HOW IT WORKS:
1. Open the app to find a nearby Voi scooter.
2. Unlock it by scanning the QR code on the handlebar.
3. Enjoy the ride and get to your destination in no time.
4. Park the scooter, and end your ride in the app.

Pay per ride or get a Voi Pass and enjoy 45-minute rides for either 24 hours, 30 days or even longer. Exact prices vary between cities and may be subject to change. See current prices in your area by signing in to the Voi app.

ROAD SAFETY BEGINS WITH YOU
Be sure to know the rules of the road before getting on a scooter. Stay off pavements and stick to the bike lanes or close to the side curb. Definitely handy with an initial offer and after doing the traffic school for a few free rides. I'll be keeping it for emergencies too as options are always nice. However, it's actually pretty expensive to use. Just slightly less than Uber prices. Main issues for me other than the price is that they put a £7.50 charge on your card each time you unlock as a deposit which takes over a week to return. And it's next to impossible to park them anywhere so often takes longer than just walking.

Had some problems in the beginning but now it's great. Edit: so after a month now I can tell you that this app is only good with a subscription for a month or a day without it, its just too buggy. Don't use the app without the pass. Edit: end of the monthI have to add a payment method, even if I have 30 minutes left on my voi pass and they have to credit it. Absolutely trash and unfinished app that doesn't respect the client. 2 stars because it can work and does work but is built to steal.

Prices continue to increase for day/month passes with a reduction in service quality. Original day pass was £5 for 200 minutes. Now £8 for 120. Scooters consistently have issues. App glitchy, poor GPS location means ending ride can have you standing around

At the start voi was brilliant they were an efficient way to get around the city with great incentives to their customers. but they decided it would be a great idea to take away your royalties for being a loyal customer so long term short voialty is a scam... we used to be able to build it to a 40% discount now it's been dropped substantially by 10% meaning voi is not really cost effective anymore even at max voialty which is sad to see greed consume a company like voi changes reccomended.

I had a problem with a scooter and the attendant treated me very badly and didn't find a solution to the case. I do not recommend the company and will not use them again.

Scooter was clean, efficient and worked perfectly. I shook the bolts out of my neck thanks to Cheltenham's cycle paths though.

Unreliable. I've been using these scooters to get to work for months, but have just about had it with them. Got to a stop with plenty of scooters this morning and wasn't able to start any of them. "Oops we had a problem, try again later" doesn't really cut it when you need to travel. Not the first time I've had a similar issue either.

It doesn't let me verify my ID or drivers licence so I can't use it. It just tells me an unknown error has occurred and I should try again later. Three different IDs and different lighting conditions and a reinstall later I still have the same issue.

Choose another scooter company. Charged 5 euros for a failure to upload a photo(s) at the end of a ride but the problem is with the app. I always submit photos but If the photo upload fails due to a weak 4G signal, you are accused of failing to upload and if that occurs a few times they charge you 5 euros. There is no indication the photo upload fails and no method to resubmit.

Whilst working away from home I want to use a scooter. In order to do so you have to upload your driving. The app will only allow you to take a photo of your driving licence. It will not allow you to upload it from your one drive. So I am unable able to use this service. These scooters are not accessible to tourists or people working away who do not have their driving licence about their.

Used to charge £50p/m for unlimited rides. This, although not perfect, worked perfectly for me with my commuting to and from work. Then their greed of having a monopoly on e-scooters kicked in. Subscription was upped to £55p/m with a 750 minute p/m ride limit. As someone who was using these scooters for a total of one hour per day, I had to cancel my subscription immediately as this would only allow me 12 days of commuting. I ended up buying my own and haven't looked back. Unashamed greed!!

This is literally a scam!!! My friend sent me an invite link for new users, promising that I would receive 5€ and they would get 15€. However, when I bought the day pass, my friend received nothing, while I did get the 5€. My friend contacted Voi support about this issue, but they responded that they couldn't award the 15€ due to suspicions of fraudulent activity: "Upon investigation, we've noticed that the referral credits were not applied to your account due to suspected fraudulent activity"

Totally unable to create an account and no explanation except pop up error message. Cannot see any option for contact to try to resolve whatever the issue is. I never leave reviews so I must be VERY frustrated...

Voi is ok but they really try to scam a lot, with bad working app and no possibility to cancle a pass they try to make aditional money on already paying to much customers..

The "share a code with a friend and get free rides" thing is a scam. No code is ever given, just a link to the playstore, and neither you or the friend gets the promised credits after they sign up. The service area is also too small. Only reason they get 2 stars is because it is the smoothest scooter ride out of all I've tried.

I got a monthly passes for 3 months over the summer last year it was approximately 200 minutes a day (6000 a month) for £50 now its £54 a month for 750 minutes. An 8% increase in cost and 90% decrease in minutes. I know energy prices have gone up but this is absolutely ridiculous I won't be getting any more monthly passes unless there's a huge change in the price. Personally I think it should cover 2 hours a day not that any one would use it for 2 hours day.
