Hi, i have a question I can't do one exercise of my program, it's too hard. But all of the others are easy for me, at the final evaluation should i press "tough, in a good way" or just "way too hard" ? Thanks

Favourite app for working out at home and in the garden. Great content and really like the integration with the Adidas app and the running app. Would be good to see the social side expanded beyond just Facebook but generally not too much of an issue.

Massive number of exercises to choose from and workouts ranging from just a few minutes up to significantly longer (I am only up to about 20 min range at the moment). The workout plans are really good with variation in every workout for the week/plan so it doesn't feel repetitive. Should suit most people no matter fitness level as it is "do this exercise for X seconds" rather than "do X number of this exercise" so the fitter you are the more you will complete in the time, but even if you can barely do the exercise to begin with, you can still happily complete it and then hopefully improve next time. Best feature is the casting so you can have the instructional videos and countdown on the big screen whilst you are working out making it easier to focus and ensure you are doing the exercise correctly.

App is perfect besides that I still wish that there are sport specific programs (like in football, you focus more on endurance and agility; in basketball, you focus more on jumping power, etc), In workout creator, here are my thoughts: The ability to pick time and body part focus is great, but what's missing is the ability to pick difficulty of exercises. An example is that i want to target my core, but I don't want to do burpees which is categorized as hard difficulty. Otherwise it's great!

This app is brilliant, unless you have a limited data option. Instruction videos are available for every exercise, but you have to constantly download them because the app decides whether or not your device has enough space to store them and if not it automatically deletes them. The option should be given to the subscriber to keep or delete when storage space is low.

At first glance, this app is fantastic. The trainers work well, and the amount of workouts they throw at me was suitable. But, the main problem is, when i have to go back to my home screen to play some music or i switch to another app, when i returned it just throw me back from the beginning of the workout! It's incredibly ridiculous! Please fix this!

Really helped me getting back in shape. I tried running, working out etc but this app made everything easier. The workout plans are really good. However the plan options are very less in case of yearly purchase. Even with premium there are just approximately 6 plans and a variety would have been great. Also the progress and history charts can be vastly improved as compared to the Nike App. The App can be made more interactive with better bonus on completion of challenges, records etc.

This, to date, is my favourite app for helping with the work outs. It's not constently pushing the subscription model at you and offers enough in free to keep you going until you're ready to consider upgrading. My only issue is the constant requirement to download videos. Even videos I've recently used. As example, I accidentally pressed back on the workout creator after downloading a lot of videos. Had to download them all again. Sometimes some videos fail to get.

It's a nice app, good variety of exercises. Sometimes the training plan for the day is just too hard though and we don't even finish all the exercises properly, but there seems to be no way to tell the app what you didn't do or adjust the training plan for it. Having 'completed' it doesn't feel very satisfying then :(

Is good at times. I have been using this app for almost a year now. The workouts are great but I have noticed some issues. If you use you mobile or your tablet the workout seems different, the updated exercises are great but some have been wrongly tagged. I would like to see more workouts plans to have more variety. I have a premium account and I'm not sure if I will renew it.

I am now training with this app for three weeks and I am pretty happy with it. First of all, it gives a lot of exercises for free. Even the exercise builder works in the free version. Second, the exercises really good and you can do them either at home or outside. They don't need any specific tool. And finally, it has several weekly plans. All in all, I tried several free workout apps and this one is absolutely the best among them, specially its user interface

Sometimes there are too many of the same exercises repetitions, like 6 things 3 times, instead of more varied workouts. I like the options to choose shorter workouts as I don't always have time. There is no way to input if you did other training but instead shows days missed. Would be nice to have the option to include just a marker that you worked out even if you didn't use the app. It's because of lack of variation that I also used other sources such as YouTube and others.

excellent but needs better design of how you control pauses / resting. Either that or better instructions, maybe some pop up help messages if I am not using it properly. The pause control to rest just does not feel right. Also 2 more categories on how did you find the intensity of the workout. Right now I can only rate way too hard or way too easy

I love the simple ways this app can teach you to achieve your fitness goals. Can't stop using it. The Voice coach really helps stay motivated during the workout and if you miss your sessions, the reminder and follow up notifications give you that extra push to get back on track. Just cast the app on your television and keep working out while seeing how the workouts are done. You can also review each workout before starting your exercise session to make sure you maintain the correct form. Helps keep a track of the progress you've made in statistics and pictures too. What else can I say, just go for it and keep working out! 20 mins a day is all you commit!!!

This is the one app that actually works for me. Chromecast support is super. Workout plans are very good (with pro) and are setup in such a way that I keep coming back for more. The only downside I am encountering is that it is sometimes not clear if the x repetitions are in total or for each side (left and right)

Honestly, I've always been a fan of Adidas but this app just made me love them so much more. It's easy to use, the exercises are comprehensible. It challenges you just the right amount, and even gives you alternative modifications. Furthermore, you get weekly progress reports on how your week was in terms of workouts. They also give you the option of joining challenges, and give you tailored workouts based on your feedback. Overall, this is definitely one the best workout apps I've come across.

It's a great app in terms of ease of use, understanding exercises and variety of workouts. However, there should be an option of adjusting the rest time for different workouts. Most times, one doesn't need a 15-20 seconds break after every single set. Also, the warm-up and few exercises get pretty repetitive at times. As I've only used the free plans so far, so not sure about the premium ones.

Very good app can definitely see some progress after using it for a couple of weeks. The only thing I'm missing is that on some exercises, like the Russian twist, or others where two sides are involved, is a text which says "X on each side". When it just says "10" I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's 10 on both sides or ten in total, so 5 on both sides. Same with lunges etc
