Latest UI update has brought a lot of issues. -support lines and trend lines stop sticking to points while zooming in and out. -full screen chart lacks easy selection of time frames when trying to make fast trades on mobile screen. Last UI was just right. -option chain does not update unless you back out of the ticker to the watch list. This is the worst issue for me.

I like the app very much. It is easy to use. However, I have had more than a DOZEN times where some technical problem has caused a stop-loss or sell order to be cancelled. I was notified of the cancellations, but Webull did not restore my settings, and there is no way for me to do it, nor should I have to, because it was their fault. Also, my premarket and after market orders never get filled, so what's the point? I'll give it some more time, but seriously considering switching to another app.

What haven't liked about it so far is: deposits take forever to settle, partial stocks are unavailable (or atleast I haven't found them easily), the UI is complicated, and you must wait for money to settle to buy crypto (which takes about 2 weeks it seems). There are a few things I do like though: they are constantly running promos for free stocks, there are a lot of advanced features for those who are knowledgeable, and they do Roth IRAs. Overall, there are better easier trading apps.

overall good platform. UI not very intuitive at first but after a few days it becomes easier. Also I don't know if theres a way to arrange the landing page for a stock. you have to flip through tabs to find different information which is fine but if there was a way to be able customize to my preferences it would be awesome. (as of right now I don't know of any platform that does this.)

New update sucks please go back. This is less efficient, not as easy to see all information. I do not want to scroll left and right and go everywhere to find what used to be easily available. Please go back to previous version. Please webull do not try to be like robinhood, I chose you guys because your professional and descriptive look. I do not want a cartoon look and I don't want an app that makes it look like it's made for a 10 year old. Go back to what it was.

The interface is powerful and provides so much useful data but is a bit less intuitive and takes some getting used to. Lowering the time between when a deposit is initiated and when that money is usable should be a top priority. Update: Honestly the more I use it the more useful tools I find. Excellent job presenting so many analysis features on a small screen.

I have been using this app for years to track a portfolio and have access to basic news and charts. At some point it morphed into a trading platform, but could still be used for basic tracking and news. Lately, anytime I click on news I get locked into a screen which tries to force me into signing up for an account. I don't want an account to look at news. After many satisfied years, I am looking for an alternative app, and once I find one, will remove Webull. It was once a great app.

Excellent charts and indicators set up, ease of use directly from charts. Continuously improving and stable app compared to others I have tried. Waiting for more features to be offered, I left and came back since I missed the ease of use and there press release section is extremely helpful for fundamentals. Overall a very promising app. There education section is also on par with bigger platforms. However customer service lead by bots and email or messaging and can take a day or 2.

I absolutely love everything about this app. how you can draw your own trends, to indicators, to practicing with fake money and prizes, giveaways and free stocks, but 1 thing I would love to do without is when you're trying to draw a trend line and its flopping around and moving all over the screen. if it weren't an issue then webull would be perfect. still giving it a 5 star though.

Updates sucks. New App is way too busy and not user friendly. The layout is too spread out. It is challenging to just glance and take in all the necessary infos needed to make my trade quick and easy. The spacing of items and data are too spread out, making it difficult to quickly read the data. New updates are extremely unefficient in my opinion. Don't update the layout. Keep your old version. Where is the old version from November/December 2019?

I have two thing against this app. At first it was complicated enough but somehow very informative, so I gave it a chance...but them an updated version came and now it totally sucks. Second you can't set up automatic scheduled investing another big downside....how these people plan to survive... if there's no change in a near future will have to move on, it has become so boring. That's all good luck

Good start, but too limited. They have added options spreads, but the spreads are not customizable beyond width. Glad they added the ability to set stop loss and limit sale price at the same time. Still can't use a long dated call as collateral for selling short dated call at higher strike. Also, it would be nice to have spending power shown for reference while placing an order. The account value chart doesn't have any numbers to reference and a fraction of a percent can look like a huge move.

My experience with WeBull has so far been mostly positive. I love the extended trading hours and all of the extra information that's available vs its main competitor. The UI isn't especially intuitive, though, and the app does take some getting used to. Now that I've grown more accustomed to it, my biggest remaining issue is the lack of fractional shares - if it had that feature, there wouldn't be much reason to use the Hood at all at this point.

It's a very easy and straightforward platform to use. The charts and tools within them are great. The desktop platform is nice and reliable as well. Update: still using over a year later and everything is great. Customer service is good, the execution speeds are fast and the platform overall is reliable. Definitely still recommend, especially for beginner traders or investors.

The app make it too hard to do a trade especially buying selling options, hard to go back "home" after searching for a stock price qoutes, it is acting like browser, you need to go back step by step to get to main page. I don't like the home button, I always mistake it with my phone's home button. Other thing I don't like is the button and slides to do trade are too small and the page is crowded, robinhood makes it much easier.

All things considered, I like this app. However, it can be very misleading which has bit me a few times. Example 1) I placed a limit buy on a security that was still in a "closed" state. I expected it to either reject the order or queue up my order for when the security opened for pre-market trading. Not only did it take my order, but it executed at the limit price which was well above the last close.

The UI looks like a mess. It gets confusing trying to figure how how to navigate through the clutter (Take a looks at Public and see how a clean UI looks like). You cannot reinvest your dividends. The waiting period to have unsettled funds takes forever. The message boards/chat/friends section is full of spam messages. Please sharpen up this app. There is a ton of potential but as of right now, it's just not working out for me.

It was fine for a while. Customer service is a joke and it gets worse if you switch brokerages. I deactivated my account after I switched to Fidelity. When you do that your email is still registered and you can get into the app to access documents. I have zero access to mine and I never received my 1099 email they claimed would go out in February. I've been trying all the customer service lines and emails for two months with no response yet. I can't file my taxes properly thanks to them.
