Have had the app. For years and it has always worked pretty good for me outside of the occasional updates when it starts acting up or running slow. Well as of the last week of may 2021 my app. Has completely stopped working. I emailed about it got a responce that it has to do with my states ebt system or something that it was being worked on and that was about a week ago and it still isnt working. Can there please be another update or something soon to fix this problem!

Sometimes I can't view all my transactions. Even after reloading the app even days after the problem first arises and says it can't load my transactions and yo try later, sometimes it still won't load. It does at least have the balance and refreshes to check every time you open the app. It's helpful and convenient to have the app for the card. Most of the "offers" were helpful to me, though one it suggests is not available in all states and I don't qualify, so just keep a look out.

This app is useless. If you move to another state all it does is bring up the Old State it doesn't help me with my new one at all. What a waste of my time. What a waste of my effort. Save yourself some trouble and get yourself an app that will allow multiple accounts and for you to change if you need to because well, when you move from one state to another you get a whole different EBT account. Uninstalling and never ever reinstalling because this is the second time I've tried to fix this proble

This app is GREAT!! Instead of having to call and type in your card number every time you want your balance, you just open the app and it shows you everything, including your spending history, and your deposits. And it also has a lot of great things like how to get a free state phone, how you can get Amazon prime for $5.99, with your EBT card, instead of paying $12.99 (full price), which is really nice. I don't know about you guys, but any time I get an offer to save $ I'm def gonna take it!!

Its always there when i need to check my benefit balance at the push of a button.. Its fast, reliable and helpful with support and places i can go to for help with almost anything if you need it, and all of the information that this app provides is right at the tip of my finger with the push of just one button... I LOVE IT!! THANK YOU FRESH EBT!!

Good app. Always available whenever I open it. But I honestly think that you should update your servers. I know that a lot of people log on and that can take a toll on server speeds. But updating to better processors and software would really help with the loading speed. It takes about a minute and a half to 2 minutes for my balance to update. Otherwise, great app. 👍

This is so very helpful! I love all of the tips and advice too, like, how you can get Amazon Prime, with free music, shows, and books, etc, for free the first month, and for $5.99 a month after that! Many other deals and programs offered as well, too, including help with pets, for their health care, neutering, and even food sometimes. Even helps with savings, coupons, etc. Plus, keeps you up to date on your current balance, as well as your spending. It's a great app, I definitely recommend 💯😊

App doesnt even work anymore. "next" button is completely useless and doesnt advance anything to the next screen. it's not on my end, either! tried reinstalling the app, using data and wifi, and several different locations. the app just decided to break and i can no longer get past the starting screen or log on. pointless. this only happened after the most recent "bug fix" update as well. yeah you sure fixed it alright.

It is so irritating to open the app and never know your balance! It is constantly "refreshing", and just spins in circles! That doesn't help me at all! I also do not like not seeing my deposits on my card! That needs to be added back instead of just out spending. Very disappointed, and I use the app almost daily. Now it's a complete waste, and not even "usable"!

The app is so so very convenient compared to previously before it was available. It makes checking balance so much more convenient! Adding to this all of the other services and notices that are available is very helpful in finding resources that otherwise we talk to me somewhere. The only reason I'm not giving it a five-star is because one too many times :-) the Apple crash or it's not able to give you your balance and sometimes I said an inconvenient time.

I love the app but i liked when you were able to add your grocery list on it and it would deduct the pricing for you before checkout. Once it updated it doesnt do that anymore and i miss that very much. I loved that it was all in one and i didnt have to switch out of one thing to go tk another to figure out my balance, but i do like not having to call the number from the back of the card though. I just wish and want that gorcery list to be put back on to the app like it was before.

Frustrating and beyond horrible. I don't know if the glitches extend to the entire system, but for CA, it SUCKS! Not sure if it's an interface issue or something else, but EVERY time I try to login it kicks me out with an error message telling me to enter my Card & SUID Numbers again. When I do that, it prompts me to create a new account which then spins me to another error saying that there's already an account w/ that info. Waste of time!!

App is terrible. Worked well for a couple of months, then royally malfuntioned. Made large grocery purchase that it never reflected. A few days later, I made another purchase and it didn't show. Two to three weeks later, it still showed no change to my balance, so I had to use the automated phone option. It also listed next deposit as $16 and change. Still getting maximum benefits as part of the stimulus, and after they deposited, it still showed $16 pending for that date! Uninstalling!

This app went from being the best to the shittest app just by one update they did that changed the whole app. Doesnt ever want to load and when it does most of the time it's not the right balance. Doesnt matter if you use cell service or Wi-Fi still doesn't load. Wish they didn't change it I miss how it use to be. I also miss when they use to have a shopping list part on the app. You type in what your getting and the price and at the bottom it would tell you how much your gonna be spending.

This app is a convenient tool for keeping track of my balance. It keeps a detailed log of when, where, and how much you've spent. My frustrations with this app are that it frequently has issues with updating my balance. At other times it just doesn't load anything at all and says an issue has occured or the system is unavailable until a certain time. Overall, it's useful. Hopefully they can fix the app so it functions properly for everyone.

Overall, I love the app because it gives a lot of information about different ways to save money. However, I'm having trouble connecting to my state's EBT portal or trying to clip coupons to my loyalty cards. The app worked fine until it had to be updated. Now I can't clip any of my Food Lion coupons, just goes around in that "loading" circle. I have no issues with the Dollar General coupons. Please help. Thanks.

I miss the Fresh EBT version. For me, it always worked and accurately showed all my transactions. This new one does not and because it doesn't, I end up having to call anyway. So what good is that for me? Going to give it another month as I am hoping this is just a transitional issue and will be resolved. They sure added a whole bunch of extra stuff I don't even want, but how about fixing the basics -- you know, so I can see an accurate transaction listing with an accurate/matching balance?

Was a great app at first because it had a shopping list. I could make my list based on ad prices or prices I knew well enough to estimate. I knew before I got to the store if I was within my budget. Loved It! Then the shopping list was eliminated for "new offerings". Nothing new has been offered. In my opinion, app is now useless. I can get my balance by calling the online number. USELESS APP! Don't waste your time on it.
