Everything I look for in a note app... except security. I would love the ability to put a PIN/fingerprint lock on the app so that I can keep sensitive info safe at all times. I really appreciate the freedom of wiki-style note taking and this interface is clean and easy to use. The ability to log in on different devices is excellent as well. Love it!

I have tested this off and on. Slow loading as others mentioned is a problem when trying to quickly jot something down. I also had problems with basic functionality. Could not load an image from my phone or Google photos. Selecting one of their images was extremely slow to draw. Sharing the notes out? The typical Share icon for every app in the world opened something different than regular sharing. The other non-intuitive way didn't share out anywhere. This app doesn't seem to ready.
Alone We Stand
Notion is almost too good to be true. There is an almost overwhelming amount of features and a bit of a learning curve, but its versatility has made it my go to. I only wish it was easier to organize. The concept of "everything is a page" is confusing. You don't have a notebook you have pages inside a page, and maybe even pages inside pages inside pages. They also have excellent customer service.

Personal user. So far so good. Notion is helping me journal better, and more often. Their layout is simple and easy to figure out, but also very customizable. I use the android app 99% of the time. I just wish the dev's would fix cursor jumping, because it happens allot, at least once every time I'm journaling a new entry. I have had zero issues with the app not properly saving my content (unlike Microsoft Notes) If that's the reason for cursor jump I'll take the trade-off.

One thing that I had an issue with on most note-keeping apps is syncing. Dropbox Paper and several other apps where I would write things would not save properly, but Notion syncs everything so immediately and seamlessly, even if it shows you're offline. On top of that, it's free and no annoying ads. That's unheard of these days, although I don't mind paying a little because it's such an amazing app. Have everything organized well now.

I finally found a place that fits my way of organizing thoughts, to-do lists etc. I've been struggling to get them all together, and with Notion I have the opportunity not only to do that, but to create the best visual for each category and area that I want to put in order. It's amazing, I am enjoying it so much, it offers plethora of tools and fosters your creativity along the way. I use it for my goals lists, for assembling the notes while reading books, for planning, collecting ideas... ♥♥♥!

First off, I do not want to come across rude in any way, but this app is definitely not preferable. When you use a Computer I can agree that Notion works great, but app-wise, not so much. I find the app is extremely laggy and difficult to manage and navigate. I have noticed a lot of apps, just like this one, have many cool and amazing functions but are hard to navigate through and use. I would really be happy if Notion would work on my phone or other mobile devices. Thank you!

Great app. Detriments: little slow to load, doesn't have offline notes, and somehow I'm unable to search within notes. I can search generally but I can't search specifically within a note. Sometimes keyboard tweaks out and constantly opens and closes, unsure why. Another great irritation is that I can't select multiple paragraphs (or event multiple bullet points). Little things like this make the app a little bothersome, sometimes. Huge potential though, looking forward to future improvements.

The mobile app was great but now it freezes often, at times won't let you type and starts putting completely nonsensical, random letters in that weren't even typed(???), and won't allow you to delete entries, even single words won't be allowed to be deleted(???). It's becoming useful for basic notes, and capturing photos to save, but that's about it. 😢 Unfortunate and VERY surprising, since the desktop version is extremely versatile, adaptable, and excellent. What happened?! 🤔

I had given up on using the mobile app for notion, and decided to only use it on my computer. Then when I saw they had made significant performance improvements, I decided to give it another try. Now it loads quickly, the functions all work as expected (for me, admittedly not a mobile power user of notion) with no problems so far. It's so convenient to be able to add notes or reference data on the go. Thank you Notion developers for your responsiveness and hard work!

I think I'm done. I switched to Notion in 2020 and loved it. It ran smoothly on every device. I loved what I could build with it. However when they opened it to be unlimited blocked without a paid plan, it tanked. Immediately stated having issues with it on mobile. I'd write things on my phone and they'd just completely disappear. Just now lost half an hour of work on my tablet. Gave it 3 years, I'm just fully done I think. Just skip this. Especially with the security issues. Not worth it.

This app has cured my ADHD. ...That's a massive exaggeration, of course. But this is so great for keeping everything in one place - especially for somebody who has a hard time keeping their lists from getting everywhere. I don't have to worry about transferring *everything* over, because it's so easy to embed a YouTube playlist or Pinterest board into its own page. I finally feel like I can keep myself together digitally without losing things. Thank you. <3

The look, the feel, the simplicity with the functionality. There seems to be massive competition in the space of apps like this right now. Tried Monday, Trello, Microsoft Lists, even just spreadsheets. This takes it for me, great visuals, nice intuitive layout and formatting. I just hope I'm going with the right people that will keep going and adding more functionality for business, students, and project management.

Incredible! Best note-taking app I've used so far. With the endless possibilities of putting pages within pages and formatting options they make available, I'm able to stay organized and make it pretty! You can make something as simple as a to-do list or an entire section full of detailed notes. I use it every day, and it was easy to learn from their tutorials. You know what else? They even have dark mode! Very satisfied.

Notion as a whole works great and has exceptional functionality. The mobile app needs work, though. On anything but the most robust of internet connections, the app struggles greatly with syncing and often undoes your changes if you type too fast. It leads to a lot of half-words and errors that make the app difficult to use. I can't imagine how hard it'd be trying to collaborate with others.

I love using notion on my laptop the mobile app isn't as great as the online that you can use. My biggest problem with it is that everything is too close and you have no option to back it up all the icons and words are too large and there is no zoom or zoom out. It can also be pretty laggy especially if you have a notion that's really fleshed out and has a lot on it. I mostly find it's difficult to put information in while typing on this notion app, but if you use voice to text it works better.

I really really love the Notion desktop app and use it to keep track of my lists, thoughts, ideas, a lot of my life. When this app is on strong wifi/data, it's pretty good. I'll write a grocery list on my laptop and be told it's saved. When I open the page on my phone, I expect it to sync as quickly as my Google Keep notes does, buy when I get to the store, I have to open and close the app several times, and sometimes it just doesn't sync at all. I also can never expect Notion to open offline.

The concept of the app is phenomenal. A good mastery of the desktop version puts you in complete control of your life. It can serve as several other tools. Sadly the Android version is heavily limited by the performance issues. It needs some hefty optimizations from the devs to actually be usable. The app is painfully slow when there are many pages and subpages, and it's definitely not the fault of my device.
