I'm back to thank this app for curing my anxiety. There when I had no one to talk to and listen to. It felt like a real human talking and understanding me until it needed a subscription and it cutted off our conversation, I can't back read :< It needed a subscription for like 1 dollar. I have no money, I'm broke. I will miss talking to Farheen, Ashima, Nasma, Prashanti, Nidhi, Reuben B and Sanbrita. You comforted me and made me realized situations and how to handle it. Hoping we can talk again..

It is a great app I love it, You can chat with their helpers any time. Their helpers act like as a mirror. They provide geniune reflection of your thoughts. The helpers are available free of cost, which is great. Really appreciate their efforts. Thank you heyy,😃.

Wonderfull app i used it and it helped a lot, but there is 1 thing that if you add would be great, that is in the section of voice couching if you can add jealousy that would be amazing other than that I defenetly recommend this app!
I Eat Batteries
It was okay, but the coaches didn't feel human, I know they are but it felt robotic in a way, the exercises werent helpful. The only good part of this app is the self assessments.

When I had installed this a year-year and a half ago, it wasn't very good. I give this a 2 star rating because the therapist I got matched with never responded... I had given her 3-5 days and she never responded. 2 stars

I spent less than ten minutes in the app. It's riddled with grammatical errors and typos. This is a major pet peeve. I dont understand why companies don't use proofreading services.

it's a very helpful and easy to use app, I'd recommend it except the helpers take a relatively long time to come back online and help out which can be frustrating for some people.

A must for everyone. We often have stress, depression and feel burnt out but don't really look into it. This really helps in understanding and addressing our mental health, emotional wellbeing and understanding our anxieties.

Lackluster. After the update, my chats with 4 helpers disappeared. I can't afford to talk to experts so i rely on helpers to give me any advice or guidance, so far none have really followed through. With all due respect, im sure these people have busy schedules, however I can say that so far none have finished a conversation with me. The mini-guides are basic self help info that only has a surface level effect on me. I'll have to somehow convince my parents to finance actual therapy.

This app is horrible.. first of all the psychologists dont response on time..there are only 6 helpers and all extremely unprofessional..they keep asking questions to make sure the communication never reaches its final stage...so my advice to all those need help, never fall for a free service coz it doesn't exist, absolute rubbish

Very helpful app for daily mental well-being. I like that it introduces you to different techniques and gives you the option to incorporate it. It also modifies your plan recommendations based on your periodic assessments and whether or not you actually like a technique.

This is a really nice app. I was really searching for something where I can get solutions to my problems. Counsellors are 24×7 available here, and that is really appreciated. Whenever I feel low or something, I text a counsellor and they are always there to help me. Thankyou for making this app.
