Can I say bad words? No? I have only bad words for this app, and concept — to be a useless thing to pay for. Use-less. I paid my money for this, to get something from the shiny advertisement. Better just throw money where you standing — then buy this.

Awful! Tried to upload a code. Said it was invalid and i should try later. After several tries got the message I reached my limit. Sent an email. Requested the serial no. Sent. After 2 days asked for a screenshot. Sent with the explanation that it shows the message about the reached limit because I tried several times to upload the code as instructed. Their answer: You reached the limit. Asked them if they are joking. Again, told i reached the limit. Still missing my 50 EUR after 10 days!

Truly disappointing, it's a nice application easy to use and it haves a nice feel for privacy. I have made a account 90+ days ago and directly added €10,- for getting the prepaid Mastercard functionality. However i have not received the Mastercard the shipping would take around 14 days! But i have not received it after a month contacted customer service multiple times and they even "said" they schipped it again after giving them a document with my address on it. After 2 months still nothing.

An great app to add money in games by not interacting with a bank at all and just with your local store machine thing. It's great until it comes to donating to someone else who was a paysafecard or adding a fixed amount of money or using it with more platforms. I wish I would be able to use paysafecard with Google Pay aswell and I wish I could add a specified amount of money in it.

My issue has still not been resolved. I cannot upgrade to unlimited status. I have contacted the support team and did what i was told, now its taking them way too long to even respond. In all honesty, this is a great app for those that dont have a credit card to buy things online, but man, it has some issues that i did not know about till now. This app needs to explain what the limit is for people without an unlimited account, because i spent 25€ thinking i could use it, and i cant cuz of limit

This app is terrible 😭 You can't buy a top up on this app and the sites that sell them online charge you £12.50 for the £10 top up ect then I had tried to use it on this site, it has shown up in my balance but now I can't use it as its two factor authentication only gives me these two options.....1/ open in the app. (I've repeatedly done this and it just bounces me right back 2/send a text to a phone no ( I've not had for several years now and it doesn't give you any alternative option either!

Amazing for keeping your data safe, that is, if you don't share your password then you are doomed. The only problem is the extra tax on most services when you are about to pay, for example, an item is worth 5 dollars, if you use paypal/debit/credit card it is 5 dollars,but with paysafe it is 7 dollars.

They've held my money since December 2022 and now no response to emails. I've provided EVERYTHING that has been asked for. Selfies with ID, pictures of ID next to vouchers, what the vouchers were used for, international bank account and bank details etc. It seems now they have ran out of things to ask for and now just don't reply. Avoid at all costs. Absolute joke of a company that will seemingly try to keep your money for as long as possible.

I started using this a few years ago, and up till now it was great! Up till now I would've recommended this app to everyone. However, recently I went to buy a 25€ paysafe, I got it and wanted to top up my account just to get a notification that I've apparently reached a limit I was never told of. Because of this I wanted to upgrade my account so that there would be no limit, but idea went down the drain because the app won't let me do it. I'd go into more detail, but there's a character limit.

I have been trying to make a paysafe accout all day and its letting me ge so far then just stops at a point and also saying that my number and email are not vaild i have a top up wot i cant use lol
