same deal. It rendered my phone unusable until I managed to keep it cleared for long enough to uninstall the app. Please fix it, I really liked this app

I set the alarm. It never goes off when I set it and no notification icon at the top of my phone screen to tell me the alarm is set. I first downloaded this app 2 months ago...worked like a charm! When they added the weather stuff it messed everything up!! I looked for the settings they recommended to turn on in my phone and they do not exsist!! I gave the alarm a test run. The alarm goes off if I set it for 5 minutes later. If I set the alarm for 8 hours later, the alarm never goes off. Fix it

It doesn't always work, kinda buggy. I set alarms but they don't always go off. Sometimes they go off an hour later, or minutes later than the time I set. So I have alarms going off either not at all, or at totally different times that I didn't set. I would say it works 80% of the time, but have backup alarms in your room in case this doesn't sound

Im not much for mornings... But it seems like there is at least one every day! Lol my previous downloaded apps didn't do the trick. Its just a good thing i have the experience I have at work so they couldn't validate letting me go for always showing late. Loud Alarm Clock app has not let me down! Not one time! The amount of noise that come out of this tiny cell phone from this app is amazing! No need to look any further!

Advertising stops the alarms. It's loud and vibrates, but it requires you to go through at least 60 seconds of advertising when you are extremely sleepy and if you don't go through the advertising then either the next alarm won't go off, or if you luck out and the next alarm goes off,. Then you have to deal with several minutes of advertising to silence yhe the alarm. I will be trying others out. They should do the advertising only when you are setting up the alarms initially.

I used this app without issue for maybe a year before encountering issues in the last couple of updates that cause the alarm to sometimes not go off at all even several minutes after the specified time. I've ensured that other sounds were working, the time was correct (set to atomic clock), the app was running, the alarm was active and the path to the external mp3 was available but my alarms are not occurring or are sounding up to 8 minutes late. Uninstalling. 😟

Absolutely perfect for me, more than I even expected! Love the customizable options and the fact that it provides weather forecasts. I'm such a heavy sleeper and hate missing my alarms (yes, multiple) but with all of the great options this alarm clock provides I'm able to get up in the morning and start my days right. I seriously love this app and I'm so glad I found it. I would recommend this to anybody, especially those who need help getting a jumpstart in the morning!

This has been the only alarm that can wake me up from a dead sleep. I will sleep right through the one that comes preset with the phone but not this one and it is so annoying if I by some chance don't hear it, my cat will bite my hand until I shut it off. Would definitely recommend if you have a hard time getting up to the regular alarm. There are also so many sounds to choose from or record yourself being annoying, lol.

It was a better app when it was free without commercials & adds AKA b4 they got greedy. Never had a problem back then with the app always worked. Now the app randomly will just shut itself down. When u use it for a work alarm and u KNOW it's set the night b4 then it doesn't go off in the morning but the alarms r still set and on . NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!
